Went to MD spa for the first time to gift my mother a session of botox. I was immediately greeted by Dr. Yanet Diaz-Martell. We were absolutely blown away by Dr.Yanet. She was incredibly sweet, welcoming and informative. She does not try to upsell you and is 100% transparent with you. She speaks perfect Spanish which helped my mother communicate better with her. She explained the services and what to expect. We will 100% be coming back to see her for more services and will be recommending anyone who is looking for rejuvenating services to book with her. I recently had my first dermal filler experience with Dr. Diaz-Martell at MD Health Spa, and I couldn’t be happier! From start to finish, she made the entire process easy and comfortable. What really stood out was her level of care—she followed up with me personally via text on both the second and third day after the filler, and scheduled an in-person two-week follow-up to make sure the results were exactly what we had hoped for. On day two, I woke up with swollen lips, which I knew was part of the process but still found alarming. Dr. Diaz-Martell’s timely texts, after care goodie bag and advice helped calm my nerves, and now that the swelling has gone down, I’m left with beautifully shaped lips that have given me such a confidence boost! What I appreciated most about Dr. Diaz-Martell was her attention to detail and her respect for my preferences. At our follow-up, she made sure I was happy with the shape and never pushed for more volume, which made me feel very comfortable as I wanted a natural look that fit my face. Her professionalism and care truly made the experience exceptional. I will definitely be returning to her and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled, compassionate provider.
