Please be advised to refrain from visiting this establishment as they engage in fraudulent practices. I contacted them to reschedule my appointment due to being stuck in traffic and running late. Despite informing them that I would arrive within 10 to 15 minutes late if i do come in, they refused to accommodate me and insisted on charging the full amount. It is worth noting that even when arriving on time, there is a significant wait before being seen. I have rescheduled appointments in the past without any issues. They claim to have reviewed their cancellation policy with me, although no such discussion has ever taken place. This was not a cancellation but a request to reschedule. Despite being a frequent customer, I will no longer patronize this establishment after this incident. They may keep the $120 they would have charged me and lose all future business. Good luck to them.

My wife and I scheduled a message for our sister here and she was very pleased with her massage. She got a message from Joan and expressed that she was excellent. The front desk staff is nice and the appointment and check in was a breeze.

They were always able to get me in for an appointment. My first time there was for my very first massage and it was amazing and relaxing so I wanted to come back and explore other services that were available. I went for a wax for eyebrows, Brazilian, and full leg. My eyebrows look amazing however everything else had patches of hair so I had ended up coming home to shave the many areas of hair that wasn’t removed. I am very disappointed to have had this outcome after going through a painful experience!

I have been to massage places and fell in love with this one! John is amazing. He takes the time to listen to what is going on and know so much. I can not recommend him enough. The staff is so friendly and always greets me with a smile and a beverage. Don’t hesitate to call and book an appointment.

I joined Massage Luxe South County on Elm Park Dr., in November 2022. During that time I had two great Therapist's and two very poor Therapist's. The two good ones left this location. After that it was pot luck and the odds were poor to get a good Therapist. My most recent experience on 2/22/24 was especially bad. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment. The Therapist knew I was in the waiting area but did not escort me to the private room until 5 minutes after the scheduled start time because she was laughing and having a conversation with the front desk crew who also knew I was in the waiting area. I was watching the clock and she did not begin the massage until 17 minutes after the appointment time. In total the massage was 38 minutes and was awful. I expressed this at the front desk when leaving. The next day I returned with a letter outlining my concerns and requesting cancellation of membership and refund for that recent session. I left the letter with the front desk. In the letter I requested a confirmation of my request and refund within 7 days. After hearing no reply or confirmation 7 days later I called back and spoke to Monica who took care of my request and knew about of my letter. In the past I had occasion to deal with Jena and most recently Monica. They both have bad attitudes and defensive. I suggest anyone thinking about going to this Massage Luxe location in South County think twice. Odds are you will be disappointed.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing massage therapy at the South County location and I must say, the service was amazing. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made me feel instantly comfortable. Not only was the service exceptional, but the staff went above and beyond to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. They were attentive, caring, and genuinely interested in providing the best possible experience for their clients. I left my massage session feeling rejuvenated, refreshed, and completely satisfied with the level of care I received. The combination of the amazing service and the friendly staff made my visit memorable. I highly recommend.

I've been coming here for a few years and it's definitely because John is such an amazing massage therapist. He's very skilled, kind and professional and has great manners. I have chronic neck pain and my monthly visits are about the only thing that keeps me functional. Very grateful!

Malcom made sure I felt comfortable at all times during the massage and asked questions about my pain areas beforehand to work on during the hour. Really pleasant experience!

This is one of the worst locations the person on front desk are not professional they are cancelled my Apt many times I have a family membership for a long time but Jenna is the one of them is very mean to customers I will not use this location again bad experience

Was very excited to get a prenatal massage. It was cancelled once the day before the appointment, which I understood. But less than an hour before the rescheduled appointment it was cancelled again and they told me I could go to the Manchester location. That's not close to me and I wasn't offered anything for the late notice cancellation as I was about to walk out of the door to go to the appointment and cleared my schedule for it. Very upsetting.

The front desk staff were very kind and welcoming. It is exceptionally clean. Nina is AMAZING at what she does, I couldn’t recommend her enough! She worked on all of my knots so well, I felt like a weight had been lifted from my shoulders when I left. Will definitely be back again!

Was super excited to get a prenatal massage as I’ve had one with my last pregnancy, this time the gal literally “pet and scratched” my feet and arms and did nothing else for 40 min . I honestly wanted to get up and just leave . I’m so disappointed as this was a Christmas gift . I did leave a 20% tip as I don’t want someone to miss out on money but she definitely needs more training or continuing education on massage. It almost felt like when you ask your husband to rub your feet and he just does it for one min in the same spot and then is done. There is no way I would EVER pay $120 plus tip for this .

NEVER buy their products!! They do not accepts returns or exchanges; no matter what! They do not inform customers of this information at purchase! The moisturizer is of poor quality and will cause skin irritation and break outs. Cancelled my membership from this company. Never again! Poor customer service.

I was supposed to get an hour deep tissue massage on my birthday and I enjoyed my massage. It was short and it's never happened before. Almost 15 min short. The lady at the front told me they were "running behind", I felt that was not good customer service. I was disappointed, I've never been to this location so that's the only thing I can contribute it to. Too bad because my boyfriend paid and tipped ahead of time. Smh.

Great location. They have been consistent about following COVID protocols. Super friendly front desk. Also, they are literally the only branch that told me that sports massage was an upcharge and I've been getting them for a while. Both Syndney and Nika have been absolutely amazing masseuses. I need firm pressure and have had issues at other branches with the front desk booking me with someone unable to do firm pressure even if I specially ask.

I can't recommend the deep-tissue massage highly enough. I knew I had knots in my neck and back, but didn't realize how much was there and how much pain I was in until it went away. The staff was amazing and my therapist was truly gifted. I definitely intend to do it again, maybe even set a reminder on my calendar. Thanks so much for helping me!

I have had a membership about a year. Although I have had a pleasant experience whenever I was able to come in for a massage, I rarely get that pleasure. I am a working mom to a 11 month old, so consequently I can only come in for a massage in the evenings or weekends. Rightfully so, these appointments book out 3-4 weeks in advance. Out of the 7-9 months that I have scheduled appointments, half of those have had to be rescheduled do to cancelations on the locations fault. One of those occasions it was 3 cancelations in a row, resulting in 3 months in-between my massages. I just got a call that for the second month in a row, the location has canceled and requested me to reschedule. This means another month of no appointments because again the only appointments that I can make are booked out 3-4 weeks. I will no longer be going to this location and if my next location continues this pattern I will have to cancel my membership.
