I’ve been going to the brow bar for years and finally grew my brows to a great symmetrical place. I swung by here and took a risk which unfortunately led to too much taken off in my left corner brow. Accidents happen but what upsetting was being told “that’s how your brows are” with no accountability. I showed the woman a photo of my brow how it usually is done and she said “maybe that is your right brow and you’re mixing them up in the photo”. I told her it was the left one and I had a piercing on that side to tell them apart. The response was still dismissive and laughing. She said “maybe there was makeup on”. ? There wasn’t any makeup that was my brows after my session at the brow bar. I have a bald spot on my brow now. They were so dismissive and saying “no brows are the same it’s not going to be alike”. I’ve never felt so gaslit by a studio. The response was beyond unprofessional. I’m also not expecting perfection just to maintain a straight line across my brow without a dip from a bald spot. Please don’t gamble with your face and go to a competent studio. I will not be visiting again and will only be going to the brow bar.

The lady closest to the door will ALWAYS pull your skin. I have tried her more than once and does it every single time. When confronted, she will tell you “it’s okay, small pull” while your skin is irritated and painful. If you come here, go to the lady closest to the wall. She is gentle and always does amazing. Unfortunately, she has a limited schedule which is why I have had to use the one nearest to the front door that is awful and inexperienced.

They are literally amazing! Muni did exactly what I wanted! I asked her to just do a clean up and keep my eyebrows thick and she did just that. She was the best I am new to Texas and this is my go to now I personally all like getting my eyebrows started and I do not like too many people threading my eye so I will be coming to this place to see Muni from now on 🙂🥰

I personally go to get services from Diva. It took a few months to get my eyebrows to where I wanted them but I can proudly say that Diva has nailed it down. Now all I have to do is sit on the chair and she knows what to do from there.

Eyebrow shaping here is a joke, I look like I didn’t have anything done to polish my eyebrows! Also, they are reusing one-time use spoolies on every client! The spoolie was caked with other clients dead skin! 🤢

There’s a reason why the ratings here a good. The ladies are very respectful and they do an amazing job. I was so sad to leave Dallas to another city because their service cannot be topped.

First time here and I had a wonderful service. They listened to how I wanted to keep my eyebrows and got all the little hairs out. They pay attention to detail and take their time to make sure your eyebrows come out perfect and beautiful. Will definitely be coming back!

I have been in dallas for 2 years and have tried a few threading salons. they were all okay but not consistent work. I did not catch a name— but the stylist took her time on mine and i could tell this was the way she was cause she did the same to the person in front of me. she is amazing. they have a new client in me! i hope the other stylist are on the same level.

This was my 1st visit andiba did waxing and threading on my full face. Beautiful and flawless
