Stick with me while I tell my full story to rant & rave about this wonderful experience of mine! I wanna start by saying, I got my very first professional hair extensions about a month ago now, by Michael! It was my first service by him, color and installation. I’ve been following him & his work on insta for about 2 years now & I knew I was gonna get my hair done by him someday! He squeezed me right in for that first consult. - I wanted to wait to do my review so I had time spent with my extensions & give my absolute honest review! The service was phenomenal. I have never had better customer service by someone anywhere I’ve ever been. I felt like a queen, the wholee time. He has such a sweet soul, he’s accommodating, fun to be around and straight to the point. I feel valued as a client and that’s so hard to find these days. Michael has professional level skill at making the customer feel welcome/comfortable while chatting but also knows when to get down to business - very attentive of his and clients time. He listened to exactly what I wanted and he deliveredddd. The first photo is when I got home that night, he sent me on my way with a lovely goodie bag with top of the line products. Totally unexpected!! & SO much appreciated!! <3 The 2nd photo of me is the very next day after a straighten. 3rd was my birthday, a week later, reasoning for my appointment & I felt fabulous the whole night! 4th photo is 3 days after my birthday hair brushed out, still looking fabulous! & the last was just a couple days ago crimped. As of today hair is still feeling smooth & feels weightless. - like it’s mine LOL. After my first wash I texted him and was a little freaked out with how heavy & thick it felt to me. I’m a pretty natural person overall so this was all new to me.. He texted back quickly reassuring that what I was feeling is normal and I would get used to it, he offered to make me happy and thin it out if I wanted. I chose to wait it out, trust his skills & the process. Michael was totally right! As time went on it felt weightless & started to look more natural with the light shedding that is expected, and its turned out to be absolutely perfect, the way I wanted it. He knows exactly what he’s doing & is a true specialist. I’ve gotten so many compliments & no one can tell I have extensions in! They think it’s my real hair, LOVE that part, exactly what I wanted - the blenddd. I can even wear my hair in a pony with no show. There is DEFINITELY a price tag on this pretty lil head of mine but I have absolutely no regrets. I 100% went to the perfect hair stylist. I couldn’t be more pleased. Michael has perfected & has so much passion for his craft. I support that all the way. Take my money Michael!! LOL. You 100% deserve it. Thank you so much! Absolutely adore the level of commitment to the quality I get when I get my hair done. I leave feeling more confident each time about myself, and I love the level of care towards my wants and needs as a client that he gives. He is passionate about his craft and his quality is unmatched. His pricing is beyond fair and he truly commits to his clients a completely different level of perfection. My hair ALWAYS looks snatched and I feel so beautiful even weeks after getting hair done with him. He is the hair guru.

I have been a client of Michael’s for over 3 years and have literally never been disappointed. And that’s saying a lot because I’m super picky about my haircuts and fades in particular! Michael is just an all around amazing human so it’s not only fun to be in his chair, but also very easy to be direct about what I like and don’t like. As my hair started thinning, Michael started taking extra steps to help me through the process, talking through options and always taking extra time to ensure I felt amazing before I left his chair. It’s a big deal to me and he is very empathetic so makes it more tolerable to discuss cuts that help ease the blow to the ego. Lastly, he’s so great with my 10 year old kiddo who has started getting regular cuts from him as well! All around super talented. Highly recommend this talented man!

There’s no other stylist that I trust more than Michael . He has been doing my hair for years he has transformed me more than I can count for many occasions. When I have vision, he comes up with the best version and I’m always amazed and satisfied with my new style. Michael , you have changed me more than you can imagine I admire your dedication and passion and most of all your patience with my crazy ideas.

Words can’t even express how grateful I am for Michael at MBarclays! My hair comes out extraordinary! I get stopped constantly by people asking me where I get my cut and color done and it’s all thanks to Michael! He makes me feel like & look a celebrity! I can’t recommend Mike enough honestly. He has TRANSFORMED my hair and elevated my confidence to the max. He is the first person I have trusted to give me extensions and it has been the best decision I’ve ever made. He is so talented and just the most amazing hair dresser I have ever had. Michael is a true artist and master hair stylist. His hair extension’s talent is unmatched. I get regular blow outs and I’m always told by those stylists unsolicited that his installation is perfection. And if you want the master of Blonde hair, he is THE BEST in Scottsdale! Knowing you are a walking billboard, he puts his heart and soul into his work. You will not find a more talented and client focused hair professional in the valley. Blessed to be his client.

Michael is the best! Not everyone can cut short hair and he won me over during the very first appointment 3 years ago. My hair has been platinum for the last 2.5 and he nails it every time. Also not an easy task. Short hair, extensions, the latest style, men’s cuts…Michael is your guy.

Michael has been cutting my hair for the past 5 years. I couldn't be happier. His talent far exceeds that of anyone I have visited in the past 30 years. I happily drive 75 miles round-trip to get a great cut at a very reasonable price. As the old saying goes "if it ain't broke, don't fix it".
