LOVE MY RESULTS!!!!! Dr gave me botox in my forehead and DAO muscles and I am very pleased with the results. Friendly staff as well.

Do not go!!!! I went for Botox and a filler for the laugh lines. This doctor put the fillers around and not once in a good spot. Now my lines look bigger. I sent emails with my photos of the disaster he made on my face, he hasn't even responded. So he is not backing his poor work. Medspa 22 is expensive and their work sucks. I wish l could put in here the before and after photos for everyone to see how bad it is. Find a good clinic where the doctor knows what's doing or you will regret it when you see the result.

I wish I would have started the pellets earlier. I was taking Advil daily for aches and pains of menopause and inflammation, just 2 weeks after my first treatment I quit needing Advil- no more aches, no more pain. I feel fantastic, like I am back in my 40s. Dr. Cvik and staff are the friendliest, they make me feel like we have been friends my whole life.

Botox Services, went on Groupon- set perfectly. Went for the second time and did the same thing- absolutely no results right before a major event. I was made feel like it is totally my fault and no refund given. Doctor had the audacity to tell me”go do it with another doctor”. I am pretty floored for $400 procedure.

I highly recommend Dr Cvik and Medspa 22. Dr Cvik is very professional and extremely personable. He is the best to consult with….he is conservative in what he recommends to get you what you are looking for. And his office manager, Chelsea, is the best! So helpful and pleasant! The office overall is great! Always a positive result and overall experience!

JulieAnn was amazing!! She is very knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing during my gel peel and dermaplaning. From someone who has no clue about skin care routine she was able to answer all of my questions and was very nice throughout my visit. 10/10 recommend

The lady that greeted me was very welcoming and nice. I did not even have a wait. Consulted with Julie, she was so personable and very easy to talk to. She was very knowledgeable and did not try to upsell as she knew this was a tester to see if I would want to return for more. I definitely will be back as the whole experience was great! Just waiting to hear of specials, hopefully.

I went there with a smooth forehead in November 2020, and only wanted my eyebrows lifted with botox. The doctor told me to lift my eyebrows and commented that I would eventually get wrinkles on my forehead. So what! I didn't go there for that, and definitely didn't need my forehead addressed at all. He gave several options to me for no reason, as I had explicitly said I only wanted to have my eyebrows lifted, specifically stating at least 5 times as he was doing his spiel about injections I DIDN'T NEED in my forehead! Guess what? I couldn't move my forehead a few days later, so there were nerves affected that shouldn't have been. When the botox wore off, there was suddenly a deep crease all the way across my forehead, and a second one above just my right eye. These things are deep, and extremely aging. Permanently damaged! Thanks Groupon for the malpractice. (As a contrast, a different doctor, Garramone and his tech, had done my eyebrow lift earlier that year July 2020 and it turned out perfect. Not a Groupon.)

Everything in this office was great from the start. I had a Groupon for Botox. The results exceeded what I expected. The Dr explained in detail everything that possibly could be done per my request. He was not pushy at all. I went back and had a lip filler done. Could not be any happier, he did a great job!! I was worried it would be too much it looks so natural. Highly recommend medspa 22.

Had a great experience on my first visit to Medspa22. April was awesome, she made sure to answer any questions I had and made the whole experience laid-back and stress free. The office staff is very friendly and not uptight or stuffy like some of the other offices around town. The doctor is a straight shooter and did not attempt to upsell any extra products which I personally really appreciated. Overall I would give the experience a 10 out of 10 and reccomend to anyone looking for an office with a down to earth vibe. Thanks Medspa!

So earlier this week I've called numerous times left 2 Voice mail and no reply. Finally further looking into their website I found a number you can text. So I did. But ..... 5 hrs later you will get a reply. And my last text message I sent was 2 days ago and nothing! (no reply) I guess they are to busy for new $$ or to make clients feel welcome. so I guess Im a new reviewer that has given the 1 star

The friendliest staff from my first call ...my appointment...questions...follow up and even receiving a THANK you card!!! Very comfortable setting and no pressure!!! I am extremely happy with every aspect of my experience with Med Spa 22...April and Dr. Ivan are the best!!!

Unfortunately I have to give my experience there a very low rating. New to the area,bought a groupon to try and find a place for Botox. First impression of the receptionist who was NOT customer service oriented,BAD. I waited for a long time,past my appointment time,then I was taken to a room. There where a lot of questions,pictures taken of my frownlines. After a long while the Dr came in,talked to me ,did the painless injections. Days later I had and still have,a droopy eye and a severe wrinkled spot on the opposite side. The droopy eye in that side was discussed in great detail to avoid it,happened once before ,a decade ago. According to their policy I had to wait two weeks before having anything tweaked.My partner who never notices anything pointed out my very wrinkled side,he was shocked about my appearance I went back,got one unit injected,it took 4 days for the big patch of wrinkles to relax. Now it’s 4 weeks after the initial visit and I look wrinkled again. Either I didn’t have the 20 units I paid for injected or it wasn’t Botox. This is not my first rodeo,I have been getting injections regulary for 16 years and I am more than just a little bit upset. The thing that really upset me was that the assistant,both times I was there didn’t have her mask pulled over her nose. We are in a pandemic,this is not the behaviour to be expected in a Dr office.

I promise there is no hesitation here-from the time you walk in you know you are in a very professional atmosphere! The staff is very warm, friendly & so accommodating on every level-especially April! I actually had the Hydra facial this time-Wow-a definite must have with incredible results! I was able to schedule a late appointment which helped accommodate my work schedule. The staff was great , inviting and knowledgeable about their products. The Dr. was patient and spent a lot of time answering my questions and explain products and made recommendations that suited my needs perfectly. Thank you Dr and staff, i look and feel Beautiful today ! this is definitely my new home for cosmetic treatments.

New to Florida and a first time client...gotta say I loved everything about this Med Spa. Easy to get to plenty of parking, clean, decorated nicely, staff friendly, doctor and assistant very professional, explained procedure in full, made reccommendations without pressure. Definitely will be returning for additional procedures and I highly recommend them!
