The staff at the coral gables office are great, very attentive and punctual. You don’t wait more that 5 minutes to be brought in for your treatment. I will return after the holidays.

Roxanna and Lupe are extremely nice, always trying to make every customer happy. They were able to squeeze me in last minute, although I was the last client of the day Roxanna still made sure I had all the information I needed. She was very patient and my appointment was not rushed. She really knows what’s best for my skin and never tried to sell me more than what I need, which is super hard to find nowadays with medspas

Very disappointing! I paid for 100 units of Dysport, which normally is sufficient for a good, effective full face treatment in MY PARTICULAR CASE. The follow up offered consists of an additional 10 units.....what can that possibly accomplish when the other 100 (if indeed were 100 units, I don't know) when those 100 only did 50% of the job???????? I think it is just a ploy to get patients back and sell them another full treatment, charge more hundreds and hundreds of hard earned dollars ...for very poor results At this place I'm not even sure what product I was injected with. I was never shown the bottle. All I know, it only did half a job. I don't recommend this clinic.

The service is great, the staff makes you feel at home especially if is your first time, i did my lazer hair removal and the results are great. The place is clean and they use the lazer machine base on your skin type. Overall my experience everytime I go is excellent, i been going with the coral gables office for 4 years now and the results are amazing , will continue coming

Med Aesthetics Miami is seriously the spot! As a guy, I was a bit hesitant, but they totally nailed it with a chill vibe that made me feel right at home. The staff was super cool, giving me tips that actually made sense for me. The treatments worked wonders, and I loved how they kept everything low-key and respectful. It's awesome to find a place where guys can get top-notch care without feeling out of place. If you’re looking to up your game, this is the place to go!

NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE! IT IS TERRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL! I came to my appointment 15 min early to be told to wait, not being told how long. After AN HOUR goes by they call me up just to be told that they couldn’t treat me! Completely unacceptable. If they already knew I was not going to be treated they should have told me that when I got there instead of making me wait AN ENTIRE HOUR! They wasted my time and I had no treatment done. The lady then asked me to reschedule and I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and give them one more chance. The day before my rescheduled appointment they tell me they have to reschedule me again! At this point I’m completely fed up and I want nothing to do with this business, so I ask for my money back for the treatments I never received! They then tell me there are no refunds on the treatments, but they magically can do my original appointment time now! IT IS A NEVER ENDING CYCLE WITH THESE PEOPLE! I was never told there were no refunds on treatments never done because I would have never prepaid! This business is completely ridiculous and unprofessional. Keep my money because you need it for the customers you will lose if you keep running your business like you are. I would give 0 stars if I could.

One of the worst facials I’ve had. The facial was supposed to be an hour long, but it lasted at the most 45 min. She seemed very rushed and did a haphazard job. She spent very little time on the areas that needed the most help and the facial did not help my complexion at all. Usually my skin is radiant in the week after a facial, but not this time. It was quite expensive for the poor quality. Save your money and go somewhere else!

DO NOT GO HERE. They sold me a package of six sessions that should be completed in 6 months and it’s been over a year and I still didn’t complete them because the machine is always BROKEN. In two instances I made an appointment, did all the preparation to get there and only when I arrived they let me know the machine is broken. No consideration for anyone’s time. (They will try to convince you to use other machines that are painful and are not at all what you paid for - RUN) HORRIBLE SERVICE.

So this is a true story about my daughter journey to clear up her face from s me after taking way protein , after visiting numerous dermatologist and estheticians in Miami and spending a ton of money no one was able to help except for these lovely professional ladies at this spa Rosanna and darma . They told me straight up after free consultation what treatments will be provided and the results are just amazing without question . Highly recommend this med spa .

Update: I woke up the next morning with a chemical burn all over my face from being left with numbing cream on for too long. I recently moved from out of state and was looking for a new place to have work done on my skin. I wanted to get an Aerolase treatment because of the reviews online saying that it was a “worth it” procedure. After 30ish minutes of talking she convinced me to try Morpheus8 which my previous aesthetician had discouraged me from getting (mind you it’s got a 65% worth it on RealSelf and it’s also a more expensive procedure). She uses this app to try and manage a “membership”. By the grace of God it wasn’t working so we decided to just do the treatment today and worry about it later. She put the numbing cream on me and I told her that I “numb quickly and get red”. I asked her not to put the plastic over it but she told me it would be very painful if I did not numb sufficiently and put the plastic on my face and neck. She started numbing me at 3:22 (I remember because I looked at my phone when she said “one hour”). While I’m numbing several other clients come in and she leaves me to sit. While I’m waiting I keep telling her I’m numb and she keeps telling me a little longer is better. I’m pretty sure she was just having me wait because she was tending to other clients and didn’t think anything of me telling her several times I was numb. She looked at me and said my skin looked fine. Well, when I finally said enough is enough and had her take off the plastic at 5 pm, my face was huge and swollen. It was like big puffy red leather. I asked for a Benadryl. She had none. I left with a swollen face and skin that looked atrocious. She texted me later to check on me and told me she didn’t think it was “horrible”. My face is still numb and it’s (ironically) 8:22 as I write this. My concerns were ignored and I walked out of there with my skin looking worse than when I arrived. The pictures I attached do not really show just how bad it was but you’ll get the idea. I’m worried I might have a chemical burn since my skin is still very discolored.

I came to this place even though the majority of the reviews were not good reviews. I always think that you should give a place a chance even though they have good and bad reviews. I had more than one incident in which they were NOT organized with their system and appointments that made it uncomfortable and upsetting to me. The last incident was with the owner of this place that made it seem like if I was taking advantage of the last session that she was saying I didn't have any more left. I have no need to get one session free. Prior to this last session the same thing happened with another area that I was doing and the technician left me in the room waiting for about 30min saying that she couldn't do the session until I paid and that was a package I paid for 6 session and they couldn't find it in the system. At the end they found the prove and I was able to do the session. The most important thing is that I though these sessions were working but they were not. They were only working while I was doing the laser hair removal but after I was done, it was like if I never had this done. This was not my first time doing laser and this has never happened to me. Some employees were nice but some others including the owner, they don't have any customer service. I didn't really have a good experience but what was more important to me was that the sessions did not work.
