I've been a member her for a long time, but today I ran into new management, Heather greeted me and made me feel more welcomed than I had in the past at the Sarasota location. Stephanie F. was also very good with my deep tissue massage! Looking forward to my next appointment.

I had a great experience getting a deep tissue massage by Joe. He really listened to my areas of focus and went above and beyond! I also had an amazing experience with Heather at the front desk, after waiting behind another customer, an apology for the delay was extended and an extremely kind discount was extended to make my Mother’s Day gift card use even better! Even though this is not my closest MassageLuxe, I will definitely return!

What an amazing experience! We were greeted at the front door by Emely who was extremely pleasant to deal with and explained everything we needed to know. The massage therapist (Kirstin, I believe) asked me plenty of questions to ensure I got what I wanted during the massage. Once again, great experience and will surely be back!

My Mom and I just left this facility and was not too pleased with the ending treatment. The two girls at the front were amazing but the one with pale skin and black hair seemed very condescending when our cards declined. We are out of town and have had no issues using our cards until trying at this location. After calling both our banks, we found that the amount requested had not even attempted to go through. We also double checked that we indeed had our zip codes correct, which we did of course. At the end they ended up succeeding finally without using a zip code but the cards that didn’t go through did use a zip code. I believe this could be where their terminal ran into issues, which is not a problem, but the condescending attitude from the one girl was unnecessary. Also, when calling to book I mentioned that we had likewise purchased a 15 minute HydroLuxe massage that I assumed would be tacked to our 60 minute standard massage since I mentioned this during the call, but neither of us received this. It was a sad way to end our massage, but I will say that both our massage therapists were great! My Mom said that Natasha was super sweet and did an amazing job. Jo likewise did a great job working out the knots in my back. Also, with the exception of the one, the other two women at the front desk were super helpful and kind!

Do not go here. I’ve had numerous issues but today was the last straw. Weeks ago I scheduled two 90 minute massages for me and a friend on a Saturday morning. Two weeks ago I received a message to reschedule the appointment. I called back to discover they only had one appointment for me, not for my friend, so I rescheduled my appointment for later in the day and once again scheduled an appointment for my friend at the same time. I called this past Tuesday to clarify the time due to the change and confirmed both appointments. Today we drove 45 minutes for our appointment to be told walking through the door that my friends appointment had to be rescheduled. The girl at the counter claimed to have tried calling me but apparently dialed the wrong number as I double checked my missed calls and voicemails and there was nothing from them. This girl expected my friend to just wait for me while I had a 90 minute massage... so I had to cancel mine. If this was the first issue I may have overlooked it. However, since becoming a member, I’ve had repeated customer service issues. When my membership was started it was in Ft Myers. I tried to transfer it to Sarasota but that could only be accomplished if I cancelled and restarted for a higher fee. So I had to leave it in Ft Myers. During Covid I accumulated 13 hours. I asked if I could pause my membership so I would stop accumulating, but was told I wouldn’t be able to use my time if it was frozen unless I paid a $20 per month fee. To use hours I had already paid for! So I’m done. I’m not even going to use my time. I’m going to cut my losses and make sure every person I meet knows how terrible this experience has been.

I received their health questionnaire late morning on the day of my he appointment; printed it out and gave it to them. Since I have cancer, they asked for a note from my oncologist. I had one, but if they knew they’d want permission for medical conditions they should have that printed on their questionnaire and send it earlier. I did have a note, but i was already undressed before they told me it was too old. It was old, but if I’d known, I could have gotten a new one. The therapist was sympathetic, but the woman who seemed to be the manager was not— just very businesslike. I was angry, said I thot they owed me a free massage, and left. It’s been a month, and one has reached out to me .

Nice clean place, very professional and the manager is very efficient, and I strongly support this business to continue to succeed. I do think that the 1 hour massage should be one full hour, to be on par with competing massage centers in the area, and not 40-45 minutes, and be done 10 minutes earlier. That way, the reasons why the massage is shorter than average for the area don't need to be explained anymore and clients dont have to leave wondering, but hesitant to bring up an awkward conversation regarding start and end times. All in all, they have nice facilities and have a relaxing ambience.

They will ask a million times to sign up n pay a monthly bill..be prepared..lots of pressure Updated June 11,2021 This place is the most unreliable unprofessional business ever..my daughter is a runner and we schedule her massage weeks in advance they constantly cancels her appointments.. we use Irena because she is the best there but they never fail to cancel and worst part they have no one to fill her spot.. my daughter depends on this and it sucks because we have a membership and not getting the service that we are being charged for. I DO NOT Recommend THIS PLACE they now have all this money over 8 hrs of massage time that we won't get refunded. Next stop Bbb..ridiculous

My fiance has a "membership" here and they have also sold her multiple gift cards at special prices. After selling the gift cards, we have scheduled two separate couples massages. Two consecutive times they have cancelled our appointments on the morning of. Actually, the first time, they didn't even call and we showed up at the location to be told that there was a family emergency. Today they at least called, with the same "reason". The only thing that was offered was, "we are so sorry". Horrible service.

Only kidding on the 5 star . Please check them out with the BBB. PLEASE DON'T LET THEM SCAM YOU LIKE THEY DID ME !!!!! I AM JUST ONE OF MANY THAT THEY HAVE STOLE MONEY FROM . SHAME ON THEM ....SHAME SHAME . I personally would not give it a 1...be careful going here . This business steals your hard earned money ..AND IN THIS ECONOMY IT'S SAD.they got me for $ 600.00 . My husband cancelled his membership nearly a year ago . They continued to charge us $58.88 a month . I HAVE spent many hour's on the phone trying to clear it up and have my money refunded. No one would return calls, the manager, the owner no one seem to care. They kept telling me they had to go to corporate. It's been month's of me calling several times weekly. Anyone that could help was either in a meeting or not there....lie after lie. But today they told me sorry they could only give me back 2 months of my own money that they STOLED from me.....and it would be for the 2 months the were shut down due to covid.ARE YOU KIDDING ME ? REALLY ? BELEIVE ME THIS IS NOT OVER .....THIS PLACE IS A JOKE TO SAY THE LEAST....keep an eye on your charge card statements..if they did to me and many other's they will do it to you .please be aware of this location. Find an honest massage business to give your hard earned money to ....I would like to add that my house hold only has one income as I am unable to work ..and to have them take $600.00 of our money because one of there employees did not follow protocol is very very upsetting to say the very least...I feel when you cancel or do not wish to use their facility it should end there..unfortunately they refuse to see it that way ....I did call corporate and am waiting to hear from them .....what a headache this has been .....
