I love Mayflower Nail Salon <3 I have been purchasing gift cards and going to this salon for years! The salon itself is beautiful with chandeliers, a hand-painted sky on the ceiling, and great tranquil music!! It is by appointments only but i love that! The staff provides their undivided attention and theres never any pressure (if i want to add a design etc.) My go-to tech is Amy, she brightens up my day! I am all smiles from the minute i walk in til i leave because shes funny, bubbly, and customer service driven. I obviously keep returning because i love her work !

took 2 hours total to remove acrylics when it could’ve been 15 min because she was working with another client at the same time and I was told to file my nails in the mean time??

Great experience! I was skeptical about coming here because my wife said she saw it’s rating wasn’t great, but we happened to get lucky and just walk-in. They suggested after we started that next time we call to make an appointment because it’s safer. So I appreciated that they were willing to take us and let us know how they are conducting business now in post-covid times. The lady who did my nails was great, took her time and even suggested a color I might like better once I told her what I wanted. I never felt pushed to get other services and I was charged their prices that are printed out at their reception desk. I will definitely be coming back for a second visit. The owner/manager seemed very nice, even offered to make us beverages. Thank you!

Appointments can only be set via text for safety and tracking purposes. The owner Amy was candid in saying she did not know how to do dip French manicure white tip with powder only with gel nail polish. I was thankful for the honesty and agreed to stay for the service. Paid $63 for nail dip and pedicure with hot rock massage. Nails were not shaped evenly, nail dip was lumpy and thick. Pedicure was not clean.

My wife and I come here often to get pampered. I lounge in the massage chair while I get my legs and feet worked on, at the same time my wife gets her nails done, etc. Nice people. Recommend setting an appointment before visiting.

Horrible place to ever get your nails done. Their cheap prices also match their quality. I came in with a broken nail from the last set that I also got from them. Instead of trying to fix the situation, their immediate response was them asking if I wanted an entire new set, kept pushing for it; when I was clear from the start that all I wanted was my nail fixed and the acrylics off. They insisted I at least get a manicure. The nail tech had no desire to imitate the photo I showed her. I am convinced she chose to do a poor job: all my nails are uneven, shaped differently, and some of the acrylic is still on so it looks bulky. I am beyond furious; take my word go anywhere else but here.

This has been my favorite Nails place since 2016! Love the atmosphere, services and price. I enjoy the relaxing (SPA) Music, Green Tea, foot massage, hand massage with the lime & sugar and excellent foot message with the warm towel and rocks. The owner and employees have been very professional and friendly with me and my daughter. I highly recommend this Nail & Spa Salon! It's a perfect place to enjoy a peaceful manicure & pedicure!

Horrible place. Do not waste your time. The owner who sits upfront as you walk in on the right side table, is the most unprofessional, dishonest,rudest person! Not only is she rude to her employees whom most have left. She pushes and upsells nail treatment and services even after you tell her no. Once she is halfway done, she claims it was a language barrier, yet your stuck paying for it. In addition, She is rude with clients. After waiting over 2 hours for pedi and refill on my nails. After getting my feet done, i finally got to her station to get my re-fill. I was on the phone using my bluetooth headset. Having my hands available for her to work on them. She filed the old acrylic off, having my nails look horrible as its halfway. When she had the nerve to yell at me to say i needed to get off my phone and end my conversation, as she had a headache!! I asked her to please clarify her ask, as iam shocked that she would truly ask any customer to shut up and get of thier personal phone. I said to her my hands has nothing to do with my conversation. She said well my head hurts and your talking on the phone is making me sick...lol.. i said wow, when you and your staff sit here and yell back and forth in your Vietnamese language while your paying customers are here, and your most likely speaking bad about us makes it ok??. She said that she was not going to finish my nails. After a 2 hour wait on a Sunday at 6:50pm she left my nails a mess. I would never bring my business to this shop again!

I have be going to this nail salon for about 5 years. The last time I went was on a Sunday and was very slow and now I know why. The manicure and pedicure went up $5 . The service had decreaced. The lady that did my manicure and pedicure was horrible. My nails we not filed straight and my toe nail were not done properly. I do not think I will be back here again.

Old Bait and Switch! Dishonest Manager With my work schedule and I am unable to make consistent nail appts. But when I do, there's a lady that I like there. Today I called to make an appt and spoke to the manager. I specifically asked her for Leybe. When I arrived, there was only one other lady along with the manager taking care of clients. I was not acknowledged when I walked in so clearly that was a sign that something was wrong. I sat and waited thinking maybe Leybe was on a break. Then I got up to ask the manager where Leybe was and she had the audacity to act like she misunderstood me. I reminded her that I had just called 2 hours earlier and specifically asked for the nail technician and if she wan't in, I would have made an appt when she was available. She didn't even apologize and kept telling me to see someone else. That's not the point - she was dishonest! It was a dead Monday afternoon and she thought she could convince people to make appts and then have them see her and the one other lady that was working there. I have never been so furious at the incredibly rude and dishonest customer service! It's a shame as there are some very nice ladies that work there and will lose clients with that type of management.

This is my go to nail salon. I've been going here for 4 years now. Lily and Kelly do the best acrylics & gel manicures! This salon is multilingual (Vietnamese, Chinese and Spanish). The owner can be a little pushy but she means well!

This place is horrible . I’ve been going here for two years because it was the most convenient place but now I have STOPPED. The owner of the place is so rude to her customers and I was never acknowledged as a person there . Each time I’d come with a friend we’d both get asked (“what are you doing today”) constantly and she wouldn’t leave you alone until you bought something. She tries to up the price . One time I did gel nails and she charged me for A completely different price. Not wanting to fight I paid for it . I also went in to take my acrylic nails off and after waiting for I kid you not 40 minutes , she then proceeded to sit me down and take an unused acrylic nail and pull off my acrylic nails from my nail beds which were painful !!!! My nail beds weren’t torn apart for weeks. When I then tipped her $3 on my card because I didn’t have cash the co owner who is a tall slender male with glasses rudely told me next time to leave a tip in cash only. He didn’t even say please or thank you. That place is a disgrace.

This place is horrible. As usual when you come in you are bombarded with "what you doing today?" - you are not even acknowledged as a person. Secondly, the wait is forever - still waiting and it has already been 45 minutes. I am leaving. Would not allow me to post without a star .

DON'T GO THERE!!!! I HAD TO GIVE IT 1 STAR IN ORDER FOR ME TO BE ABLE TO POST!!! The owner of the shop is very unprofessional, tacky, and money hungry. She's extremely pushy and works her nail techs like slaves. I went there several times, so what I am writing is based on several experiences (UNTIL MY LAST VISIT...SEE #3). 1st, the owner interrogated me about another local nail salon that I had visited. She wanted to know the other location's address & whereabouts, prices, their services, and nationality of the people and owner who worked there. As I was leaving, the owner of Mayflower came to me and TOLD me, "Don't go there anymore. You come here." 2nd, after speaking with different nail techs, I was told the same thing at different times from different girls-they are EXPECTED not to take lunch together, exchange numbers, or carry on any type of friendship with one anther outside of the business. 3rd, the owner cursed me out and if I didn't keep my cool, things DEFINITELY COULD HAVE GOTTEN PHYSICAL!!!!! I went in for a pedi and the nail tech was very young and cut both my toes. I stopped the young girl and called the owner over. I was in a lot of pain and the areas where I was cut, was swollen and very red and I was in a lot of pain!! The owner did not acknowledge me, however, the owner continued with the pedicure and had the young girl shadow her and they were whispering to each other in their language. I tried explaining to the owner that I was in pain and asked if she was going to continue to ignore me and could she at least give me a verbal response or even a nod of the head but SHE DID NOTHING!! After a few times of her coming close to hurting me even more and me having to ask her to be careful and at times asking her not to use certain instruments on my toes because I was afraid that she was going to further hurt me, she still IGNORED ME!!! I asked her a few more times if she heard anything that I was saying and was she going to acknowledge how much pain I was in and the bleeding this young lady caused me, the owner jumped up and told me to GET OUT! She told me that she was not going to paint my toes and for me to leave. I told her that she didn't know how to run a business and that she was a very unprofessional owner. As I got into my car (parked right in front of the salon), the owner followed me outside!!!! I got out of my car and asked her what was her intention of following me outside if I had already left? We shared words and this woman actually WISHED DEATH ON ME!!!! She continuously pointed to the sky and then to me and repeatedly wished death on me!!!! She's disgusting!!!!

Do not go here!!!! This place it horrible. The male owner at the front desk is a moron. He does not know how to take an appt. Since he doesn't know English he constantly books people on the wrong day and then tries to blame you. He did it to me today and I have seen him do it to other customers in the past. He is arrogant. He is wife of a prize too. She tells customers to hush that they are speaking to loud. And it is common for her to get in a screaming match with customers. The quality of their product has gone down significantly. You can tell that they do something to it. They are not reliable, rude and lack quality products. Save your money and go somewhere else.
