This place is amazing and very relaxing! When you walk in the door it’s so cozy and inviting! The boutique area is awesome and I always find something for gifts or myself 😉 I’ve had many services over the years and this is definitely the best place in town for any occasion! It’s a one stop shop!

The front desk needs work. They are very unwelcoming and judgemental. We were 2 minutes late due to blizzard like weather. We walked in to dirty looks. After our spa day, we bought pressed paper art work. We questioned the prices listed to what we got charged and we got very rude and judgmental interactions. The front desk are the first and last impression of a business and I was highly disappointed.

Went to Mateo’s today for the first time and my wife and I absolutely loved it. Hannah was a wonderful person and did an amazing job. Patty at the front desk is an absolute saint she was so nice and professional to us. We will be back for another visit that’s for sure. Thank you to all the ladies that made our day great hope you all have a blessed 2025

I have visited Mateo's over many years. I love the vibe and the services offered. I have also used Mateos many times for gifts! However, recently, I have had a couple of very disappointing experiences. The most recent was that I made an appointment with a specific massage therapist due to the fact that my previous massage there was very poor. When I arrived for my appointment, they had changed me to a different therapist without my consent and expected me to keep the appointment. They even suggested that if I did not keep the appointment, I would be responsible financially. I asked them to have a manager call me, and I left. It has been well over a week, and I have yet to hear from anyone. Do your due diligence when making an appointment at Mateos! They look and act amazing, but sadly, their services are questionable.

I had the best experience getting a facial from Dawn. She was very attentive to me and my personal skin needs. She recommended some products and also a different type of facial for next time that would be beneficial for my skin. The next day my face looked amazing! I highly recommend Dawn!

I've been going to Mateos for over 10 years. If you need a stylist, ask for Sandra! She has the most experience and expertise of any stylist there. Highly recommend!!

We routinely come here for massages. Their couples massage is an excellent way to have a break and relax as a couple. This is my favorite spot as you begin by checking in and going to a relax room where there is complimentary water and hot tea. The Lavender is my favorite. Such a treat!!!

I felt they were very overpriced and our results were not at all what we asked for. The staff was very friendly but bottom line we didn't get what we asked for. I wanted to amend my review to be more precise. My stylist reached out to me first thing this morning to ask me about my review. After talking with her I realized that my daughter and I had a higher expectation of what could be accomplished in one visit. I also want to add that I, myself, liked how my color came out but I was more concerned with my daughters result. It is a very pleasant salon and I believe they are interested in their clients satisfaction

I have been experiencing a lot of numbness in my left arm while laying in bed and trying to read. My friend gifted me with an hour long relaxation massage with Maureen yesterday. This was my first full body massage and I'm 51! I am surprised and delighted to say that this morning, the numbness in my left arm is basically not there! This will definitely not be my last massage with Maureen at Mateos! And I have been going to an excellent chiropractor once a week for 20 years. The massage did something different that a VERY hands on chiropractor could not.

As a lifelong athlete, I struggle to find sports massage therapists. I've been treated by a small handful of quality therapists and Janice tops them all. Seriously insanely good.

I have been going here for years I mean like at least 10 yrs and I miss a appt becuase I had an emergency and they said they have to charge me 50 buck ,u believable now I don't refer anyone here anymore and I don't obviously go here..sad that customer service has gone down.

Such a charming spa - my first facial was here and Lordy did she (Liana?) set the bar high. She set the bar so high that I will never get another massage again bc this facial was so good & relaxing. I’m fixing to tryout another facial to compare but my gut feeling is there will never be a facial so relaxing!

Every person here was absolutely the best! Friendliness and kindness 100% of the way through. I had the spa essentials #2 as a gift and the facial and pedicure were perfect! The massage however... Was out of this world! Janice was epic! Super strong, deep tissue and so, so knowledgeable, I cannot say enough about how healing her massage is!

I had the BEST facial of my life yesterday with Brenda! From the moment she took me back for my treatment, her professionalism & passion for skin care showed. The facial was not only relaxing, but my skin glowed afterwards. I even appreciated her skin care advice & bought a recommended product. She really cared about my skin care concerns. I wish she lived in my city so I could get regular facials with her! I also had a very nice massage with Hailey. Her pressure was perfect. I loved the techniques she used on my neck and shoulders. I would definitely book another spa day at Mateos.

I wish I could give this place and Dawn a 10 star review! This place was so beautiful and well organized, Dawn is my new favourite person!!! I love how my skin feels and how well she communicated with me throughout the service and I will be back and I will be referring people to dawn!!

This was my first time at Mateos. Everyone was very nice, I got the Rocky Mountain massage by Mark, he made me feel very comfortable and the massage was so soothing! I also got a pedicure by Christina. She is so gentle and nice to talk to. Overall this is such a beautiful Salon, with a room to relax and listen water while you wait for your technician. I loved my experience at Mateos and will be back for sure!!

Absolutely adorable retail area full of unique and luxurious items/gifts. The entire decor was calming and well put together. I found the salon to be exceptionally clean with a professional staff. Danielle was so helpful and really listened to my thoughts/ideas. She gave an amazing shampoo, cut, and style at a great price.

Loved the back facial here by megan was phenomenal. I got a pedi done my jami she is so amazing extremely recommend both. Megan was so sweet an knew her job very well. Jami was knowledgeable friendly and wonderful to talk to. Definitely will be back to this place once a month.
