Em is FANTASTIC. I have had several different therapists and she is by far the most attentive and thorough. She listens to my concerns and adapts the massage accordingly. She is very respectful and courteous while making you feel comfortable. She has made me want to get massages again!!

When you cancel your membership they take any credits you have instead of letting you use what you paid for. Abby is wonderful, unfortunately I won't be giving this business another penny. Abby if you go somewhere else I'll happily support you. Updating to say, I went to unsubscribe from their emails list and they have me listed now as my first name "do not book" last name. Not sure if it's because I cancelled my membership or changed my Google review. Either way, it's petty and unprofessional. In regards to response from owner. That is a blatant lie. I get you need to save face. I was not disrespectful to your staff. I've been to your business many times and not once have I ever been rude or disrespectful to any staff. While I wasn't happy about losing my credits, I was not disrespectful to anyone.

Everyone is friendly and personable. Bill was fantastic, I asked for Deep Tissue and got exactly that. Highly recommended, wll be back!!

These people are charlatans who charged my account for the wrong services and the wrong plans. Total lack of customer service. The masseuse was falling asleep while providing the service, stopping periodically in the middle of it. When I told management and asked to cancel my service, they told me that I had 30 to use all the hours that I had accumulated, none of which I was told. Amended from earlier as a result of response from the business owner: I have received deep tissue massages on several occasions, and under no circumstances, did the therapist stop in the middle of the massage and woke up startled. It happened so many times during the service, that I told your therapist that, he is not the one who should fall asleep. To which he responded that "he was up late last night". However, he continued to doze off, and stop periodically. I understand people get tired and I would not have posted anything, had you cancelled the subscription as I requested in April. Instead, you continued to charge me $130 a month. To date, you have charged me $650 after I requested the cancellation.

I just had the best deep tissue massage of my life from Melissa. Afterwards signed up for a membership. The girls at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful. Highly recommend MassageLuxe in York!

I’ve been to several massage places, this is the only one I think actually worthy of a review. Honestly the best massage I’ve ever had done! Shannon was an absolute sweetheart and definitely deserves praise for such an amazing massage. The whole staff is super nice and friendly. The atmosphere is so calming, professional and relaxing. 10/10 would definitely recommend coming here.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars!! I had a 60 minute massage with Billy and it was hands down the best massage I have ever had! The front desk staff were so friendly and inviting. The atmosphere is calm and cozy. I can’t wait to go back!!!

I just joined MassageLuXe yesterday and I was able to get in with Bill for a 1 hour massage today. I'm a bit of a massage snob and let me tell you... Bill is AMAZING! I can't wait to try the facial service in a few weeks! Definitely recommend this great new spa!!!

Very pleased with the service here!! I went in with severe lower back pain; Michael was able to locate my trouble spots right away to help me find relief & regain mobility almost right away. Quite thankful for this wonderful experience. I'll be back!

Amazing! Luxury experience every time. Lorelei is a phenomenal massage therapist and Janelle makes my skin glow with her amazing facials. I am so happy this spa has opened in York. Love being a member and getting all the perks! Also, that hydromassage chair is AHMAZING!!

Be ready to fill dozens of questions before you get a massage should be a relaxing exsperience many questions don't have anything to do with the massage itself and you have to sign at least 7 forms it blows I left the place without getting a massage very aggravating way of doing things.

Around Christmas I was looking for a place for my partner to get a massage. I talked to several before stopping here by chance and decided to purchase a couple for her. She had her first one a few weeks ago and loved it. So much so that she's now a regular customer. I must admit, even I'm curious about the magic massage chair she told me about. 🤣 The staff here is friendly and made her feel comfortable. On top of that, she said she even felt better after going.

Had a really great experience, overall! Bill did amazing with my deep tissue massage. I would highly recommend. The front desk staff were very knowledgeable and polite! The only feedback would be to modify the sitting room slightly. The lights need dimmed and a lavender humidifier would be perfect to make it a more cozy and relaxed experience.
