I was a member here for over 4 years. I called to cancel my membership since my massage therapist stopped working there. At the time of the call I had 4 credits which equaled 6 hours. I advised the employee that I wanted to cancel to avoid another monthly payment, but I want to lose my previously paid for credits. She immediately advised they can now issue unused credits in the form of gift certificates. Before I could ask questions, she advised she canceled my membership and sent the gift certificates to my email. The problem came when I tried to use them. The gifts certificates expired in 6 months and you could only use 1 in a 6 month time frame! Why would they issue 6 gift certificates that all expired in 6 months and I could only use one in a 6 month time frame. My membership fee was $95/month. I paid for these, but could not use them. The manager became aware of my situation when I tried to use them in January which is how I found out about the limitation of 1 per 6 months. Her solution was to become a member again then they would convert the gift certificates into credits. I paid for these gift certificates already. Why would I eventually pay more money to use them. I paid for a service, but was not given the service. The employee made a mistake but I had to pay for it and was essentially robbed of $380. That employee no longer worked there by the time I tried to use them. The management here is absolutely ridiculous. Save your money. Go somewhere else. Oh yea, the manager never reached out directly. Another employee talked to the manager about my situation and the manager suggested that ridiculous solution and ensured the company robbed me of $380. Bad business! Poor customer service!

Got a pretty good facial massage for my birthday and worker was friendly. Was offered membership service at end of my massage for $10. They don’t tell you that you’re locked in for a guaranteed month meaning they’ll take $85 from your account. Then when you call to cancel membership you have to fill out a form. 4 maybe 5 star service but that membership gripe brought it down for me. If staff explained the fine print upfront probably wouldn’t have gotten a membership. Besides that I had an appointment for Jan 3rd that I didn’t know was cancelled because they failed to contact me, and didn’t find out about that till day of after I called them. In summation just do a walk-in appointment or use gift card if possible and say no to the membership.

I wouldn’t recommend this business at all. The owner has an incredibly negative attitude and doesn’t seem to care about the well-being of her employees. Every time I’ve been in, there’s a tense atmosphere, and it’s clear the staff are uncomfortable. It’s disheartening to see someone in a leadership position treat their employees poorly. If she can’t respect her own team, it makes me question the overall values of this business. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and recommending others do the same.

This place made me feel like I got scammed!! Before I got a massage I signed up for a monthly plan at the end of the massage my sister and I was so disappointed we left! I noticed they took a payment I called back to cancel and no one said anything about a form or that I needed to have it signed it was a simple ok you have one hour to use….fast forward they called me to tell me my card isn’t working did I want to add a new payment and they have took 4 more payments and then tell me the won’t cancel I can’t use the hours they already took unless I let them take 2 more!!! I call to speak with the manager Jessica who has only been there two days who tells me it’s nothing she can do unless I update the account and lets me know I signed an agreement that I have never seen. She then say they sent it in an email I asked her ok what date she can’t find it and says oh one wasn’t sent I’ll send it today you have to request for it to get sent. I insisted to her no one ever said I needed a form to cancel she says well you never canceled so I asked are you calling me a liar no I’m not calling you a liar I just don’t have a form says Jessica. Then I ask for corporate number she says oh I don’t have that info but for your info when you call them they don’t do anything but send it to me and it’s nothing I can do, then I go online to look for the number just to see that they each one is individually owned and operated so she further lied they are dishonest I suggest taking your business elsewhere

I had a gift card for a 1 hour deep tissue massage or facial, I chose the massage. The person that helped me over the phone was helpful, but the women I met when I arrived made it clear they were discussing me prior and I feel gave me poor customer service. Upon arriving on time (10am), the massage didn’t begin until 10:15am. When finished, my phone stated 10:48am. I was encouraged the entire time to sign up for the membership and come back for another massage, even before the service began. When it came to payment, I was treated so poorly. I was gifted the massage during a discount period, but it seems there was an assumption on my culture, as I am a hijabi, I’m sure they assumed I wasn’t tipping. My masseuse was kind and did a good job so I tipped 20% on the regular price of service, which the woman checked me out was ‘surprised’ visibly. I hope the entirety of my tip went to the masseuse and no one else, she did a decent job, nothing out of this world as I requested deep tissue and received more of a Swedish. I asked about the shortened time of service and was told with paperwork and sign in time, it’s typically a 50 minute massage. I received a 33 minute massage. So for that reason, and the discrimination at check in and check out, I won’t be back.

I regret to say that my experience with this company has been disappointing. In January, I felt pressured into signing up for a membership, but I decided to cancel it later on. In May, I called to cancel and was instructed to complete a cancellation form, which I promptly submitted. However, in July, I noticed I was still being charged for a membership I was no longer using. Despite reaching out multiple times and being asked to resubmit the cancellation form, the charges continued. Unfortunately, the company has not addressed these charges, despite my efforts to resolve the issue months ago. Overall, my experience has been frustrating and costly. Would not recommend!

Nick did my massage the other day and I just have to say 10/10 recommend. I have never been in such a state of tranquility. I'm driving an hour and 20 mins to go here and it's worth it!

We have great experience. I had Rachel for full body massage and she is flawless and very professional, gentle and prompt with her care. She given her personal touch and passion in massage. She recovered all my trigger point and knots, took my pain/soreness away and relaxed me completely. Gisele did my facial earlier and her hands skills are awesome, she done excellent facial and super cool massage. I was so fresh, relax and relieved plus glowing. I highly recommend this massage clinic.

While I've used this location multiple times over the years I have recently been disappointed with the scheduling as I scheduled a massage in early April after a sports tournament to help me relax and recover. Upon arrival I waited 15 minutes and then was informed that my massage therapist was on vacation and they could rebook me tomorrow or I could get a facial that day. Since I worked the next day I had to get the facial, which was complimentary but didn't help my sore muscles. After that appointment I booked another massage, as I had a coupon to use, after another sports tournament. This time, the Friday before my massage, I received a call stating that the massage therapist they had originally booked me with was not working that day and I had to rebook with another person later in the day. Luckily the timing worked out but I was frustrated that twice during their booking process there were errors. My massage was great and I appreciated the service but I don't think I will be using Massage LuXe again for fear of my massage being cancelled or rescheduled last minute on me.

Biggest issue is the constant turnover so I’ve stopped getting massages here. BUT… now they offer lash extensions and the tech is AMAZING!!

I have 3 favorite massage therapists at MassageLuxe. They do a great job finding and releasing those tense areas. Today Reggie did a great job helping me recover from the 25 hours I spent driving over the past 2 weeks!

I see Michelle for my facials and Reggie for my massages. Both of them know their trade extremely well and are always sure to ask the right questions before our sessions. Friendly, kind, and considerate people. Can’t recommend the both of them enough!!!

Another PHENOMENAL experience at Luxe - Giselle took care of my waxing services and it was easily the best waxing session I have ever experienced - she did my full legs, Brazilian toes AND underarms in less than 40 minutes! The price are super affordable especially considering the great attention to detail and bedside manner she gave. Once again for my massage I booked with Reginald. Reginald is an efficient, fluid and experienced massage therapist. He worked out all of my knots and I literally felt them melt away. He really knows his stuff. Absolutely incredible.

I am a member here and go monthly for my facials. I have been with Michele for years and my skin looks great. Michele takes the time to analyze my skin and tell me which facial she thinks is best for what I need at that visit. I would highly recommend her and a MassageLuXe.

I got the two promos for 49, a massage and a facial. Massage was fine but staff was very loud in the back near the room and it was super disruptive. I called to make appt over the phone and receptionist was not knowledgeable, booked for seaweed facial but was told the facialist would go over my options with me and skin concerns. When I arrived for facial yesterday I had to ask for other options. Not only were zero of my face concerns addressed, no steps were walked through, she didn't take the time to look at my skin or explain what she was doing and there were no extractions. I have no clue why people would pay full price for a simple cleanser and two masks. During the masks drying there was no massage and no attempts to address any skin concerns or my comfortability. I've had many facials before and this one was pathetic. Everyone working at this location seems clueless. From making an appt to the way I'm treated there is a lackluster experience.

I just had a facial by Michelle and it was a wonderful experience.I asked for a dewy look, and she crested that on my mature skin and much more. She gave me a refreshing neck massage and professional advice on cosmetic products to use. If you want to be pampered and do something for your skin, you owe it to yourself to book a facial at Massage DeLux.

Reginald, James, Alex and Christopher are all therapist that I’ve seen frequently and love!! Most recently, I experienced a massage with Reginald. I booked a 90 minute hot stone massage. What I enjoyed the most was his level of pressure, technique, and use of the time. He did a LOT in the 80 minute timeslot and made sure to address all of the issues I mentioned. His pressure was firm but not painful although due to my muscle aches, there were times I had to ask him to move on since it was sore. He checked in frequently and was very intuitive of my discomfort and would immediately respond if I grimaced or made noises of discomfort (again due to my muscle aches, not his technique) - I cannot say enough about the experience! Fantastic recommendation for those who want a knowledgeable, therapeutic approach. James’ massages utilize consistent, flowy movements with steady deep pressure. I describe the experience as “sensual” in that his technique is very connected in energy, and he is very intuitive of energy. I hold tension in my hips as many women do and so in order to relieve that, it may at times feel intimate dealing with hip flexors. Alex makes great use of tools during his massages such as warmed bamboo sticks and is fantastic with his knowledge of the muscles for therapeutic massage. He is a GREAT LMT to go for if you are new to massage and his “bedside manner” is phenomenal. He guides you through the process and can read your energy very well and has a highly healing energy. I would recommend him if you are referring or gifting a service or new to massage yourself. Christopher is methodical and intentional with his movements and technique and offers a fantastic standard massage that hits full body and is therapeutic. If you want a steady pressure, methodical approach he is no frills and very knowledgeable. He has a background in physical therapy so he knows what he’s doing, has great “bedside manner” and is very kind. All of these therapists I would highly recommend! I love this location of MassageLuxe- their online booking makes it very easy to find an appointment although I do wish it was easier to look at multiple options if you yourself have a flexible schedule and would prefer a certain therapist over a specific day, for example. I do think they need to look at the UX of their booking site but it is fairly easy to use.
