¡From the first contact with Mde Spa Sapphira Prive, my experience was simply amazing! The information about the treatments was clear, precise and detailed, which gave me a lot of confidence from the start. They quickly scheduled my first appointment and, upon arrival, I was greeted with exceptional warmth and enthusiasm. As someone who is very sensitive to smells, I must point out that the spa has a lovely fragrance that really kick-starts the relaxation experience. The entire process was flawless. Each step of the treatments I was going to receive was thoroughly explained to me, and the professionals in charge were extremely thorough and competent in applying them. When it came time to apply the botox, the doctor treated me in an extremely respectful and jovial manner, which is key for me and my friends, as it is essential that these invasive treatments be performed by a true health professional. The doctor was incredibly gentle throughout the entire process, and I was surprised at how painless it was. The results exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be happier. I am so satisfied that I have already scheduled my second appointment to continue with the next treatment that was recommended to me. I’m doing my laser with them it is great experience. Most of my sessions are with Azucena which were wonderful. She is really expert and experienced in her job.I will highly recommend their services like Botox, V-Max facials, Hifu 8D. I Have very greatl experience with Sapphire Prive med spa.Thanks

Will never TRY to book here again and will never recommend this place to anyone. They have horrible customer service, no sense of ethics, and it says a lot especially coming from the owner. Just as a note, any respected med spa wouldn't confirm or deny who their clients are/have been since HIPPA does exist. Instead of asking why people weren't content with your service, ask how to do better...

I arrived at Sapphira Prive, I have found an absolutely relaxing environment decoadonon with very good taste and attended by its owner Asusena, who kindly invited me to a tea, started a warm conversation and then talked to me and guided me to the treatment I was looking for, very explanatory and with a lexicon that made me understand the whole treatment, immediately led me to a room with very relaxing music with appropriate and pleasant light to perform the treatment that we agreed HIFU. Very delicate and patient. The results are absolutely amazing. Highly recommended...I have already scheduled my next appointment. I hope you do too without any doubt.

Definitivamente 10/10…. Debo confesar que mi primera impresión luego de realizarme el procedimiento me impactó, ver mi cara roja y llena de puntos me dio un poco de susto pero nada que azu no me haya explicado que pasaría, empecé a ver resultados después de dos semanas aproximadamente sin embargo siento que es un proceso progresivo y al día de hoy he visto la evolución en mi cara, mi piel luce luminosa, mis marcas de acné han disminuido, definitivamente no puedo esperar para hacerme mi segunda sesión. Recomendado 10/10

Ok so if you want more details about my experience here it is.. you advertised a special for Botox and when I called the front desk I asked what is the minimum of units for the special. Front desk said there was no minimum. I went to the appointment and all the ladies in the front were nice and polite, but when it was my turn to see the esthetician that’s when my experience changed. She abruptly asked me wha are we doing today? I said well I’m interested in Botox and would like to know more about what other services do you do. She has no filter or absolutely no patience to tell me more about your business. She told me without filter that I needed to do at least 45 units of Botox and her face appeared like she wanted to throw up just by looking at me. I told her I wanted 30 and she declined even after I explained the front desk told me no minimum required. She was very unprofessional and never experienced this with past estheticians.
