I scheduled an appointment for 3pm and instead of her giving a heads up she waited until I drove over 40mins to her and then when I arrive she proceeds to tell me she is backed up. Instead of being professional and giving me a heads up beforehand knowing I had an event that day she wasted my time and then acted delusional. Never again. Don't waste your time.

I scheduled an appointment for Saturday 07/16 at 3:05 for a blowout. My appointment time was from 3:05 to 3:40 I was visiting Indianapolis for a conference and I had a gala to attend later that evening. I received my reminder email for my appointment and take an Uber to make my appointment on time. I get to my appointment at 2:45 and Heidy informs me that she is running behind at least an hour and that my appointment takes 2 hours. I just wanted a simple blow out for my event and my appointment was only scheduled for 35 min. Since my event started at 6:30 I could not wait. My uber had left and I had to contact another uber to pick me up. Since I was staying downtown is was $25 each way a total of $50 wasted. And while I understand things happen and stylist can get behind, there was no apology and seemed to be no concern about my predicament. From a customer service perspective, this business should at least notify the client that they are running behond so no one's time is wasted.

First time here and it was great, Heidy did my hair and she was so pleasant and welcoming. My hair came out nicely and super soft. Will return and I recommend.

My girls were serviced here yesterday and it was last minute because I was going to get their hair braided again, but coming in was the best decision I could make tbh they look so beautiful after their Blowout and I'm so happy 😁 with the services and the salon everyone was amazing and my girls were so happy. Thank you guys soon much and though I can only give 5 🤩 stars but here's more lol absolutely love this salon and my kids will be coming here forever⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐✨⭐✨✨⭐⭐⭐

This was my first time at a hair salon and the experience was amazing! Heidy and the rest of the ladies were very inviting and gave me a gorgeous blowout and trim! Theses ladies will get your hair right.
