Horrible experience! Took 5 hours for knotless braids. They open at 9 so I can’t understand why they need to take a break after only braiding for a hour! I paid $230 for knotless braids that were suppose to come to my waist and they come to my the top of my bra not to add my braids are uneven. My middle part is going to the side! NEVER AGAIN!! Don’t waste your time or money on this place! No need to lie girl bye, yall can’t braid and you’re super mad! I’m from NJ where you can go to a braiding shop and get your hair done in 2 hours it’s cheaper and it looks way better then whatever you want to call it what you did! So before you get up here lying let’s be clear!! You just opened up at 9 by 10 you was on break.. Decent customers that’s a laugh, everybody that came in your shop that day walked out. Step your skills up, move a little faster you might make enough money to retire that dry as wig!

I am very particular when it comes to my hair and I thought I would try a new shop! Never again I was quoted a price over the phone then when I came in they tried charging me $50 more. I showed the braider several pics and videos of what I wanted. She said the hair I brought was too thin but she only used alittle more then half of 1 bundle , I had 3 bundles total and all of them should have been used but they weren’t. The icing on the cake was it took 7 hours with so many people working in the shop they only dedicated one person to me. When I go to African braiding galleries it’s always multiple people on one head to speed up the process. Never again. Now I have to spend more money to fix my hair to how I want it.

I have been a customer of this establishment for well over 10 years and I'm always satisfied with my hair! I absolutely love all of the women that work here!! They're professional, courteous, great at braiding, and very fast at getting you in and out based on your style. Very fair with pricing, and even fitting you in at the last minute, as I have needed appts at the last minute!! Thank you to Amy, Asha, and Waly and all the others for servicing me all these years and keeping me satisfied!!

I have been here a few times to get my hair braided and have always been satisfied. I was nervous finding a new braiding shop being new to the area, but so glad I have found this one. I never have to wait and I am usually out within 3-4 hours. The ladies are professional and I appreciate their scheduling slots. I have never seen anyone else waiting either which means they are organized when it comes to appointments.

I called them last minute because another stylist cancelled my appointment and they took me. Friendly and polite. I was especially greatful that 2 of them worked on my hair for a period of time which saved some time.

I just show these ladies the hair style I like and they make it happen. There prices includes the hair which is so convenient for me. Peaceful and pleasant environment. I am very satisfied with the work they provided.

This is the worst salon I’ve ever been to. I went for a sew in and they did not sit me in the chair until a hour later than what my appointment was. They did not properly blow dry my hair after being washed by them as well. And when the lady was done with my hair it was absolutely TERRIBLE. She did not glue down my closure,did not leave any edges out,and my parts were very uneven. Worst salon ever. Will never visit again.
