When I sat down she asked if I remembered what clippers we used and whatnot. I havent Been there for a year. She started cutting and felt like she was trying to pull my hair out. It felt rushed and she was quite indifferent towards me as well. Highly unprofessional. Will not be coming back

Idk why this place has the rating it does. I made an appointment with Sam for a haircut. My haircut is completely uneven and her customer service was indifferent. Horrible work. Will not be coming back.

My husband gets his haircut here, he refuses to go anywhere else. It’s always the same lady who gives him his haircut and she always does a nice job cutting my husband’s hair.

Sam is literally the best! She has an amazing personality and I love how open she is to appointments where most people make it seem aggravating to set an appointment! I try to stop by and see her every other week if not for me, for my 2 year old boy ❤️

I've been getting my hair done here for years. Sam, my hairdresser, is amazing. Always accommodating, kind and friendly. I'll drive 30 to 40 minutes if I have to. From my first hair cut and dye, I receive compliments and asked who does my hair. I miss Susan, who used to work there, sad she passed. She was so full of fun and stories. Loved her garden and caring for plants. I still feel her cheerful spirit when I go see Sam.
