I have been coming to Medbeauty LA for a while now because of the great attention and service that is provided from the moment you call to make an apt, until the moment you are done with your treatment. On my last visit I got a Downtown facial done by the wonderful Joanna who talks me through the details of what she is doing and what it is doing to my skin. I love that she has guided me through what my skin needs and benefits the most from. I can wait for my Perfect Peel next week :)

I received a price over the phone for a specific non-surgical procedure and when I arrived for my appt the price was 10x higher than the quote! Dr. Lori said it was likely “a new girl” at the desk who made the error and added that I was a “bad candidate” anyway. Multiple doctors since said I was I perfect candidate so I got the procedure done at half the price and am thrilled with the results! Buyer beware.

Today was my first time at MedBeautyLA, and honestly, it was the best experience I've had with Botox so far. Elizabeth Nguyen was my injector (I got Botox for my masseter and crow’s feet), and she was super personable and informative. The process itself was quick and painless. I also asked Elizabeth for recommendations on other treatments I might consider, and she was super thoughtful and informative. She gave me advice based on my aesthetic goals and didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. I’m a firm believer that less is more when it comes to injectables, so I really appreciated that—especially since there are a lot of unethical injectors out there. The front desk staff was lovely, though I didn’t catch her name. She made the whole experience from start to finish feel really welcoming and answered all my questions about pricing, etc. The clinic itself is modern, clean, and relaxing. I came in on a Sunday, and street parking was pretty easy to find, but there’s also a paid garage right across the street if you don’t want to deal with the street parking. All in all, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

I received Masseter Botox to treat my TMJ here! The front desk employee was very welcoming and helpful. My injector was informative and friendly and made the process as painless as possible. It’s been a little over a month since my appointment and I’ve seen significant improvement! Thanks to the MedBeautyLa team for the great experience! :)

I’ve been going to MedBeautyLA for filler and Botox for about 3 years now. The MedBeauty team are so kind and accommodating, and Dr. Lori is a genius. When I first came in, I had deep lines under my eyes, similar to malar festoons, and Dr. Lori slowly over time recommended injections that have basically eliminated these lines. I feel like a new person every time I receive a treatment there and I highly recommend to anyone that is considering making a change for their self esteem to stop by MedBeauty for a consult. I recently had lip filler done by Elizabeth, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt incredibly comfortable and well-cared for. Having had lip fillers done twice before at another clinic, I can confidently say that this was the best experience I've ever had. Elizabeth is incredibly sweet and went out of her way to ensure I was relaxed throughout the procedure. She provided me with tools to help me relax and distract me, which made the entire process much less painful than I anticipated. Not only was the experience great, but the results are just as fantastic. My lips look plump yet natural, and I totally love them! I highly recommend Elizabeth for anyone considering lip fillers. Her professional touch and caring nature truly set her apart. I couldn't be happier with the results!

Micro needling completely transformed my skin! It's easily one of the best choices I've ever made. I was pleasantly surprised by their customer service. I had expected micro needling to be painful, but it wasn't at all. They applied numbing cream before the treatment, which made it painless. Afterward, they even provided me with three skincare products. It took about five days for my skin to fully heal, but the results were definitely worth it. Post-treatment, my skin felt as smooth as a baby's, with pores barely visible. I highly recommend it to anyone struggling with skin concerns. Believe me, after the session, my face was radiantly glowing, just like the sun!

First time here. I went for a full syringe in my lips and Botox in my forehead, frown lines, and crows feet. I felt so at ease with the way the esthetician talked me through everything and did a mini consultation. She didn’t pressure or try to up sell me on anything, in fact she just wanted to do a half of syringe on my lips to ease me into the process, but I’m not a half a** kinda girl lol. I loved my results and it was worth every penny. I felt so beautiful afterwards. Will definitely be back.

I was so lucky to find MedBeauty a year ago. I will not be going anywhere else for facials and injections. I had the best experience at medbeauty LA! I’ve gotten my lips done for several years, but went to med beauty LA for the first time to get filler. The woman helping me was so kind, she made it a fun and painless experience and this is the best my lips have ever looked. She recommended a substitute for Botox that lasts six months and saved me so much time and money. I was so appreciative for this experience and can’t wait to go back.

I’ve been here a few times here and love it! The staff is so helpful and informative. It was my first time going to a MedSpa so I found it very welcoming and informative every step of the way. I’ve received Botox, the DiamondGlow 60minute facial, and laser spot treatment on my face. The laser treatment didn’t hurt as much as I thought it might, and I’m quite sensitive!

I absolutely love this place. A few weeks ago I went in for Botox (around the forehead and brows). They didn’t try to upsell or talk me into more treatments. The results are natural and exactly what I was looking for. I’ll definitely be going back!

I love this place. I came in today for lip injections with my sister and we both had our session with Daniella. I was so scared of the service because of the pain I felt with other service providers but Daniella was so gentle and very attentive. The shape is nice and there really isn’t any pain from the swelling either. It was just such a smooth and peaceful service. The front desk was amazing and the spa was so clean and aesthetically pleasing, I would highly recommend and will be coming back.

I recently came in for South Park Signature Facial. The esthetician did an amazing job, it was so relaxing and helped my dry skin so much. She also noticed I suffer from melasma and recommended Senté Cysteamine HSA Pigment & Tone Corrector. I have been using it for about a month and have noticed such a difference! I will definitely be coming back since this is located a short walking distance from my house!
