I feel the beautician is very perfunctory. I got the microneedle treatment, but to be honest, I wasn't happy with it. The whole process is not too detailed, just take the skinpen and spin it around your face. I have done in other institutions before, they were very serious, and they also helped to wipe the bleeding areas of the face during the operation, taking into account any area of the face, and this time the beautician only spent 10 minutes to finish. I was very disappointed about this place. The only positive thing about this place was that the front desk service was very good and it was beautifully decorated. If you are considering solving the problem, please refer to other places.

I love going to the MD Skin Lounge in Oldtown. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Kim is my go to esthetician, she’s very thorough and knowledgeable, I always leave feeling well taken care of and looking forward to the next visit, I highly recommend her!

I've been going here for a few months for laser hair removal and Veronica is THE BEST. She makes it as painless as possible and is so fun to chat with during my appointments. The whole staff here is friendly and efficient. I can't recommend MDSkin enough!

Time is valuable, and unfortunately, I have experienced two instances where my appointments were completely overlooked. For my initial appointment, I waited for over 30 minutes, and when I called to inquire about the delay, I was informed that the individual had forgotten about my appointment. I decided to give it another try the second time and called ahead to confirm that everything was still on schedule, to avoid what happened the first time, I was assured that all was good as scheduled. However, once again, no one showed up at the scheduled time, and after waiting, I was once more told that my appointment had been forgotten. This is utterly unacceptable and inconsiderate. I ended up wasting $1,300 with a provider who seems quite unprofessional and unserious. There are far too many excellent options in the area to continue engaging with a business that does not respect their clients' time or by honoring basic customer service. You receive this notification prior to each scheduled appointment: “Please be advised that late cancellations (those made less than 24 hours in advance) or missed appointments will incur a fee of $150.00.” However, in the event that the situation is reversed, it results in a loss for you.

Highly recommended!! I first went to MD Skin because I know of Dr Gawley and his impeccable reputation! I have a complicated health history and am very reactive to products. I have been so fortunate to have had Rachel M. as my technician . She is prof, years of experience and knowledge and knows how to navigate my medical challenges. My skin has never looked better! I live in Gilbert but travel to Scottsdale to continue my monthly skin care with Rachel !
