I've been coming here for years. Always received good haircuts from the owner May to a few other staff members. I've been using Hanh for years. She knows exactly how I like may hair she is always happy and friendly. I highly recommend this salon

The haircut looked fine at first when it was done, but when I got home and saw it closer in the mirror, the scissor work on top was really bad. I have random hairs protruding all over the place that weren’t cut at all. Nice employees and all, but I won’t be back here.

My rating is just based on the price and the quality of the service. Overall this business is good and friendly. This a regular go to place for me, the place is not the best of interiors but the people their doing hair care services are very friendly.

They don't know how to work the trimmer. I got cuts n scratches everywhere she tried to use the machine on my head n face. It was so hard n bad. Probably because the blade is so blunt she felt the need to push it hard against my skin. Go somewhere else guys Save your skin Don't get no septic

Always great service. Been going there for many many moons. I usually get hit up and lined up by Trina, May of course is amazing as well and the others are pretty good too. I recommend and I won't go anywhere else locally. If I'm in Vegas I might see someone else after a week but in the bay I stick to May's.

I always go old guy for hair cut ,he’s very good doing his job. Today I go and he’s on brake I ask other girl where he is she say he’s off but he’s on brake . She cut my hair she messed up I explain her how to cut hair it’s simple way and she just ignore me . And ask its too late now . And she don’t know about beard I ask did u know how to cut beard she say yes. She just again messed up my beard she say I dont know how to do . If she don’t know she ask me I dont wan her to cut my beard . She messed up everything and then argument with me now it’s too late . Just for money she messed up .

May has always been amazing! She cut my husband's hair for years and now cuts mine along with our 6 children. She's great at fades, mowhawks, trims, along with layering my hair. Love her and her services!

One of the worst haircuts of my life. I asked for medium cut but the lady was in so much rush that she used clippers and chopped down wherever she felt necessary. In five minutes I was left with uneven hair all over my head. I even showed her uneven and protruding hair but she replied that’s because of curly hair. What an excuse. Clearly she lacked the skills and patience with scissors. Will not recommend to anyone

This place looks crowded and only good for quick regular hair cuts ( barber style) When it comes to hair coloring or styling, the people lack attention, skills and diligence. They don’t really seem to care what the end result is. The challenging part is there is no one accountable person who can guide or course-correct if the customer is not seeing things going right. It seemed like a group of individual barbers who really don’t get into others business. Not going back.

Do you want an excellent mens haircut in 15-20 minutes? Go check out May’s. At first I was thrown off a little by the look of this place, but don’t be deceived. The hands down, no frills, best haircut that I’ve gotten in the Bay Area. It was fast and affordable. I was so satisfied that I tipped 100% and it was still more affordable then other shops in the area….. I almost feel bad giving away this little hidden gem but they deserve your business! And for all the folks who left bad reviews they were expecting $400 salon quality hair for $70…. That’s not on May’s

I came here on a Sunday morning for a mens haircut. The lady who was there at the time gave me one of the worse haircuts I got. She didnt seem to care about the service she was providing. She was not unfriendly, but either didnt seem to have the skills or didnt pay attention. I would not go back here

Terrible service from Kristi. Aggressive with my husbands hair and gave him the worst hair cut of his life. Not the first time my family has had a bad experience from this place.

The lady cutting my hair (Kristi) was in a terrible mood as soon as I sat in the chair. She ruined one side of my head and when I asked her to try to fix it she got even more irritated and purposely pressed harder in my head to jab the tip of the clippers. I don’t recommend getting a haircut from her. The terrible service and aggressive demeanor warranted this review.
