I've been seeing Parisa for monthly facials for the last year and highly recommend to anyone interested in getting a facial. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and makes recommendations based on your specific needs. 10/10!

I have been a member of Massageluxe la promenade for years and love the experience I always have when I get a massage . Marquita runs the front desk area and she is an amazing asset for this location. She is always helpful to book the appointment you need and I love her professional and friendly attitude. Mallory is my therapist and she is amazing but when she is not available Marquita always helps me book with someone she knows I will enjoy . We are very fortunate to have such a great massage studio in our area with great employee's.

I’ve been visiting this location for years, and it truly is a sanctuary of relaxation! The moment you arrive, you’re greeted with a warm welcome, and the serene treatment areas provide the perfect calming atmosphere for total relaxation. The staff are always friendly and attentive, and the massage therapists are highly skilled and professional. I always leave feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend this location for all of your spa and treatment needs!

My husband and I have been going to MassageLuXe on Laskin Road for a few years. The management and staff are always professional, friendly, pleasant and greets us from the time we walk in with a smile. The atmosphere is serene and calming. The rooms are clean and inviting. Of course, massages from Natasha are amazing! I would highly recommend this location for your self-care needs!

It it possible to give 0 stars? My wife and I just wanted to book a Massage for our 4 Year Anniversary and we had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Jessica answered the phone and was very rude, patronizing and condescending. She originally scheduled us for a time slot without our Consent. Then charged us for the cancellation fee when we never even confirmed the time to schedule. Icing on the cake she hung up on us after she charged the card on file for the cancellation fee, so we called back to make sure we got her name. For a place that is built off of relaxation and customer service this is completely unacceptable. We will never do business here again.

If I could give a zero, I would, they don’t even deserve a one. You do not take money from peoples account when they come to you one time with a gift card and pay the difference with their credit card and use their credit card to charge a membership that you never agreed too. Then tell you to call back in two days and they can do A cancellation for a membership that you never wanted or signed for. When you ask for a refund, they say Taylor will have to call you back. This review is strictly for the upfront person, Not for the therapist, it’s not their fault.

I’m a new member and am delighted they use Repechage products. I have had two different facials, both by Parisa, whos work is wonderful with noticeable results. Splurge and get the Hydra Dew Pure, your skin will love you for it!

I get prenatal massages here from Jennifer and she is the absolute best! My husband gets deep tissue from her aswell. We highly recommend her! Also the front desk associate Chelsea is so informative and kind! Great staff!!

I visited this establishment on 3/2 for a 1 hour massage that my friend gifted me. The actual massage experience was great. I enjoyed that part of the experience. At the end of my service I was offered a free massage if I returned, which I declined . However, I asked to buy a gift card for my fiancé for his birthday. He was a previous member and I just found out had issues with continued billing after asking for it to be stopped . The gift card was meant to be a surprise for his birthday. I purchased the gift card for a one hour and 30 minute massage. I was told I could use it at any Massage Luxe. Well later that evening my fiancé asks me did I schedule him a massage for the next day March 3rd. Because he received an email with him being scheduled the next day for an appointment. So it ruined a surprise and shows the predatory procedures to bully clients into memberships and suck monthly money from clients. I am making this post prior to having to call tomorrow and ask for the appointment that we DID NOT ASK FOR TO BE CANCELLED. I expect more after paying $180. So my recommendation is to ALL TO FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO SUPPORT. Somewhere that does not take your money and arbitrarily make appointments you didn’t ask for. Update: I actually called and spoke to the lady that was at the front desk the day of my service. When purchasing a gift card , it’s a gift for someone , so why would I have to give the business detailed information whether it is a surprise or not? In the past when I brought gifts cards , I didn’t have to give an essay of my intentions whether it would be a surprise. I was told that when getting the gift card she looked up my fiancé to see if he was in the system. In doing so an appointment was generated for March 3rd at 1230 pm , which he received an email , thus ruining the surprise. Your employee said she forgot the to CANCEL the appointment. So that’s what I found out the following day. And based on BBB reviews , which may not be for this particular location relates to issues with gift cards and cancelling memberships. The front desk provider did offer an add on service when he books the appointment. So that is appreciated. But let me apologize and say I AM SO VERY SORRY THAT AS A CUSTOMER BUYING A GIFT CARD ,THAT I DID NOT GIVE AN VERY DETAILED EXPLANATION OF IT BEING A GIFT FOR SOMEONE AND THAT IT WAS A SURPRISE. I WILL FOR ALL FUTURE GIFT CARD PURCHASES MAKE SURE I AM DETAILED TO FRONT DESK STAFF TO SAY THIS AND GIVE THE SPECIFICS IT IS A SURPRISE, when I’m giving it and all relevant details.

Massageluxe La Promenade is the only place I go for the most relaxing massages and facials. I never want the services to end!! I always leave a better version of myself after a self care day at La Promenade. Customer service always goes above and beyond. See Ann and/or Natasha for massage, see Parisa for hydrofacial. You will not regret it. 12/10!

Have been going there for years already. I would recommend you to have a membership there, because first - it’s really great deal and if you are unable to come every month your hours just will add up and you can have 90 min massage later instead of 60 (always better). And second - you always deserve to treat yourself! So just don’t hesitate and do it! 🤗
