The guy didn’t keep the appointment time, and not even bother to explain as he instead working on a woman’s hair which was more lucrative i suppose. Will not bother to deal with this hair dresser place again. He told me to wait another 15 minutes but who knows how much longer it could be. So i left and instead got a nice haircut somewhere else !

I've always had Abby and despite my being nice and tipping consistently, she was never respectful nor consistent with how my hair was cut. I'd request the same cut but every single time it was not the same as the last time she had cut my hair. This was over the course of years that I put up with it patiently. For the last number of years, I've gone to other places (korean hairdressers) who, despite us not being able to communicate directly, can cut my hair exactly as I want! It's possible other hairdressers working there are great. I've seen some of them do well but I've never personally worked with them.

Add a 3 month review. My hair started to break three weeks after I got a straight perm. And the scalp is painful when I wash my hair because I have acne or something. And three months later, my hair is like this now. --------------------------- I paid twice because of the hair designer mistake. Of course, I talked to Venmo and will get it back soon. But I still don't understand why he gave me a business card (with only a phone number) and said "YES" when I asked it's your Venmo account. Just print out the QR code. And I like the straight perm here, but I don't like the hair cut...

I live in Denver and wait until I visit Austin to get a haircut at this place. Abby is awesome and understands my very straight and coarse Asian hair. Just like blacks go to people that know that kind of hair, we Asians have the same issues, so the other reviews are a bit off-base. If you have straight, coarse hair, you can't do better. EDIT: After more than three years in Denver and two years after this review, STILL getting my haircut with Abby. EDIT 2: I’m back in Austin and STILL see Abby!!! No one can cut my hair like she can. NO ONE. I’m 50 and she’s THE ONLY ONE.

Meh. They insisted on an appointment for a men's cut. I made one at 10 and they proceeded to take a new customer as I arrived. After 10 minutes I just left. This will be my second and last visit here. The first one was on walkin. The juice is simply not worth the squeeze kinda thing. It's a Supercuts w inflated prices
