I had a wonderful experience with Sydney as my massage therapist. She targeted my upper trapezius to help release tension and improve my range of motion. The pressure was just right for the work she did, and I felt great relief afterward. Her focused, targeted approach was exactly what I needed for muscle relief. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a therapist who takes a precise and therapeutic approach.

I have been a member for over a year, and my favorite therapist by far has been Keyera. I’m not an expert, but as a former D1 track and field athlete and Serbian National Team member, I’ve had hundreds of massages during my athletic career. It has always been difficult to find a good therapist outside of athletics, so working with Keyera has been an absolute blessing. So grateful for her!!!!!!!! I cannot recommend her enough!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What ever you do, DO NOT GET THE MEMBERSHIP. I canceled my Membership in November after 3 months. I was told I would be emailed gift certificate never got them, called again in December never got the gift certificates. I called today and was basically informed that I just lost $225 and it was nothing that Could be done because I waited to late.

If anyone needs a great deep tissue massage Sydney is your go to therapist. I've been to see her several times, I've even taken my son and my daughter to go see her and they loved it or maybe it was because I paid for it lol ... Just kidding they liked it so much now they want to know when I'm going again. Not only does she give great massages, but she makes you feel at home and comfortable and I leave there feeling great. My massage by Monica today was one of the best I've had in years. She spent almost an hour working out the knots in my shoulders and I can finally raise both arms above my head pain free. I highly recommend Monica if you can find an opening on her schedule.

We went to this location for the first time and found their service to be professional and friendly. Paige at the front was patient and helpful when setting the initial appointments and adding our family membership. Sydney was our therapist and we are thrilled with the quality of work. She is attentive, very strong (we use deep tissue) and really cares about her customers. We have now booked 90 minutes with her for our next sessions.

I absolutely love my massage with therapist Sydney 🤩. Her hands hit all the right places and the right pressure💖. Check this place out. They also have this water massage room that you can go in and get a quick 10 minute massage, you can adjust the pressure as you need. Best massage place by far on Far West side of San Antonio 🥰

My massage with Sydney was great. She had found all my knots in my back and worked out. I didn't know that I had so many. I let her know where in my back and she told me what muscle it was and found the knots. Very professional and knowledgeable of the muscles that needed to be worked on. I will definitely be coming back to see her every time!!

*RUSHED and STOLEN TIME* Canceled my membership today because I felt my massage was rushed and the therapist forgot to do an add on that I had requested. I was 6 minutes late to my appointment, my therapist didn’t come get me until 4 minutes after that. However, the therapist ended 15 mins early. So my massage was only for 35 minutes when it was supposed to be for at least 45-50 minutes long. I am very disappointed and I do not recommend this place unless you want to feel rushed. I get that they allow time to get dressed and undressed but to only massage for 35 minutes, she could have at least ended at 12:50pm instead. If she is always punctual then the room would have been ready when I arrived and it would not have taken her the 4 minutes to get me.

Worst experience ever at this location. Was treated horribly by the Assistant Mgr. It was going to be my first time trying this place out. Didn't even get in to my appointment. I also gave my credit card information for the booking and was told it can not be deleted. I will not refer anyone to go to massage Luxe potranco. Very unsatisfied and disappointed.

I’ve tried very hard to like this place because of the close proximity to my house and the convenience. However the level of massages I have received have not been up to professional standards. Today was the last straw for me. I tried to address my concerns and the woman at the front desk just brushed me off and said try a different massage therapist next time. I’ve been trying different therapist and in a year I’ve only come across one really decent girl. The massage therapist I had today was dressed very sloppily with his belly hanging out his scrub top. He sat on a stool the entire time he did my massage and yet was still breathing very heavily. I felt I got a mediocre back rub at best and it was honestly just a waste of my monthly massage.

The only place I get my facials and massages from. I have the monthly membership (military discount) that comes with the unlimited hydroluxe massage and a 1 hour standard massage or facial every month. Love this place!
