Don’t go here if you don’t speak Spanish. I had to cancel my lash lift appointment due to my eye doctors orders, and I cancelled more than a week in advance. I called the salon to ask if I would get my deposit refunded since I cancelled well ahead of time, and the lady on the phone told me that they only spoke Spanish and hung up on me. I tried to email, and DM my question, and both were ignored. There is no policy listed anywhere on their website for clarification either. Confusing experience overall and unclear communication.

I got my eyebrows done with Adriana and the service was outstanding, I moved to us 4 years ago and I have been suffering a lot trying to find a good place where to do my eyebrows and I’m so lucky I finally find a place where took the time to make a design of my eyebrows and look carefully to find the right tint to match my skin tone!! I’m so happy, the results looks super natural and my eyebrows looks amazing!! Thx Kriss and Adriana

I would like to preface this by saying if you do not speak Spanish, you will not get good service here. I usually do not like to leave reviews less than five stars but I was very disappointed with the service I received today. My friend recommended me this place as they did her eyebrows and gave great service. I just moved to the area and have been looking for a place to be my go-to spot for eyebrows. I made an appointment for 1, I arrive 1:04. The woman was still working on someone else, so I did not get seated until 1:20 or so. I understand that sometimes you may have fallen off schedule, but there was no communication about that. However, even while doing my eyebrows, she kept stopping in order to touch up other client's eyebrows multiple times. It was clear that my business was not valued as much as other clients. When she finished waxing my eyebrows she did not ask me if I liked them or not. I noticed that one of my eyebrows was uneven and she took too much off. But after being done with the wax, she put makeup on my eyebrows, which covered the mistake made. My eyebrows were incredibly rushed and the service was poor. It took her 20 minutes to do my eyebrows (including the time she spent attending to other clients) yet she spent so much time on her other clients. I am upset that I spent 30 dollars for mediocre eyebrows I could have gotten done elsewhere for a third of the cost. The receptionist asked if I liked my eyebrows upon check out, and I mention that too much was taken off. She then recommended a henna tint. How would a henna tint help the fact my eyebrows are waxed uneven? I have never felt so upset with a service I received. I just accepted my loss of $30 and uneven eyebrows. I understand there being a language barrier, but their actions made it clear to me that I was not a valued client, despite paying such a premium price.
