Sheila was suppose to order my mother a wig and it would arrive within a week, week and a half. No type of communication from her on her end was EVER made, I had to initiate every time I called every other week we were in town for chemo,. First, time I called, no wig had arrived. The second time I called, the company sent the wrong one, she reorderd. Called again. was told they would call me back, they were going to check the shipment that came in, never happened. Yesterday, when I called, a new wig was in. We show up, and it is NOTHING like what my mom agreed to. Sheila's comment was, "Well, do you want it or not." , to which my mom replied. "It's not me, give it to someone else that will wear it". As we were leaving, the snarky remarks shared by her and her front desk clerk were unappreciated. Sure, it was a free wig, but her service and attitude were awful to be a business women. My mom had been waiting weeks for this wig, and customer service was terrible. I'm sure when she was going through chemo, she didn't just accept any wig. My mom simply wanted a wig to make her feel good about herself, that was close to her natural haircolor as possible.

Hopefully I have found the right stylist. Relocated from the Northeast over a year ago. Last week's haircut was the 6th since arriving in Memphis and the 4th stylist, Sheila the owner, to work on my hair. Impressed with the cut and the lovely salon. Nice employees as well.

I have been here several times, but will not be going back. I always make my next appointment as I leave, and they write it on a card. I came for my appointment the other day, and was told that the stylist wasn't coming in that day. They have my phone number, and nobody thought to tell me this. This was a very important appointment as I am going on a cruise in a couple of days. Another stylist saw me, she was pleasant, but seemed inexperienced as she kept asking "Melanie" (the color expert) for advice. They didn't even seem to know how much to charge, and asked me how much I paid last time. Very expensive, as well. Don't bother going to this place.

Wonderful Michelle is awesome I am an old girl but she makes my hair look young! These folks are so nice! My previous stylist had a personal crisis and could it make an appointment Christian put the color on my hair that day and I was not even his customer! Now Michelle takes care of me beautifully A great place to patronize!!
