I so agree with Cindy’s review below. WHY didn’t I read the reviews before I booked! I phoned to book an apmt for my wife. I SPECIFICALLY asked if they did “GEL” nails as my wife only needed a fill. I was told yes, albeit the replies I got were in very poor English. Today we came in, wife sat down and the woman cut all her nails to the top. After a couple my wife asked her to stop, but too late. My wife then told her to forget the fill and do the Gels all over. To my wife’s shock she was told they “do not do gel nails”. Not only my wife had to settle for an unneeded set of new nails but also for an unwanted set of Acrylics. And I got myself chewed to pieces because I booked the appointment with the liar that told me on the phone that they did gels.

Very disappointed with the service my daughter received. I took my daughter to get a GEL mani and pedi, we chose one solid color no design or glitter. As I’m sitting away from her waiting for her to finish when I go and check her nails they have glitter! So I ask my daughter who is 8 years old if she asked for glitter and she responded “No mommy she just put the glitter on” so I told the lady we didn’t ask for glitter we asked for one solid color and she said “No she asked for glitter” I became upset because she started to blame my daughter! I told her I wasn’t going to pay for a service we didn’t ask for!!! And started to say they couldn’t remove it because her nails would hurt! There’s definitely a language barrier and they need to listen to what the customer wants and asks for! We will not be returning to this place! VTEC is owned by the same owner! FYI

The most unprofessional place I have ever been to get my nails done. One of the workers was yelling at me being so loud not understanding that her word looks so poor the blending of the nails looks so horrible I wanted almond shape and I was not happy with them at all I asked her to have someone else take them off because she was being so verbally aggressive that I did not want her to touch my nails at this point she insisted that I do what she wanted and I was not okay with it never again will I go here and I hope nobody goes through the experience that I just went through

This nail spa is the same as V Tech nails. FACILITY IS DIRTY. HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO CONDUCT CHECKS.

I've been here twice. First time I went in and the nail tech did a great job so I went back. Second time, not so much. Customer service was good but my nail color started to chip off after 3 days.

If I can give a 0 star I would. I Just left this place and the older lady was so rude and not willing to help while this place was empty. Some of the employees were sleeping on the couch, others on their phone, and only one who didn't speak English was willing to do my pedicure. This place has gone to s****. That's too bad because this nail salon is in a great location and I used to love to get my nails done here and now I'm going elsewhere. Somewhere who will appreciate their job and work and my money 💰

If I could give this place NO stars I would. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY. Horrible service and then when I confronted the little man that didn’t do his job correctly, I was yelled at, belittled and embarrassed in front of the whole salon. I cried the whole way home. The most horrible experience I’ve had.

Many pedicurists available. They are welcoming with few words. Overall good service. I chose the basic pedicure $35 with gel polish. Total was $45 not sure what increased the price other than wanting gel.

The manicurist in booth 2 destroyed my cuticles by grinding them off. She made 2 of them bleed. Then proceeded to burn my underneath my nails with the file. Worst yet she messed up my dip manicure. It was white and foggy. It looked nothing like the sparkly example in the book. She did attempt to fix it, but its really bad. My nails have different shapes and thickness too. They were bumpy and sharp , crusty at the cuticle. Very dissatisfied. I'll never go back again. I went there once before for a pedicure and it wasn't a good experience. They asked me to pay cash even though the sign says credit accepted. She said it wasn't working.

They are not consistent with their pricing depending on what client it is. I was told I absolutely cannot do anything lower than their “delux pedi with gel” which is $55 if I wanted gel (not including the $5 French tip add on price.) My sister always gets gel and she does not pay close to what I pay including the French add on price! I went in today and a lady with her daughter walked in asking for a pedi for the daughter and the owner told her it’d be $50 for gel pedicure. The mom was surprised with the price and the owner then said she’d do both mani and pedi for $50. What in the actual price gouging is going on here???

Went asking for a specific flower design but after noticing they couldn’t paint the flower asked them to just do clear coat. Instead of doing that she insisted on doing them and left me with stickers on my nails I didn’t ask for. Had to go somewhere else to fix them.

Why didn’t I read the reviews before I went?!! Worst pedicure ever! Spa pedis usually last 45 min or so and I was in and out in 10 min! The lady didn’t smile or acknowledge me at all. She used the drill to drill off my cuticles and their “8” minute massage was more like 8 seconds! Then when she was done she put my sandals on and charged me. All the paint was destroyed because I didn’t get gel. I asked if they have a drying station and after they re painted my nails then they took me to the drying station… their massage chairs suck too! So much for a relaxing spa day smh

I have NO clue why this salon has such bad reviews! I had the best pedicure here with one of the most amazing foot/leg massages. I even paid for an extra massage because it was THAT good! Please give this place a chance, they definitely deserve better reviews.

I went 1 week ago for a full set of acrylics. I haven't gotten acrylics in YEARS so I was excited to get them dont. I got a short set.All of my nails are lifting and 2 have come off. I'm not hard on my nails either. Super disappointed

I’ve never had a bad pedi here until today. My tech spent 90% of the time loudly talking to/looking at other nail techs, and anywhere other than the work she was doing. Very painful under the nails (the kind of painful where you know your toes will be sore tomorrow). The massage consisted of her looking away, getting up to get change for another employee, looking out the window, and rubbing in the same place repeatedly (because she wasn’t paying attention). She spent less than 60 seconds on calluses, missed so many spots, and told me she’d “finish later”, but didn’t. I didn’t ask about it “later” because the experience was so bad, I wanted out of there. I’m super sad, because this place had always had amazing pedicures

The owner of this nail salon rushed me though my whole service. When I let him know I was dissatisfied with my service he blamed me. I am not the one doing the service how could that be possible? It’s unfortunate that the owner himself is willing to treat his customers this way in front of his employees and clients. I had never felt so disrespected, uncomfortable, and dissatisfied all in one in my life. I decided I would not be needed the service of a manicure after how uncomfortable he had already made me feel. The only thing he had done to my manicure was a slight file since I had just personally had cut my own hand nails myself a day before. Owner then proceed to charge me the full amount of both services without telling me the total amount when processing my card. When I received my receipt I ask why I was being charged for two services when 1. I was completely dissatisfied with the pedicure itself & 2. Being charged with a full manicure that I decided not to move forward with because of the complete dissatisfaction of my pedicure and the way he had already made me feel. Disappointed that business owners believes it’s okay to disrespect and blame their clients for their own actions. Never one to post reviews but here is my truthful review. Safe yourself your time, PEACE and money and go somewhere else.

Being male I am used to getting strange looks when I walk into a nail salon. It has happened before, especially in Fresno. Not sure if it was owner or manager but she was not friendly. I guess they don’t care about negative input. I did get a stone pedi but I was annoyed the whole time. The service was good but lose the attitude.

Hello everyone today I took my twins here for a regular pedicure. They charged the same price as you have to pay for adults and they didn’t even spend 15 minutes they only spent something like less than 10 minutes they were in a rush and my kids didn’t enjoy it at all. I still can’t even understand why they do the same price for kids like the adults. Literally kids feet are still soft and smooth but for adults yes I understand the price because there feet can be cracked and like rougher. Even one of the ladies who did my daughters feet was very rude. If you guys ever go here (which I recommend you don’t) good luck.

The worst pedicure I ever had it was done within 15minutes it was rushed this is including the deluxe that I paid for she even rushed to paint my toes which was everywhere. Never again will I come her a waste of my money.

Gave this place a shot since it is close to my house . I have come a few times to try to not let one employee speak for all . The lady working in booth 5 cant do more than half the designs displayed the first few times I went to her I ended up reshaping a little at home and she ended up learning how I liked my shape when I returned but…I needed two lines on my nail and the thickness and direction were wrong and trying to explain for her to make it looks like the display was difficult. she ended up having someone else talk to me so I could explain for her to make the line she drew thicker . The time after that is my last time … I got there , wasn’t informed of the wait . After , wanting to go after waiting for 40 min .. the person working in booth 1 started me … but it was just to have me stay . Because once she laid the acrylic on she went back to whatever client she started before me to finish to have me sit there for another 20 min . I watched other nail techs ( whom one of which I know does acrylic gel since she worked on me before ) take the people coming in after me instead of having someone finish my set . In the end . I ended up waiting for someone to finish my set while 3 manicures got done . Someone should’ve told me the wait time . And also not have made me think I was going to be worked on to just have me waiting there with a half done acrylic on my hands because 1.5 hours later I needed to go . If they just let me go earlier when I knew I didn’t have time to wait anymore I could’ve easily came back when I had more time . But they acted like they were going to finish within a few minutes of starting . The acrylic was also laid over a 95% gel removal . You could see pieces of the old color underneath the new acrylic layer once I looked at it in between her switching hands The place is cheaper than most . But not cheap enough to get service like this .I get the “you get what you pay for” , but my nail place I went to before I love to this side had the same price and way better service . I will not be going back .

Literally the WORST place I’ve ever been too. They have the worst customer service. I’ve taken my 2 yr old to any other place and they’ve been so nice and tried their best. She loves getting her toes and nails done but this place refused to do anything to her because she would move. Definitely not kid friendly. I would’ve understood if they had at least tried and she didn’t allow them to do anything but again she’s been to many other places and she loves it and stays still. I was excited to go to a place where they could actually take all of us in because everywhere else was busy but now I see why they are so empty!!!!! Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Don’t waste your time!!!

PLEASE DON'T IGNORE THE REVIEWS, THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE EVER TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE. I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS. FIRST OFF, THEY DO NOT SANITIZE THEIR NAIL TOOLS! THEY SHOULD PULL ALL OF THEIR TOOLS FROM A SANITIZED PACKET AND THE LADY PULLED IT HER TOOLS FROM A NAPKIN 😩😩😩 THE MASSAGE WAS HORRIBLE, SHE USED THE EXFOLIATING BEADS TO MASSAGE MY LEGS AND IT WAS PAINFUL! I ASKED HER TO STOP SEVERAL TIMES, THEN SHE USES LOTION AND PUTS MY LEGS BACK IN THE WATER! WHO TF DOES THAT?! MANICURE WAS HORRIBLE! SHE FILED MY NAILS SUPER LOW TO REMOVE THE GEL INSTEAD OF HAVING PATIENCE AND SOAKING THEM! THEN FILES MY NAILS AFTER THE POLISH IS ON THEM! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
