I was fortunate to walk in and able to get a massage. I forgot to ask her name, for when I wrote this review. She was very professional in every way!!! Unlike some of the massage spas in Chicago. My only mistake was to ask her to apply a little more pressure on my back. I would definitely go back again when I have a chance.

Iāll be honest, Iām kind of pissed I wasted 70$ on a massage. Iām even more pissed. I wasted an hour of my life. The massage sucked. Wasnāt hard at all. I need lots of pressure and deep tissue. This was an oil bath and a light rub down. I asked for her to press harder she said āI need to loosen you up first.ā And then the pressure never came even after asking harder a second time. Donāt waste your time, or your money. I would give them one star, but the place is actually nice and clean. Walking in I had high hopes for decent massage.

Very disrespectful and unprofessional business. I called to ask if they took walk-ins and gave an estimate of my arrival time. When I got there they told me they couldnāt take me in because they were waiting on an appointment for two people. It seemed to me that they didnāt want to get stuck with me and loose on a higher paying service. I came back a little afterwards to see if their appointment was a no show and they were rude and demanded I pay up front. I was willing, but when I pointed their negative demeanor they rolled their eyes and got combative. They clearly lack integrity and the most basic understanding of customer service. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

I loved this place but today I was told that a $15 tip was not enough before I even got my massage. The lady was rude. I requested a refund and had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come refund my money. I will not return.

It was just ok, pressure was too light for my liking and in the beginning they rub your back while covered with towel tooooo long...60 minutes felt like 45 minutes... I may give a 2nd chance when in the area again. I did enjoy some of the techniques used, the stretching, etc. Staff was friendly. Follow on TikTok @i_sharelife

Iām going to start by saying this is not your typical massage. I have never had a massage like it before. Felt great and made for a relaxing massage for sure. Was more for relaxation compared to a deep tissue. It is a small āmom and popā like massage place. Nothing like hand and stone or a massage envy. So do not go in expecting a very boujie place. Unlike other places, 90 min was exactly 90 min nothing less for what you pay for. The only complaint i have is you hear everything. The lady did leave me for a moment to answer the phone but came back right after. Only happened once. anytime someone walked in you could hear the whole conversation. If you are someone who wants quiet, Iād recommend headphones. Overall, i will go back. Not for my deep tissue massages, but for overall different relaxation massage.

NOT RECOMMENDED. One did not massage a family member legs , one kept answering phone calls and NOT giving back the purchased time. 3rd one pressed very hard into the back of neck and head and now this person has a a migraine headache. Sadly, there is a language barrier.

I got a 90 min massage today and the lady did not use any oil or lotions even after I asked. The lady massaged my back for a long time with only one hand doing thumb thrusts. She stopped my massage 3x to answer the phone. The massage was also done while only being partially covered by a towel that I was massaged through most of the time. I do no plan on going back.

I've been going to this establishment for at least 6 years, normally they are great, Saturday morning, my service was not as expected. Masseuse answered phone at least 4 times in between my massage, that was disappointing to say the least. I did not get the experience I needed or desired. Didnt feel valued or relaxed for the constant interruptions. I also felt slighted on my time as each time she stopped to answer, no time was compensated. I paid and tipped for 60 minutes and felt I received 40 at best. A bit of a dissatisfaction this visit. I'm VERY understanding, yet if I came in to feel relaxed, That's was what I expected. š

We did a couple's massage. Very thorough massages. I told my massage therapist she could go "deeper" with massage but the pressure never changed but she still did a good job. My partner and I both felt much better afterward. We will return!
