I honestly like the massage at the beginning, but after the second time I went the person who I had she was really rough. Also, the owner who did my friend massage demanded 38% tips . Which their sign said 20% mandatory, and she demanded more 38% percent more tips . Her excuses was she work too hard ? Isn’t your job is a massage using your strength you choose this career . Well I won’t be coming back they lose customers , and I will stop referring people here .

Called to schedule an appointment and whoever answered the phone was very rude, i did not get what she said, i asked how much? she said something i still did not understand, so i asked again only for her to cut the call on me, and i call again she picks up and just leaves the phone on without saying anything, if you don't like your job, quit! you are creating a bad impression for the business owner. if you are the owner, you need to learn how to treat customers., that being said, i will not be going, and i will discourage whoever wants to go not to, as this impression means i will not be treated good when i go in-person. good luck

Horrible service the guy who answer the phone pretended like he don't understand English but understood me when I ask him a question he was disrespectful hangs up on me I called 3 times after and he kept sending me to voicemail I heard good things about this spa for my first experience I never go back spa open at 10am got there at 11:30am guy says come back at 2 than says come back at 3 pm have no workers seem shady to me worst place

The therapist is highly skilled and informed. She may go as light or as deep as you require.

it is really a good relaxing experience to come here. Free parking at the door, super enthusiastic service attitude and clean sanitation of Xiaomei, I hope more people will experience it, so I recommend it to my friends.

I just read some reviews on here that mentioned the masseuse was too rough and I could agree more. I have no idea what her name was but way too unnecessarily rough. I’m not sure if that’s purposely done but I never received a massage where someone applied that much pressure. Usually when you goto a massage spa they do the front and back of your body, that is not what we received and our service was for one hour. I came here years ago and didn’t have a great experience but decided to give it another try… I will not be returning.

Best massage I ever had. Lots pressure. Walked on my back. I’ve never been that relaxed after a massage and I go once a month to Hand and Stone. HS is nice but if you have deep pain that needs attention this is the place to go. This is my new spot. I wish I would have gotten the lady’s name yesterday.

I’ve been going for close to 4 years. They give excellent massages!!!! They walk on your back if you want with an excellent technique! Hot stones is included. I went to another spa that was closer to my house and the massage was horrible. That’s what prompted me to come on here and give them their praises!

So for about 5 days I had this pain right in the center of my back. I finally gave in and looked into getting a massage to get this knot worked out. Upon arrival I liked the environment. It’s clean with music lightly playing in the background. As I got settled onto the massage table, the massage therapist slowly began the massage. She really dug deep and was effective in her work. So effective to the point that as she was working on my back I could both feel and hear the bones in my back popping. It felt so good in the moment. I was expecting the pain to be gone upon getting up but it wasn’t so I was disappointed. I’m really not sure how massages work maybe this is just normal but when I woke up this morning the pain was gone. Overall, a great experience my only regret is that I didn’t get the young woman’s name to personally recommend her if you stop in.
