I would like to leave a review for the maintenance guy at Alpha Rd., Galleria. His name is KEITH . He is amazing. He will get any orders that you place for your Salon suite or the building together I met him one day the next Day That he had got all of my lightbulbs changed in my salon suite and my shampoo bowl together anytime you place a maintenance request. He is indefinitely going to get you together, and also the manager is Beverly. She’s very sweet. She’s nice that you tell her she writes it down and makes it happen for you. I’m not looking out for myself. I’m looking for the other tenants as well. Our safety and she makes it happen for us thank you, MS Beverly.

It's private suites with various services available. Some tenants are great while others aren't. Facility is clean and comfortable.

I’ve been in this location since June 2022. Renting a salon suite. I am very underwhelmed by this location the owners and my experience in general. Numerous times we have lost electricity with no warning. We were without hot water for over 3 weeks during some of the coldest months at that. Due to power going out mid services I’ve had to turn clients around round and cancel clients due to this issue. As I currently type this we lost water last night while I had a client, and it’s currently back on but now we have no hot water. The dryers constantly are broken and stealing money it’s just a very upsetting situation to be in considering we pay a lot of money to rent in these suites. Management never has real answers or solutions to the issues and they disregard the dissatisfaction of their tenants. I do not recommend this place

The vibe is calm and serene. The decor is soothing. Everyone has been polite and professional. I go to this location to see my esthetician. I’m glad she’s at this location.
