I have bad experience with this salon three ago, I went Over there my hair was so long I asked to cut my hair end and she washed my hair and she Cut all my hair like 7 cm. I’m so mad I cry every day. I lost my hair so that I never go back to her.

Mayra damaged my hair, wanting to earn the money mad fast. I applied 3 different treatments on the same day, which caused massive hair loss. I had to consult a specialist after my primary doctor referred me and after rigorous treatments I managed to stop the hair loss. I suggest that before Mayra starts any process, be sure that she doesn't do what she did to me just out of hunger for money, it would ruin anyone's hair.

Tengo aproximadamente un año arreglándome en este Salón y puedo decir que Mayra es una gran profesional y con su equipo te hacen sentir como en casa. Excelente servicio, me encanta como queda mi pelo cuando ella me arregla, la recomiendo al máximo.

Bueno que puedo decir de este Salón si tengo muchísimos años arreglándome el pelo con Mayra. Es una persona muy profesional y trabaja muy pero muy bien. No le confiaría mi cabello a nadie más. Y la he recomendado con todos mis amigos por todos estos años y todo están muy satisfechos también. Muchas gracias Mayra por tantos años de servicio.

Terrible customer service. First time trying this place, was looking forward to doing my hair, and when i get there I was told to reschedule or wait two hours because they were busy. I had made an appt weeks ago and was rudely disregarded, not even an apology after coming from so far. Don’t come here

Era cliente de ella por algún tiempo y ahora en diciembre fui a que me pintara el cabello mi color negro entero nada del otro mundo y dejo que una señora sin experiencia que trabaja ahí me pintara mi cabello y nada cuidadosa me pinto la frente de la cara y cuando me lavo el cabello igual me lavo la cara completa. Fue un servicio muy desagradable. Me cobro por el tinte, corte y dos productos $250 todo y Mayra la dueña vio lo que hizo esta empleada y no se hizo responsable. No les recomiendo para nada este lugar. Igual pagas en otros lados y con verdaderos profesionales. Y ahora a las dos semanas después que le pedí que se haga responsable y porque escribo esta reseña me escribe amenazandome que me va a publicar que tiene el video de como salí feliz de su negocio. Claro que si fue así y cuando llegue donde la profesional de maquillaje ella me notó mi cara pintada en la frente. Eso se llama ser descarada y desonesta. Todavía amenazar a los clientes escribiendo al número privado.

If I could give her zero stars I would. I came here for years with my mother. So she knows me well. I had went to get two different colors and I asked her to do it herself. Well she didn’t do it herself and she also paid me no mind. When my color came out it looked horrendous and I complained. She got upset and started getting loud then she allowed one of her other customers to get in my face and scream at me . I was 20 the lady must’ve been 40. I was terrified, I paid and left. I always gave them great tips and still went after my mother passed and we spoke about my mother passing. Like I said she knew me but when I got upset she treated me like a dog. I will never ever ever spend money here again and I hope no one else does. She treated me disgustingly and I wouldn’t be surprised if she did it again.

The plastic hair surgery basically keratin is the best at this place also the hair cut was on point. Her work is magnificent and on point.I highly recommend this place. This is my second time going there and I love it.

Too expensive for such an unprofessional cut. Mayra the owner was the one who worked on my hair. $150 for highlights, cut ends and blower without iron, (I asked for highlights on the entire top but she only made me a few on the sides). She doesn’t know at all how to do "point cutting" which is a technique used to texturize the hair, leaving my ends completely bulky and without fading or styling in the cut. The photos are from the first wash after hair cut so you can appreciate the ends. Demasiado caro para un corte tan poco profesional. Mayra la dueña fue la que trabajó en mi cabello. $150 por mechas, corte de puntas y blower sin plancha, (pedí mechas en toda la parte superior pero me hizo solo unas pocas a los lados). No sabe en absoluto cómo hacer “point cutting” que es una técnica utilizada para texturizar el cabello, me dejó las puntas completamente abultadas y sin degradar ni estilizar. Las fotos son de la primera lavada despues del recorte, solo para que aprecien las puntas.

Hola cansada de esperar se me atienda , con citas que nunca se respetan y llegó el día de hoy, fuí atendida por Mayra la dueña para que me hiciera una CIRUGÍA CAPILAR . La cirugía la hizo muy rápido y quedé peor que cuando llegué, le hablé que estaba mal y en lo único que pensaba es que le pague encerrándome en el lugar . Hello, tired of waiting to be attended to, with appointments that are never respected and today came, I was attended by Mayra, the owner, so that she could do me a CAPILLARY SURGERY. The surgery was done very quickly and I was worse than when I arrived, I told her that it was wrong and the only thing she thought about was that I pay her by locking me in the place.

Made an appointment 5 hours prior to the time I wanted to be there, asked if Mary would be available at the requested time and she said “Ofcourse come in”. When I got there I told the owner Mayra that I had an appointment with Mary at 5:30 mind you, I got there at 5:20 p.m., making sure I’m there a few minutes earlier. Mary acted confused and said she didn’t know about an appointment at that time. This would’ve been 3rd time going there and with the level of Un professionalism I experienced today will be the LAST TIME. Todas que trabajan en ese salon necesitan organizarces.
