If i could give negative stars i would! Be aware this company is the worse to deal with! I had a massage plan with them, every month if increased from the original $120 i agreed to pay. I canceled my plan because every time i wanted to make an appointment i was unable to get in. I canceled my plan with 3.5 hours on my account, i made my appointment few days before my plan went up to use the 1.5 hours i had left before my 60 day cancel policy kicked in, message luxe called and moved me from Nov 1st to Nov 8th, which put me out my 60 cancelation to use my 1.5 hours, the person i spoke with was going to honor my 60 day cancel policy since it was needed to be moved, they called me again because the message therapist went into labor… so they canceled my November 8th appointment and just now someone tried to inform me that i lost 1/2 hour of my 1.5 hours because i fell past my 60 days to use the hours!! This solely falls on this company for canceling me twice and putting me past my 60 day… please do yourself a favor and find a new place! Happy message is 1/2 the price and handles walk ins 24/7! Save your money, the message therapist are subpar here…

Horrible customer service. I'm a member of massage luxe. During a routine military appointment I tested positive for covid. I called at 1112 for my 2pm appt to let them know that I tested positive and AJ told me even though it was 12min difference from the 2hr cancelation that I would have to forfeit my visit. I was trying to be a decent human and not get someone sick yet that didn't seem to matter. Never go to this location.

I had an evening 90-min Deep Tissue Massage with Travis. He was phenomenal! I normally prefer females but he made me very comfortable and check on me plenty of times to ensure I was comfortable through the entire massage. The entire place was very clean, everyone was friendly and every portion of my massage was great.

We were signed uo for the subscription and have been trying for weeks to cancel. For several days we left voicemails because the phone wasn't being answered at the location. Never got a response. Finally called and got a human who says we have to sign a document that was being emailed. Never got that email. Since then we've talked several times trying to get this email. We've provided several email addresses. We aren't receiving it in our inbox or spam folder and they aren't offering any solutions. It's a scam and I'm going to contact my bank to get help. UPDATE: My husband and I had to travel to the location to complete the cancelation in person. The person at the desk offered " you didn't have to come in we could have done this over the phone." Zero customer service.

I did a couples massage with my boyfriend. Everything was great initially. However, once I was completely undressed and under the sheets my massage lady whispered she uses gloves because she had eczema. She proceeded to put on latex gloves. I must say worst massage I have ever had! This girl did the bare minimum. This is information that should be provided prior to the beginning of services! Not only that but by the time we left we were charged individually and the total was way higher than the receptionist had said over the phone. In my experience payment is always taken beforehand to ensure services. My boyfriend had a great experience with his massage therapist. We were planning to do a monthly membership, but after our first experience, we will not be referring nor recommending this location. In my opinion, the receptionist needs to be retrained. It would have been a better experience if the receptionist would have had been transparent about prices and services.

I have been coming to this location for 2 years. It’s been my go to massage place. I stopped going to Massage Envy. Availability is always there & I’ve yet to have a bad experience with anyone here, including the therapist. Membership pricing makes getting a massage affordable and a great massage at that.

Things were not as they appeared. I called and they told me they had an opening for a late night couples massage. I was told over the phone $100 for BOTH. As the woman on the phone looked up my info, she noticed I had never been there and said it's only $75 for both, skeptical of the total, I repeated back both or each, in which she said for both again. The place was amazing and explained everything to us, even the use of the hydroluxe anytime we were in the area. We noticed the CBD add on so we decided to ask how much it was and she said 30. I repeated, 30 each or for both and of course again she said for both. The masseuse were good except for 1 thing. One of them wore gloves and of course it was the one massaging my girlfriend and of course she didn't inform her until we were already under the sheets and comfortable. She said it was good pressure but something they could have obviously told us way beforehand. Maybe even upon booking the appointment? She is slightly allergic to latex but she was just a bit itchy on the way home and for a few hours afterwards. We then went to pay and of course they proceeded to ring the order up separately as if we couldn't pay for them both together and the total is now $75 EACH and $30 EACH for the CBD. We ended up paying $210 for BOTH and paying $30 each for the CBD treatment. I always knew in the back of my head that it couldn't be for both after seeing the nice set up of this place. Not sure why I had to pay separately but definitely notify your receptionist that EACH AND FOR BOTH are 2 different meanings. I had a good massage and didn't feel like arguing at the time. Easy to say, we won't be going back but Christine or Kristine (not sure of the spelling) was good

Ashley is a miracle worker. If you suffer from migraines or sit at a desk all day she is the answer to feeling better. After seeing her the nagging pain in my neck and shoulders went away, I felt like I got my range of motion back and I could breathe easier. If you are suffering please go see her. It's like she knew the pain in my body and it's sources better than I did. A total gem! Thank you!!

I bought a gift card for my husband for Christmas. He was super excited and chose the 1 hour Swedish massage. He did the paperwork online and got to his appointment and said they basically just rubbed oil on him. No real massaging happened at all and including time to undress/dress He was out of there in under an hour. The staff was super nice but still extremely disappointed. I'm not sure what went wrong or if we misunderstood and were expecting something unrealistic but it was definitely a waste of money unfortunately.

It was okay, I booked a facial and massage and they did my face first. The facial was always done solely using the hands and no brushes. The massage wasn't the best but it was enough to relax.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I do not recommend this place. I only had headache dealing with the management. First I made a couple massage appointment like a week in advance to just to get there, and the manager (I think the name is AJ) let me know there was no appt for couple, just one person. He DID NOT acknowledged at all that was their mistake, it was VERY RUDE when i wanted to reschedule without have to pay again. My husband ended up doing it and the 1h massage was like 30min??! (bc he spent half time filling forms and massage was not good). I called to cancel my membership, they said it was done on the phone. 2 weeks later, guess what? I was charged again. Called to see whats going on, and found out theres NOTHING on their system about it and they probably wont refund me. FISHY AF.

Well I restarted a membership there recently. My first massage was like half the time! I specifically restarted to use hours they would not let me book but charged me for during covid. So I have major surgery coming up in a week and the prep is causing a significant amount of pain. Because of this I made an appointment for a massage, followed by a facial. I did this in person. I show up at 4pm the time I was given, well they said they don’t have my massage scheduled. They can see notes on the system about it, but it must have been a glitch! Well they have a massage person available, and nope they won’t get me in. I took time off work for this! I’m cancelling my membership, and absolutely don’t want a facial without a massage! Already had a previous issue. When I first joined they said I can transfer my unused hours to people. That was also not true.

Had the best massage today. Travis L. was amazing, so professional, made sure I was comfortable, pressure was perfect for my 2 hour deep tissue. Booked next appointment for next week! Highly recommend!

Manager has no business interacting with people. He is disrespectful and unwelcoming in a place of business. He makes it very clear people melanin skin tone money is welcome, but your presence is not. MassageLuxe get rid of him and maybe a lot of $$$ will come back👎🏽
