I had an appointment and was canceled on 5 minutes beforehand the day before my graduation. Was not very helpful or apologetic for the inconvenience and error on scheduling. Pretty upset :/ I couldn’t find anywhere else to take me either so was left screwed.

Christina had been cutting, coloring, highlighting and styling my hair for many years. I’ve been VERY happy with her work and professionalism. She’s also a great person. You will be very happy to patronize or work at this business.

I’ve been going to Christina’s for over 10 years. I absolutely love how she cuts my hair. No matter what the style. I always leave looking and feeling incredible. HIGHLY recommend coming here.

I got a balayge done here, and girl let me tell you it is perfect. I was extremely nervous going into it being I haven't colored and haven't really touched my hair for seven year. I have never had such a fantastic job done on my hair. The truly up the standards for me when it comes to my hair. I AM OBSESSED!!!!

I’ve had my hair cut and dyed here twice, and I have had great experiences both times! They even have a cute dog (nice, friendly, and calm) that walks around the shop and uplifts customers. I love coming here and look forward to my next visit :)

My friends didn't notice that I had a haircut at first glance. That might seem negative to you but if you're growing your hair out like me, you'll really appreciate it. Just wanted to had a trim and that's exactly what Christina did. No accidental shortening your hair and regretting going to get a trim. Bonus points-they have a very friendly salon dog. Highly recommended.

Christina saw me and gave me a haircut when she didn't have to because I didn't have an appointment. This was fantastic and I appreciate it as I was having a bad day and one thing that makes me feel better when I am having a bad day, bad week or just a bad time is just a little time having my hair done, and I needed a trim. This one thing brought my spirits up and just helped me turn the day around. Thank you!!!

My husband and I have been coming to Master's Touch for a few years now. I wish I would have come here when I lived in Columbus previously. Victoria and Christina are very professional and welcoming. Christina did my hair for my engagement photos and Victoria is an extremely talented colorist and colored my hair before my wedding which looked amazing! Very reasonably priced compared to most hair salons in the area.

My wife and I have been customers of The Master's Touch for over 12 years. Christina Anderson has been my wife's stylist all that time. Her late husband, Ed, styled my hair until he was no longer able to work. Victoria Vallee is now my stylist. My wife and I are both immensely pleased with Christina's and Victoria's work. We recommend them to anyone living in the area who needs excellent hair styling. Please be aware that the City of Columbus has put in paid parking in the area around The Master's Touch. You can park directly in front of the store for free, but other parking areas close by will cost you money. However, you can pay by app for the parking.

I've been a guy who would go to cheap placed like Bo Ric's my entire life. Occasionally in a pinch I'd have to go other places. When I moved down the street from Master's Touch I figured, what the hell at least it's close. Now many months and haircuts later, I have to say it's some of the best haircuts I've ever gotten. The salon isn't super big or extravagant and the staff only consists of two women (I think) but Victoria has always done a fantastic job with me. They are super friendly, local, and if that wasn't enough they also have a shop cat named Zeke. What more can you ask for?

This was my first time getting my hair cut at this location and I was not disappointed! The owner cut my hair and she was very nice and professional. The haircut itself was excellent and I have already told multiple friends about this location. I will definitely be coming back!

I've had my hair cut here for 20 years and it's always well done and at a good price. My sons now have their hair cut here and their hair is cut quickly (to their delight) and well. It's a wonderful locally owned salon.

Went for a basic haircut and I'm pretty satisfied. Liked my hairdresser. Wasn't busy at all and was easy to get an appointment mid-day. Comfortable place.
