Very unprofessional and unwelcoming wasn't greeted when I walked in she was too glued to her phone and had an attitude ..when she finally realized someone walked in she act as if I was disturbing her ..I would never come back and gald I didn't spend my money there I'll stick to the non black shop I usually go to...

Firstly, my appointment was at 11:30 & I arrived ON TIME. I didn’t get in the chair until 12:05. Similar to Jade’s review below, I was going to give my money to a non black business but tried to give the black business money. I was going to cancel, but unfortunately I was going to be charged a fee for it. I honestly feel like if I’m going to be charged a fee, the stylist should be charged or I obtain some sort of discount for THEM being late after I had to wait 35 minutes for a 10 minute style! I don’t feel like my time was appreciated & I didn’t even get a “sorry for the wait”. While waiting, the customer before me got BACK in the chair after not fully liking her hairstyle. So once again, similar to Jade’s review below, I’ll be going back to the non black businesses & letting them do my hair. The level of unprofessionalism is insane & the lack of empathy of someone else’s time is ridiculous. never again.

Tay is a True Professional & a Fashionista. A True Cosmetologist that cares about the hair & providing the best service!! I recently got some box braids over my locs & scrunchies for my locs, & I couldn’t be happier.
