I called before going to this place. I emphasized a specific person for providing the service to me; they said she is available. I drove all the way to get to the place, lay on the bed, but I see someone else came and said the one who I asked is off today! So unprofessional, they wasted my time.

I liked this place until my most recent visit the other day. Their custom is to pay before the service… at least every time I’ve been… When the massage was done I handed my masseuse a cash tip and she was acting like she didn’t want to take it and I didn’t understand why. I thought maybe she was offended because some cultures find tipping offensive. Then she said something to the other lady who then asked me if it was my first time there and I said no. In fact, it was my third time and I’ve always brought someone with me and I always tip or pay cash. The lady pointed to the tip sign they have posted which has tipping recommendations that start at 30% and up. I had not planned to leave more than 15% of what I paid and I felt pressured to give the lady a total of 35%. It was SO RUDE and made me VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. I will never be back. I’ve never been disrespected that way, and I also work in the service industry so I always tip a minimum of 15%, but usually more if the service is good. Also tipping is NOT mandatory so technically I didn’t have to leave anything more. Not to mention they charge $2 to use a card. UNPROFESSIONAL!

Been here many times over the years. A lot of owners and workers have come and go. Sometimes good sometimes not. Went for a 90 minute combo back n foot massage here. I was charged $75. It was a robotic massage. She went through the motions but really had no connection or idea of what she was doing. I only got 80 minutes they dont use a timer here that in itself speaks volumes! So instead of $25 tip i gave her 20. She gave me a dirty look and walked away from me. Just a horrible attitude. If you dont appreciate my business then you dont deserve my business, i will not come back. And i was a regular customer.

The place looks peaceful and calm, but for foot massage lady was using gloves, which feels not right… and I didn’t enjoy massage at all because of that. They told me to prepay the session. So on my way out I asked if they always use gloves, they said yes. I needed to show the pictures of gloves, because people there don’t speak English. They catch me on my way out and forced to pay tip… there was a very angry and scary security guy on the couch, so I paid. Don’t want to come back

massage itself was decent for the price but the woman who massaged me continually answered the phone and just switched me off with another woman halfway through for a bit so it was pretty inconsistent and around 10 min under the hour i paid for due to the pausing, leaving, etc. when it came time to leave she extremely rudely asked for tip it was unprofessional in more than a few ways and made me uncomfortable. the massage itself was great but overall not worth coming back for for me personally

Massage was okay , but when it was time to pay they charged me 20$ when I told them 15$ tip . He charged my card anyways without my permission. Don’t trust these people

I've been here 4 times. Each time the massage was generally good. However today I didn't have the best experience. I went in and asked for the $50 full body. The woman at the front desk asked if I wanted it hard, but I told her medium strength was all I wanted. She persisted and said I could handle her hard massage but again I said not too hard please. She ends up being my masseuse, which is not usually the case as from my experience the lady at the front desk delegates another person to do the massage. Anyways she was not gentle, and her hands were very rough with calluses. She also must have had some sort of indigestion because she was burping as well. At the end, I did not feel like the massage was worth a $15 tip, especially because she did not follow my instructions and was generally quite gross in her mannerisms. I gave her $10 and then she got upset. Oh well, I'll probably come again because this experience was a one off for me, but I did not like today's experience.

I get the hour combo hot stone massage every time. It's $50 but I always tip at least $30 bc they really are that good in my humble opinion. I feel like people take advantage of the good prices and don't tip enough and soon the prices will all go up because of it - so I try to pay it forward.

I really enjoyed the combo massage here. The pricing was very reasonable & the ambiance of the place was relaxing. I really appreciated how quiet it was while I was getting a massage. I will definitely come back to get more massages. Front desk & masseuse were all friendly as well!

This is one of our favorite places. I’d recommend calling ahead to make sure they have space. We usually get a room with two beds. This is not a super fancy spa but the quality of massage, heated beds and the consistency is stellar. The walls can be a little thin so if someone enters or is talking loudly or there’s a loud car that passes by you can unfortunately hear it but that never bothers me that much. These Aunties really do Werk and they deserve it. Their prices are super fair so we usually tip them around $20 on a hour combo massage.

Very small room. Not enough room for me to move around while changing. The massage therapist was rushing. She knocked on the door, I told her that I am not yet ready and she walked inside the room anyway.

Both times here I have had a good experience with good pressure throughout the massage. The second time, though, I guess the lady wasn't happy with my tip and got a little fussy. That's the only reason it's not a 5-star review. It's hard to beat the price here though.

Legit massage. Had a pinched nerve on my right shoulder blade that was really bothering me and the masseuse worked it out and I have not been in pain since. Strong hands she knew how to work that in between pain and comfort the best message that I have had.

Would not recommend. The woman who massaged me constantly answered the phone and attended people at the door during the massage. The massage was mediocre at best. Very unprofessional and asked for more tip. Will not be going back.
