The Moxi facial was very successful. I feel like my skin looks great. The process starts with a topical numbing gel so during the procedure there is minimal discomfort. Post facial the skin feels really hot but it goes away after an hour or so. The healing window is similar to micro needling. After a week my skin was glowing.

I get my monthly IV once a month! I've been going to Maui for over 2 years. The girls are always so sweet and very knowledgeable! I love Dr. Turnage! I also get my weekly B12 shots! Become a member and enjoy the benefits! Highly recommend this spa!

I recently visited Maui Med Spa for a Broadband Light Therapy (BBL) treatment on my face, neck, and décolleté. I wanted to lighten or (hopefully) remove some sunspots and pigmentation to improve my skin tone and brighten my complexion. The treatment lasted around 30 minutes. Dr. Turnage was excellent at explaining how BBL works, and we discussed my sun exposure habits—and whether I usually burn or tan—before selecting the appropriate settings. The treatment was a bit spicy, as is the case with all laser treatments, but I found this one to be relatively comfortable. Since it’s a quick procedure, it’s over before you know it. Dr. Turnage made sure to explain the different stages and passes he was doing on my face, which made it feel very thorough. This was a contrast to other places I’ve tried, where the treatment felt rushed, leaving me unsure if it had a significant impact. I'm looking forward to seeing the results, décolleté especially, where we hope to see 80-90% improvement in pigment reduction. Overall, I will definitely be returning to Maui Med Spa and will see Dr. Turnage for all my med spa needs, as I find him to be thorough, patient, and friendly.

I went to Maui MedSpa to try their new BBL Photofacial services. I wanted help with sun damage from when I was young and foolish enough to think I had no need for sunscreen. The results after my first visit made me so excited that I was eager to book my next appointment. My skin felt amazing and watching the sunspots and pigmentation slowly leaving my face over a few days was very satisfying too. I honestly should have come in sooner. The staff did such a great job of making me comfortable and explaining what was to be expected. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Maui MedSpa, Dr. Tournage, and his staff for your BBL Photofacial needs. I’m a big fan!

Maui Med Spa is amazing! I love the staff; Dr. T is knowledgeable and aware of the procedure! I have had two sessions of the Moxi and have seen great results! I would encourage people to try it out or get a consultation to see what will work best for their skin as I thought I needed the BBL Moxi, but they advised only the Moxi, so you can tell the staff is all about results, and not the money.

The results I had turned out great!!!! I had filler in my lips, nose pixie and Botox. Dr.A is so gentle and explains everything to you. I’ve been with Maui Medspa for a long time, the offices are so humble you feel relaxed. I drive almost 2 hours because I don’t trust anyone but Maui Medspa! Thank you for the amazing look that I wanted!!!!

Dr Turnage and his PA Forest are amazing gentle and take the time to explain all aspects of the treatment I was receiving. Dr Turnage was available for after hours calls even during the Labor Day holiday weekend. How great is that? I had several procedures on different areas of my face and had tenderness and swelling for approx one week which was to be expected. The results are incredible and all my coworkers are shocked when I tell them my age because my face looks easily 10 years younger. I have been to both offices and their treatment rooms and waiting area are clean and esthetically pleasing. Don’t hesitate to have your procedures done here. This is the 4th med spa I have been to and very glad to have my work done with Dr Turnage. He is a perfectionist and even fixed a problem with filler I had previously done elsewhere - made the area smooth and symmetrical . He is an artist and I will be returning for all my future procedures to Maui Med Spa

I am so pleased with the facial that I had with Samantha! This is the second time in my life that I've had a facial and she made me feel super comfortable and provided excellent advice about what other treatments might be helpful for my skin. Overall the space is very peaceful, clean, and the massage chairs in the lobby were a wonderful surprise. All the staff I interacted with were very kind and helpful. Highly recommend!!

I'll start off by saying that I've been getting BOTOX/fillers for 10+ years. I started getting PDO a few years ago. I decided to try Maui Med Spa with Dr. TURNAGE after moving to Austin because Maui offered the service and had 4.8 star review. I should have done more research before committing but I've never had a bad experience, so I thought, "What's the worst that can happen?". Fast forward to today. I spent a high amount of $ and my face is disfigured. I'm in so much discomfort. My eyes are droopy and I can't see. The Botox injected near my brows was supposed to create a mini eye lift as it always has in the past. According to Google, " if the injector is inexperienced or if it the Botox is injected incorrectly, it can cause droopy eyes". After discussing this experience with Dr. TURNAGE we have tried drops and it has been unsuccessful in reversing the droopiness. I've been experiencing headaches, unable to function daily because of this experience. Also the PDO placement is questionable as I can’t understand why someone would not keep a straight path?? The path taken was the blue line. Why?? I am astonished that two very simple cometic procedures could botch this badly. As the patient I am not out of the $, disfigured, in pain, emotionally stressed and this is even impacting my work. At this point per my discussion with the DR this should resolve in about a month but until then I cannot see out of my left eye. I should have had a consultation with the DR before committing to a procedure so I could have gauged his experienced/reviewed his work. Too late for me now, I'm going to have to suffer until this dissolved naturally. Lesson learned. Day 12. Now I have mild ptosis on my right eye too! How is this even possible?!

I used to love Maui! I went here every 3-4 months and would see Taylor and Morgan for my Dysport. Taylor did a great session on my forehead once (the results were night and day) so I told her she could use photos of me if she wanted to showcase her work…. Well, something has been going on recently at the spa because Taylor is no longer there and the Doctor is now using my photos with his name on them as if he did the work himself… this is troubling. He also used photos of my uncle who Taylor worked on as well… How many other past patients has he used pictures of when he didn’t even touch their face? What kind of branding is this? He’s taking credit for someone else’s work and it’s false advertisement. It’s morally and ethically wrong to show potential clients work that you claim to be yours in order to get their business when it’s not your touch that made these changes at all. Not to mention this is all misleading the public on medical procedures which is a huge red flag/concerning.

Maui Medspa has always been my go to for any services ie: dysport, Botox, filler and now weight management. I used to follow them on social media as a minor and then when I turned 22 started receiving services I have ALWAYS left feeling so confident and taken care of the entire staff is so sweet just ugh everything about Maui has my heart only the best words for them !!!
