I was extremely pleased with the service I received on Jan19th on Sunday, especially the work done by my dear Elena. However, something I witnessed left me in complete shock. A hairdresser named V… was there with his dog, a white one. While Elena was washing my hair, everything unfolded right before my eyes. He washed his dog in the sink across from me, then took a dark gray towel, which I believe is meant for customers, and used it to dry his dog. He then wiped up the water dripping on the floor and around the sink with the same towels. He then placed his dog on one of the customer chairs and used a blow-dry brush, which I assume is also used for customers, to brush and dry the dog’s fur. The entire scene was utterly disgusting from beginning to end. I was so shocked I couldn’t even speak, and I didn’t know how to react. I honestly couldn’t tell if I was in a hair salon or a dog grooming studio! We were literally sharing the same towels as his dog—and we still are! I absolutely love Elena and am very happy with her service, but I’m certain I’ll never share the same towels as his dog again! (Ps: I already texted Sheila regarding my concerns but she didn’t even respond back!!! )

Best laser hair removal ever! Have been to different places and never completely successful. Thanks to Tran who made recs. Also Mimi is the injector and she is wonderful as well 💖 100% recommend

I am simple. For 28 years, simple trim did the job. My hair has never taken an adventure. Doing so was terrifying. Mrs. Leila took my fear and tossed it in the trash. She asked me a simple question. Do you trust me? And although I was nervous, I knew I could. Chop chop and a little sparkle later, everything about my hair had been enhanced. As someone with absolutely zero knowledge of cut styles/shapes, hair coloring, etc… she talked me through everything and landed on a look that just made me glow! Mrs. Leila is a professional. She is extremely talented, skilled with beauty tools, fast, and has an eye for beauty! I would not let ANYONE else touch my hair. 10/10!

I always go to Leila for my hair because it’s So thick and dark. But I also love changing the color of my hair. She knows thick and Indian hair well and can work with it beautifully. She’s the only one that can make my hair look the way I’d like for it to look, but to also make it look natural. She really listens to what you want. I wanted something different with my hair, I didn’t like how black it was (black is my natural hair color) and I wanted something lighter. I also have blonde highlights that she did. She blended all of it out. Truly outdid herself. She made me feel extremely confident. Love her and the work she does, she’s my girl.

Attentive staff and skilled talent... Easy to book appointments and they are very accomodating... Trang does a very good job on microblading, just make sure you bring photo references of how you would like yours to be done and you'll be taken care of. Remember to share the same reference at the time of retouch as well!!

I love my new haircut! I saw Leila Brousaid for a hair style update this week. Her skill and professionalism is evident from the beginning. She did a great job of asking good questions to make sure she understood what style I was looking for. After a professional wash, she did a thorough job of adding in layers to give my thin hair new life. She even gave me a lot of ideas on various ways I could style it, depending on what I was going to be doing on any particular day. Thanks Leila - I appreciate you!
