I had a lash lift and tint with Cynthia. This was the first time I’ve had a lash lift without burning and watering eyes. This salon is great and the rooms and cozy and clean. Highly recommend!

I had my first lash lift here and loved my experience. The facility is clean and very peaceful/relaxed. I will definitely be returning for a follow up and will be looking into lash extensions as well.

Adam is the absolute BEST!! Time after time i’ve had amazing experiences and my skin definitely shows it. If you are looking for a place to get a great facial while also having good & friendly customer service, this is the place. I love Megha MedSpa and will continue to use them for as long as i can! I had Botox injection in my forehead, something I have had done at various places over a 15 year period. The Dr. on staff here did the injection and it is probably the worst I have had in terms of outcome. First, they charged me more than I had originally been quoted and second, the Dr. tried to sell me more than what I needed or wanted. Having done this so long, I know how many units I typically need to get the result I want. Before most injections, they asked you to frown or raise your eyebrows to get a sense of your specific facial expressions. This time, she just injected various locations on my forehead and above my brow with more units than I typically have. The result did not improve, eliminate, the frown line and only marginally helped the forehead lines. And the worst is that where she put the injections caused an uneven effect on my face. One eyebrow is in a "permanent" surprised expression and the other is more normal. It's a completely botched job and I'm only thankful that it's not permanent.

Love love this place and the staff is AMAZING!!! Thank you Adam for your great services and awesome personality 😊. I had a previous bad experience (totally different place) but Adam reassured me these services were legit, took the time to explain the process/machines and how the entire process works during my consultation. Very glad I didn't give up entirely and Happy I found Megha medspa and Laser Center 👍👍.

This place is AMAZING! I just had my third appointment and Danielle took great care of me with my laser hair removal appointment and she wasn’t even expecting to treat me today. I am in my third of nine appointments and the results have been dramatic and I can’t believe it took me this long to get it down. Do yourself a favor and book with them NOW!

I absolutely love this Medspa! Adam has gotten my skin under control, Kassandra has done my lips and Botox exactly as I wanted. Danielle is so knowledgeable about laser treatments and Amber knows everything about any product/ingredient you could possible want to know about! It is so easy to get an appointment, even on Saturdays. But the best thing is it’s one stop shopping for all your beauty needs. I just can’t say enough good things about this place!

I've been coming here for years but Adam, Amber and the girls have raised the bar on customer service! Everyone is so sweet and knowledgeable and I happily give them credit when I get compliments on my skin while secretly thrilled when told I look at least 10 years younger than I am! I never am the one to do google reviews, but this place is horrible! I have been going for over 2 years for the same reason! Laser hair services did not work on me and I was constantly told I needed more sessions. I spent so much money here and have seen absolutely no progress! Every time I go I get a different technician. The owner has no customer service and does not care, he only cares about the money I have tried numerous times to get a refund. When I was finally granted one I received less than 18% of my total with no outcome at all! Keep your money and go else where!

This place has REALLY high staff turnover and they crazy disorganized. I had an appointment scheduled with a recommended injector. When I arrived, there was no one available to do my Botox, some random Dr could see me next week and was only available to see people for this 1 hour window. I called back the next day and the girl I talked to was now gone too! Way too sketchy.

6 days ago I had posted a review with 1 star only due to an appointment scheduling issue that has now been resolved. I am editing that review with this one because other than the appointment issue, the spa is terrific. I took my daughter in a month ago and we were both very pleased with the service and the level of attention she received. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend the spa for sure.

Awesome Angela, the beauty esthetician and best facial and body appearance artist who welcomes you as a movie star and delivers a true best of Hollywood experience in Fort Worth!. A little hard to find, adjacent to Allbertsons's, however a hidden jewel of a spa. She is very honest, ethical, and will help you look years younger-best of all-genteelly. I have been her client for over a year and friends think I look 10-15 years younger. The transition was gentle and WOW! She knows not only the beauty options- but the careful and not rushed sequence and process.The spa is the staff and I am truly blessed to find her. in my experience you will have a hard time finding Talent and Honesty in this industry. The best gift you should give yourself this season....Santa Baby Go Here...

I don’t negative review. But something at this location needs to change. Don’t take them for there word. Very dishonest. When asked about it they said oh, well to bad so sad. Then when my next appointment came up they just didn’t call me again to confirm. I wasn’t rude but firm in y’all stated this and you should follow through. Spa manager was extremely rude. Not a way to do business.
