Dr. Sara and her team are well versed in all things acupuncture. Their holistic approach to health and wellness is refreshing. The treatments offered are incredible. Weekly visits have helped me alleviate pain, keep allergies at bay, ease anxiety, increase quality of sleep, improve digestion... and the list goes on! I highly recommend this practice. I have been getting acupuncture treatments for about 2 years at Meadow Hill. I have seen several providers and all have been fantastic. I have been seeing Kate for the last 6 months or so for arthritis and plantar fasciitis. Plantar Fasciitis is very difficult to treat and Kate has been doing an amazing job!!

Meadow Hill Wellness Center is a very calming and welcoming place. I see Kate Lorenz for acupuncture. I've followed her from her previous employer because she knows my issues and knows how to treat me. She is the best I've ever seen. She is caring and listens to you. She just seems to know of issues that I have without me knowing that I have them.

Meadow Hill is fantastic. Kate has been extremely helpful in easing my lower back and shoulder pain. Treatments also help with overall stress reduction. This was an experiment for me, as I was a non-believer. Acupuncture is legit. Especially when working with an expert like Kate. If you're experiencing pain or fatigue this is for you.

I am so elated that I found Meadow Hill Wellness. For about 2 years I've been looking for a place that had an Infrared sauna. Not sure why, when I Googled to find a place, Meadow Hill would not pop up. It was only when I searched for Wellness facilities did I find it. I love using their Infrared sauna. It has helped with pain in my body as well as detox my body, I move better, it even lowers my blood pressure, which I want. The benefits are great. Oh, and I recently spoke to Nick about the acupuncture they offer. Very professional and kind.
