Awesome massage! My husband and I had a couples massage for 90 minutes and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. My husband had Lucy and I had Tina and they both were amazing! We will be returning again soon and referring them to our friends and family.

This was my first time getting a massage. We did a couple's massage for an hour. I wish I got the other lady's name, but she and Joy was fantastic. We could tell when they felt tension in certain areas because they made sure to pay those areas more attention to help work out the tension. This may become a regular thing for me now as I know I have a lot of built-up tension.

I've had lots of massages, and I'm a prior masseuse, This is one of the best I've ever had. I did a 2-hour massage with Joy, she is absolutely wonderful. After the massage, I talked wiyh the owner Lucy, she's extremely nice and fun to talk to.

The ladies, Joy and Lucy, that did a couples massage session for my daughter and I were wonderful! It’s like they instinctively knew exactly where to massage where it hurt the most. We both left feeling so much better and very relaxed!

Horrible massage, 0 privacy, 0 relaxation, 0 satisfaction My husband and I were here for a couples massage and it was the worst experience we’ve ever had or heard about. Not 1 thing in the 1 hour that we spent here went right: 1) the face hole of the bed was stinky. When I told her she replaced it but the new one was also stinky making it unpleasant and gave me a headache right away 2) the 2 masseuses kept talking to each other non stop during the entire session making it impossible for us tune out and relax 3) the lights were kept bright so it was really hard to switch off mentally 4) my masseuse had the phone with her & it kept ringing loudly so she kept taking phone calls in the middle of my massage - this happened 2-3 times 5) they had no one at the front desk so if anyone came into the parlour my masseuse would go out to attend the person leaving my massage midway - this happened 4-5 times 6) they kept the door of our room open giving 0 regards for our privacy 7) when she left to attend at the front desk she had just started my right back. When she came back she started some other area so I reminded her where she left off. She did not understand that at all and started giving me intense massage on my right shoulder which was not at all needed & just made me very uncomfortable. I told her I’m done there multiple times but she did not pay attention & kept doing it 8) because of multiple breaks & interruptions in our massage, she told me she will give an extra 5 mins, but guess what - my massage got over before the 60 mins timer was up Clearly this massage Parlour has 0 inclination towards delivering a pleasant (not even exceptional) customer experience. I’d suggest not to go here at all, it’s a complete waste of money and time & creates an aversion to other massage Parlours too.

I got the 4 hand massage it was relaxing both massage therapist was great but Mary was awesome she used the right amount of pressure and relaxation I would definitely book again with her

This was my 4the time receiving a massage from Lucy and as ALWAYS she did an exceptional and relaxing massage. Her technique and her ability to make your body feel at ease is incredible. I also would say that the atmosphere at Master Massage and Spa is worth booking with them. I highly recommend. Do you want a relaxing and deep tissue massage?

I was so excited to try this place based off the amazing reviews but after my 90 minute “deep tissue” massage, I am not sure how this place has received so many good reviews. This had to be one, if not the worst massage I’ve ever had. I’ve had better massages sitting in the massage chairs at the nail salon. The massage was definitely not deep tissue and for the majority of the massage, all she did was rub up and down using her forearms gently, never targeting any specific areas with her actual hands. On top of that, the masseuse left the room multiple times to greet customers at the front door, leaving the room door open which made me feel pretty uncomfortable as anyone who walked by could see in the room. Maybe it was an off day, I don’t know but I will not be coming back.

My hubby and I just had massages done here. Lucy was my therapist and Mina(?) his. Both did an amazing job and we're both grateful for the job well done. I highly recommend this place if you need a great massage. Next time we're in Knoxville, I will make a return visit! Thanks ladies!!

They offer myofascial massage which she had no idea what it is. Don't offer things you don't know how to do...massage was barely ok but not deep tissue or myofascial work. Busy on phone when I left and didn't thank me even though I tipped WAY beyond what that massage was worth. Will not be coming back.

We had our first massage here a couple of weeks ago and it was an exellent couples massage. We asked for a relaxing massage and they nailed it. The owner who is one of the therapists and the other therapist that did our massage was very friendly, nice and professional. It is a very nice space, tastefully decorated, and calm ambiance throughout beginning when you walk in the door. We are here again today for a repeat!

Clean and classy spa. Owners are literally hands-on and very good. Book with Jennifer or Lucy. They are two of the best in Knoxville. Jennifer has had a spa in Maryville for 10 years, Pure Massage. So book at either with confidence.

Had a wonderful couples massage here at Master Massage and Spa! We had Lucy and Jessica and they were so accommodating! What was an hour massage felt like an hour and a half! Such a great place if you’re looking to relax after a long hard day!!
