I recently visited the Chesapeake location and wanted to share my experience. The clinic was very clean, friendly environment and had a calming atmosphere. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and efficient. I had a Hydrafacial and thrilled with the results. Overall, I had a fantastic experience so if you are considering any facial treatments this is the place for you!

We decided to don3 syringes of skinvive and WOW! chef’s kiss, the skinvive seriously ELEVATED my complexion. My skin is plump, juicy, hydrated, and looks years younger. 10/10 highly recommend 🥰 🙌🏼

Can’t say enough good things about MedSpa810! The space is beautiful and inviting. All staff that I had the pleasure of meeting were very personable and welcoming. My nurse was Valerie and she was so amazing! She took her time to make me feel comfortable. She asked all the right questions and also answered all of my questions / addressed all of my concerns. She involved me every step of the way in my treatment and explained everything in detail. I am so happy with my results and I will definitely return to her in the future!

Nurse Valerie is very knowledgeable on GLP-1/semiglutides and is quite the cheerleader on my weigh loss journey. Kristina is helpful and quick to respond to any questions that I might have. Went to their office to schedule in person almost 2 months before my wedding, the people at the front were very nice. A month later though they called because they had to reschedule my appointment. So now it is almost a week out from my wedding and they called me on the day of my already once rescheduled appointment to tell me that they have to reschedule me again. It is almost a week from my wedding, there is no other time available for me to reschedule. My schedule is full. They gave me a refund, thankfully, but highly inconsiderate of their client’s schedule. So now I will not be able to have the procedure done I wanted so badly before my wedding. I am very, very disappointed.

The facility was clean, modern and well decorated. The nurse who did my service was professional and concerned about my pain level. I had bbl in my arms to reduce the age spots and a different laser for the chest and neck area to reduce the lines and wrinkles that come with getting older. I do think bbl is effective but will definitely need multiple treatments. The chest laser worked extremely well for wrinkles but did not reduce any redness. The providers really seem to know what they are doing.

This was my very first experience with botox! Laura, Kristina and Kaylee were awesome. They walked me through the entire process and answered all my questions. The staff up front is always friendly and ready to help. They were even super nice and understanding when I accidentally thought my appt was for 10:30am but it was really 10am 😬. They waited and saw me as soon as I arrived. I was nervous but I have to say it was all very smooth. Their space is very clean , fresh and modern, I feel that adds to the top tier service they provide. I'm very happy with my results and look forward to coming back.

I am truly impressed with every aspect of Medspa810. They are professional, extremely caring and knowledgeable . The staff is absolutely amazing. Kristina and Laura are the BEST! After one conversation with Kristina I felt like I had known her for years. During my service I had Botox and filler in my lips and cheeks. I asked for the eyebrow lift that can be done with Botox and Laura nailed it! She made feel beautiful again. The lip filler process was very smooth. Laura made sure my lips were numb very good so I felt no pain with the filler. We were able to talk and laugh together and she made me feel very important and beautiful. Prior to going to Medspa810. I tried other places for Botox and Filler and the service and results just wasn’t there. No one was able to give me the eyebrow lift I wanted and the filler was never enough.
