I normally love coming here once a month for a massage. This week my normal masseuse was unavailable, so I didn’t specify my therapist when booking. I had a very disappointing experience with Landon. Lots of rubbing the lotion around and elbow use because his hands are “too delicate”. Never have I felt more uncomfortable during a massage and had to leave early. I will be returning to my normal masseuse and hope they consider making some staffing changes

I visited for the 1st time after finding on Groupon. My massage therapist and actual massage experiments I'd give six stars!! Above & beyond service, and extremely therapeutic. I'm reducing a star though as at the front I wasn't offered the HydroLuxe portion of the Groupon (was supposed to have a 15min session after massage). I forgot about it as it had been a while since I purchased the Groupon and read it, so I didn't bring it up either but realized after the fact that I had been sent home without the full service I already paid for. Not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things for me, but wanted to provide this feedback to look after for future customers.

I’ve had 3 massages at this location and all have been great. Clean facility, strong pressure, professional and welcoming staff and therapists. Nessie gave a fantastic massage today... will return for another soon!

My massage therapist clearly DID NOT want to be working when I came in. The lobby is calming and welcoming but the second I stepped into the hallway to my room, the therapist (Aliesee - she barely introduced herself) did not smile at all nor say hello. She threw me right into the room and told me to undress like an order. Then, my arms weren't under the blanket so she literally threw them both under very aggressively, then followed with throwing a towel over the back of my neck aggressively and almost tugged it into place. The massage - she began VERY fast, not calming AT ALL - not to mention the bottle sounded out of lotion from the beginning and all I heard throughout was her trying to squirt lotion out. **It was absolutely the most rude, quick, and aggressive massage I have ever experienced. I will not be going back.

We have been Massage Luxe customers since 2016. Starting in Southwest Florida then changing to the Tampa Bay area in 2018. We have a 1.5 hour couples massage twice a month. Not only is this relaxing but we both feel this is therapeutic for our health. This location of Massage Luxe has the correct combination of front desk representatives (thank you Sanisha) and massage therapists that truly meet our needs (thank you T, Nesee, and Jon). Thank you for helping us maintain our health, recover from our setbacks and working the knots out. I hope our professional relationship lasts for many years to come.

These parasites kept charging my credit card for 2.5 years. When my wife called they told her she needs to come in person to stop it. Since we have to travel across state lines to appear in person, they persisted charging for 2.5 years and still ongoing. It's like a disease. At this juncture contemplating legal action in addition to BBB complaint.

Haven't been here in over 2 years. Noticed I was being charged $20 a month. Sent an email three months ago asking what it was and for it to stop. I got busy and forgot to follow up. My house was just destroyed by hurricane Helene and I was looking through my transaction history for insurance validation purposes and noticed the payments where still happening. Sent another email and got a call from the office saying that since I had unused massage credits, the $20 charges were to keep those reserved. 2.5 years of paying $20 a month to keep 2 massage credits that I don't even want.... insult to injury as I'm out here trying to rebuild my home. Its times like these where you learn where you should and shouldn't take your business.

Jessica, the manager here refused on 8/15 August to schedule an appointment because she said that the first opening would be on the 22nd and that is when the Groupon expired. I then contacted Groupon Groupon told me to look at the actual Groupon certificate and I would see that perhaps the promotional value may not apply anymore “after” the 22nd But they still have to honor the amount that was paid for the Groupon toward another service. In other words, they didn’t have to accept the promotional value of the because the coupon clearly stayed that the amount paid ever ever expires meaning it could be applied to any type of service. Perhaps made out of the same service but still should’ve been able to schedule for some sort of an appointment to apply the $39 Groupon to. says they are unable to refund the money as massage has already gotten the $39! I cannot believe that a business will refuse something like this over $39! It’s greedy business owners Such as this person that will cause this business to go belly up within a year or two - if that!! Seriously !! I am absolutely livid and have never dealt with anything quite like this! I even explained that this was for my elderly father, who was not even able to use it due to his health condition until August 15. Unbelievable that some people are this greedy and close minded that they can’t think outside the box far enough ahead such as seeing the forest through the trees, kind of thing and will be willing to take a wrist sacrifice the whole business over refusing to not even applying the $39 bucks To one of their services! The word-of-mouth bad publicity that will follow will be enough to cause this to go tumbling down because I know that I’m not the first one who has tried the same exact problem here !

OMG!! I only stopped here because my flight was delayed going back home. Very pleasant staff and George was awesome!! He is very experienced and now I'm trying to figure out how soon I can come back to Tampa sooner than later. He knew my problem areas, hips, calves and neck without me pointing them out to him. I thought it was just my lower back.:-( Great job!! Another go to added to my Tampa vacation list!

I love this place because they have excellent massage therapists. I have been a member since this location opened about 4 years ago, and I never miss a treatment. In fact, I often schedule extra massages because they are very therapeutic and beneficial to my well-being. The friendly personnel send me a text 24 hours before my treatment to remind me of my appointments, and then 2 hours before my arrival time, and it just doesn't get better than that! XO, Lovie

I reported this location to the better business bureau, fraud department of their credit card processing company and the local news. They are a dangerous owner and management. Next I will be reaching out to the franchise owners so they know what has been happening here. It needed to be stopped

The place to be!!! I’ve been having massage work from Anthony for months (every two weeks) and I couldn’t be in better hands. I walk out each time so thankful for the relief and his expertise. He is so knowledgeable and soo beneficial, so funny to boot! My partner has Aaron and raves about him as well! This is a wonderful clean tranquil place and the front desk support is so friendly. Customer service was horrible. I planned a surprise birthday massage for my wife. I ran a little late which I informed them that I would be. They would not allow me to reschedule and managament gave me the okie doke to not give me my refund back. My wife had to settle for half hour massage and I paid for a full hour. This is the second chance that we gave them. We were members before. Needless to say I do not recomend going and I will never return again.
