EDIT: Changing my review to 5 stars. After reading my original review, management reached out and offered a solution to include additional treatments. I can respect their efforts and Tori is always amazing!!! Staff is great.. environment is great.. scar removal treatment I received- not so great. My outcome wasn’t as expected. After 5 treatments, my scars are still as visible as before. Maybe their other treatments work well, but not this one.

I went in for a laser treatment and this is my 3rd one so far and I can say the best by far! You can tell the team at this medspa is always working to provide the best experience. My appointment was behind due to equipment issues but Tori and her team went out of their way to help make it a great experience nonetheless! I appreciate the knowledge and patience this team has to offer and the care they are putting in to help me reach the results I want!! I will continue coming back to this medspa for treatment in the future!

Med Spa Mount Dora is great. The staff is friendly and fun to deal with. During my consolations with Tori I feel comfortable and at ease talking about ways to better my skin appearance. I’ve done Three for Me treatments and Evoke. I noticed a big difference in my skin and will continue to get these treatments.

MedSpa Mount Dora is literal perfection! They have brought my skin back to life and I am so happy with my regimen now! Adrianna is an absolute gem who takes care of you and really listens to what you want to work on and maintain! Overall the staff is amazing and help you bring your skin to its best!

Tori and T are amazing, always very helpful and able to answer any questions I have. Symia at the front desk is also great, always in a good mood and super friendly! I have lost over 30 pounds since starting the weekly semaglutide injections-it works great and is super affordable! Would highly recommend their services!

Beautiful spa and amazing staff! I’m very pleased with the results of my hydrafacial treatment. Dianne DeLeon was professional and very knowledgeable. She walked me through each step and made me feel super comfortable. I would highly recommend this spa and most definitely their hydrafacial treatment.

I paid for hair Removal and they keep putting me in different laser machines every time so the treatment didn’t work, when I told the lady there she told me if doesn’t work you have to get more sessions. But I am sure for the area with 8 sessions was enough. So I don’t recommended to get laser hair removal there

Professional, kind and confidential. I ❤️ this place. THANK YOU. That was than and since, I've been trying to get a partial refund for their lazer tattoo removal. I shared my dissatisfaction and management assure me that a part of my $600 investment would be returned. I had 3 sessions and refused any other do to my expectations not being fulfilled as they had advertised a promising outcome. They updated their system and my chart disappeared also, and now the people in charge are ignoring my calls and their agreement to partially refund me. There's nothing more unfair than to cheat a client after the fact.

This is such a welcoming atmosphere. Tori and Claire are accepting and compassionate as they guide me into better wellness. The hormone pellets have been very helpful and I look forward to utilizing more of their services.

Had 6 sections of laser hair removal. Let just say the hair is still there. Waste of money. Staff was not very knowledgeable about treatments and I was told if I needed more sections I had to pay full price. Do your research on how treatment works and what to expect.

I had botox treatments for fuller lips and to reduce wrinkles around my eyes ,it was a waste of my money as my right eye was burning and they had to stop the treatment and 14 months later my eye is swollen also my lips were huge for about 2 weeks then they went right back to my original shape and my top lip is bubbled inside I addressed my issues to the manager and of course she disagreed I would not recommend them that's my opinion

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THESE LADIES!! I have been going to Med Spa Mount Dora for almost 3 years now! I was very nervous my first visit, but they made me feel life family. They are all very knowledgeable and will answer any and all questions you have. Tori makes those spicy laser treatments a breeze!! Arianna will make your skin glow like no one else and Clare made every line and wrinkle smooth. I can't imagine going anywhere else!

It's a small quaint place. When I entered, I was greeted by Tora, who offers hospitality while getting the individual ready for his or her appointment. She ensured I had the administrative portion done, and continued to make me feel welcome. My consultation appointment with Crystal was just as enjoyable. She was very professional, answered all my questions, and didn't give me a hard time when I exercised my OCD through straightening the booklets and brochures that were on the table while we spoke. Once everything was explained, including prices (nothing was hidden), she gave me the option of proceeding or not, without any pressure. I definitely recommend using Med Spa.

Worst med spa ever! They will take your money, make scheduling an issue and are not up front or truthful about cost! They will let you receive services you already “prepaid for” and then tell you owe more money after receiving what you already thought you paid for. Do not waste your money on their over priced services. Office manager Tori has the worst attitude and is not of any help since the first time we went to their open house event where she completely ignored us while waiting to ask questions. Awful service over priced dishonest Med Spa! No one should ever receive a service before they are informed that they will owe 600.00 after paying 600.00 and being told they can come back for the remainder of the product they already paid for! At no point ever was one told the product expires.so unbelievably dishonest and shady! Please don’t waste your time here when there are so many other great Med Spas in the area that treat their clients wonderfully!

I absolutely love this place! The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming but more than that, the staff is truly wonderful. They are all so kind, and a joy to talk with. I had a lot of questions of them and not once was I made to feel as if I were bothersome to them. They offer so many different services and they are very open about their own personal experiences. Highly highly recommended! You will not be disappointed.
