He is INCREDIBLE at what he does! He took my hair from complete drab to TOTALLY FABULOUS & HEALTHY BLONDE hair (I have dark brown hair naturally). I have been going to him the last 6 yrs and I would not dream of going to ANYONE ELSE in DFW! If you have dark hair and want to go blonde, you can with Mathew's help. Beautiful salon. I have had my hair done by Matthew for over 13 years. The first I had a cut and color done, friends said I looked 10 years younger. Matthew always does a beautiful job and it continues to look great even as it grows out. love it!

I received a brown to blonde balayage and trim from Matt and in the process found Matt to be a fantastic hair stylist. He listened to what I envisioned for my hair and was able to deliver 100%. In the past, I've only booked with big name salons because I believed that with the name came higher quality, but I received better service and results from Matt than any salon I've used before. Matt continually improves his skills by attending educational seminars that perfect his techniques and it shows in his abilities. He's definitely an expert at his craft.

What can I say !! A very happy Costumer , he did such an amazing job based on a picture I showed him . My hair looks and feels great . Okay I had a consult with Matthew one day and mind you my hair was a mess it was all differant colors , messed up layers , orange color to it , like I said it was a horriable mess of grow out for 8 or so monthes trying to let it grow out the mess some . We talked he listen to what I wanted what I had been wanting but couldn't get because some don't know what to do ..lol or just don't listen to the client ! He listened to me , he looked over my hair , he made some suggestions he looked at what I was trying to get too , he made the consult so worth it , so I made an appointment and mind you I am scared to death to let someone touch my hair as you can imagine. I just left about hour and half ago and I am amazed at how it looks , it's like a 360 degree difference , it is exactly what i wanted and more, he did a beautiful job . I WILL go back ! On top of that he is a funny person , a good man , great colorist and my haircut is exceptional. Thanks so much Matthew. I appreciate it more then you know .

On my first visit Matthew provided a consultation where he really listened to my cut and color requests. I didn't feel rushed and he gave great suggestions for a fresh look. I've gotten so many compliments, just in the week since my cut and color and he is now my go-to stylist!

True hair artist!! I came to Matthew wanting a change from blonde to red, but wasn't sure what shade would suit my skin tone. Red is such a hard color to look natural. He really took his time explaining the colors he would custom mix for me and even sent me pictures of a similar color on someone with my undertones so I could get an idea of the final product. To top it off, he even pre-mixed the color on a mannequin head so he could make sure the mix would be perfect for me before my appointment. I have never been more impressed by a true artistic talent!! His 18+ years of experience really shows. It was a major hair makeover that I am so happy with. Do yourself a favor and go see him! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

Matt is wonderful! I’ve been a customer for about 4 years and won’t go to anyone else. He will do exactly what you ask for at an extremely reasonable price. He’s especially good at taking a picture and customizing it to fit your hair type, or remembering and repeating your last haircut, if that’s what you prefer. He has perfected every style and color I’ve asked for, including the cutest lob, bayalage color, and sombre color. I appreciate that he makes it a priority to stay current on hair techniques and styles to provide the best service possible. I wouldn’t trust my hair with anyone else.

So fantastic. He asked me ahead of time for inspiration pictures and we went over what I liked or didn’t like about each. My color ended up absolutely perfect and my cut is just lovely! I truly felt like he listened and wanted my hair to be exactly right for me. Great price, great color, great cut. Found my new place.

Matthew is the best hair colorist around, hands down - give him a try and you'll see! He cares about creating something beautiful each time and is truly dedicated to being the best at what he does. He uses the highest quality color products and my hair not only looks but feels amazing each time I leave. It's a beautiful thing when you can just sit in the chair and trust someone to work their magic. I drive 25+ miles to see him and it's totally worth it. He colors my hair red and I frequently get stopped by random people to tell me how beautiful the color is. In a world where we're afraid to make eye contact with strangers, I think that's pretty awesome!
