I wish their prices were posted, as I would’ve chosen somewhere else. I paid almost $200 for a semi-permanent dye and trim. The lady was very nice and easy to talk to, but I specified several times I wanted dark brown NOT black hair. After 30 minutes in the dryer, i should’ve known it’d come out jet-black. I was also a little disappointed that the shirt I was wearing is ruined because of the excess dye dripping. This is not a big deal, but the amount of dye on my head was kind of insane - I hate to think that contributed to my $190 bill. Overall the experience was fine, but I’d beware of pricing!!

Had an appointment at 4:30pm, but waited until 5:10. They also refused to wash my hair before cutting it, saying if I must wash my hair it will be another 10 bucks. So I paid $10 just get my hair washed perfunctorily and leave. Will never come back to this place. Awful experience.

I got such a cute haircut today! My usual stylist is taking a break so I booked an appointment here based on the positive reviews I saw. My did my hair, and I look adorable. Great price too! I'll be coming back.

It is a great place. And the costumer care is amazingly friendly. They have toys for children and a t.v. that plays music so u don't get bored waiting.

Made an appointment for my daughter's prom night. When she got there, the hairdresser was NO WHERE to be found!!! The receptionist who was there felt so terrible she put my daughter's hair up in a silly bun. She was further insulting by charging my daughter $10 for something I could have done BETTER myself at home!! The most horrible experience we've EVER had at a salon! DON'T GO HERE!! Absolutely horrible! Sorry we when tried to give this soon a chance in our neighborhood. #Regrettable #Fail #RipOff

Teresa was great and welcoming from the start. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she was able to get very close (my hair was a bit too short for what I wanted initially). I'm very happy with the outcome, and for the price, I'll definitely be returning in the future.

Fantastic Salon! Peggy is the new owner and stylist of May's Hair Design. I just had my first cut & color with her yesterday. I love my new hair cut, it frames my face very well. I am very happy with her service. I loved the fact that Peggy was willing to go the extra mile to accommodate my request by getting a new expensive brand of hair coloring product that she normally doesn't stock on hand. Her willingness to work with her clients speaks volumes in my book.

May is amazing! I found my new hair designer. She knew exactly what I wanted when I stumbled through trying to explain what I was imagining. She is perfect! EDIT: I don't get my hair cut often. I went back 4 Months after my first visit and May remembered me. She asked questions about me like she was just continuing our last conversation! I was amazed. I asked how she remembered me and she just said you're my costumer of course I remember. That's some great customer service!

Use to love it here but May retired. Went in and the new owners are sprucing it up. It looks much nicer now. The reason for only 3 stars is that after my hair cut my neck was hurting from the buzzer. I felt like I had little holes in the back of my neck. The hair cut was not as great also and for the price and pain I paid I don't think it was worth it. You decide.
