I love love love my lashes each and every time. Key has been my lash tech for too many years to count. What I love most about her services is that she is great with communication throughout the entire process. I have literally traveled throughout the country for her services. If you haven’t tried her skin care line yet, the question is what are you waiting for? Her facials leave my skin absolutely flawless, smooth, and firm. To top it off she is a lovely being that has a true passion for what she does and goes over and beyond to make sure each client receives the best spa treatment ever. I promise you will not be disappointed

I received an hybrid (mixture of natural/volume lashes) just when I thought she was done, I can feel her removing the tape from my lashes and just tearing it up and she stayed someone recommended the tape to her and I realized she started doing it again..once she was done, I was not happy at all and she tried to fix it but it has already been 2 hrs and 45 mins long! And she tells me I had no lashes there which left a gap and I told her yes I did but she had ripped it off from removal of the tape! I get my lashes done a lot but my lash girl couldn’t fit me in last minute..now I know how important it is to find a good lash artist!! Below are pics after just 3 days later smh! I was told I didn’t make them aware of my disappointment but I was there for over 2 hrs and 45 mins and it wasn’t even volume! And why would I go bck to u guys to corrected? For your lash artist to blame me about not having much to wrk with but still did it, is crazy! Dnt tell me I didn’t make her aware of it especially after being there for that long and there was nothing she can do bc the lashes were sticking to eachother bc according to her, the glue hasn’t dry..wait, what? All I wanted to do was leave bc I give her 2 attempts to fix it..so please dnt make it sound like I had little to work with when I went bck to my lash artist and she removed it and corrected this.

I would highly recommend getting your lashes done by Key l, she’s wonderful. She squeezed me in for a 7:30 appointment on a Friday night. She has such a relaxing and warm environment and she’s an absolute sweetheart. I felt so comfortable my first time there that I actually fell asleep in her chair. 😅 Which mind you, is super comfy and doesn’t hurt your back like most tables do! When I first got there, we discussed my expectations, she observed my lashes, and told me what could be done to get my desired look without causing damage to my lashes. (I’d come in with previous lash damage so my lashes were very sparse/short in some places, long in others). She did absolutely amazing and I couldn’t be happier. These lashes are definitely the most lightweight, wispy and natural dramatic ones I’ve gotten and I’m in love. She ACTUALLY listens to what you want! My photo is Day 2 after I just woke up and they’re holding up amazing! No fall out yet and usually on Day 2, I’ve already had about 3-6 lashes fall out. None yet! 😁 Her retention is 🔥.

I’ve had my lashes done here for over a year, I won’t let anyone else near my eyes! I am a personal trainer and fitness model, and my lashes lasted through a fitness shoot on the beach!! I highly recommend them!!
