I have been seeing Kamal for about a 8 months now for eyebrow threading and I am happy with my eyebrows and if I ever have a concerns she listens carefully and will adjust accordingly. What I love about her is she makes me feel comfortable like family.

Went in for a wax and it’s been 3 hours since and my underarms feel like they are on fire. I’ve gotten waxed at many salons and never felt this kind of pain. The lady who did my wax was really aggressive and think it has something to do why my underarms are burning

Went for a facial and I wanted to leave in the middle of it. The person who did it told me several times that the facial I wanted was more expensive than the others, like I was a kid or she thought I did not have money for it. Not smart things to say to a customer, especially a first (and last) time one. She was rushing everything and there was not gentleness in her hands, at all. I don’t believe I got the hydrafacial I requested, the service was too quick. Also she was turning on the lights that were SO bright while I was trying to relax and not be upset…I don’t think she is well trained at least not for facials. I am used to get facials at other places but I wanted to try them because I live 3 minutes away from their facility. Never again.

I live right next door to their new site on Lexington, so of course I had to try them. Even though my vision is not as good as it used to be, I. an still do a better job than they did! And they spoke to each other in their language the whole time..very rude! Be aware that almost all of the really good reviews seem to be from a few years ago when they were on 56th St. They may have changed hands since then!

I used to trust this place with my eyebrows. But every time I have walked out of there my eyebrows look exactly the same as when I walked in. I choose other salons when I have the opportunity to do so.

Went for a facial today. Says facials come with free eyebrows done, but I wasn't offered a service for that. The facial itself was alright - very less massage time with the facial cream, even lesser with the scrub and cleanser.

I've been here a few times and on my last two visits I got a very painful burn on my eyelid. The first time I figured it was a fluke but on the return visit I told them to be very careful and still got a burn, never again.

I got eyebrow threading and I only needed a clean up. The person completed butchered my eyebrows and thinned it out to the point that it’s barley there. Instead of following the nice arch I had she angled them like sharp triangles. Service was also poor and I think she knew the terrible job done that she didn’t hand me a mirror to make sure it was okay. I highly not recommend this place now.

Went in for eyebrow threading which is usually good, however I added a full face waxing / threading. The lady ended up scarring my face, I broke out and now have hyperpigmentation spots from the acne and irritation. Beware, this place probably uses old wax - whatever they did screwed up my skin. I don’t think the esthetician’s working are licensed and if they are they aren’t very good.
