Melissa did a wonderful job! I recently moved to San Diego and I don't trust just anybody to cut and style my hair, since I have curly hair. I took a chance with Melissa. She took the time to get to know me and what hairstyle would suit me best based on what I like. She was very personable, took her time, and made me feel at home. My hair looks amazing! I will definitely be back!

I can't say enough good things about Melissa! I was in desperate need of a haircut and she came through when no one else was open. Not only did she give me an amazing haircut (EXACTLY like the picture I showed her), but her salon has such a cute vintage vibe—complete with an old TV and cassette tapes playing in the background. It's the perfect mix of cozy and cool. Melissa is so talented and her energy is contagious. I absolutely loved my experience and I’m sure you will too! If you're looking for a stylist who’s both skilled and has a great vibe, she’s the one. Highly recommend!

First time visiting Melissa and she was absolutely amazing!!! I called for an emergency walk in appointment and she had just closed but reopened for me, she helped me find the right style haircut I needed and helped me find the perfect pomade. If you want hair that’s giving “rockstar” Melissa Roche Hair is your gal!!! I went in with frizzy, dry, dull color and came out a long platinum blonde haired beach babe with moisturized silky sleek shiny locks. She is highly knowledgeable about products and is a color gloss genius! Her 80s themed salon is so fun, with a matching soundtrack that is a cool vibe making your day even after you leave the salon. I sipped on complementary drinks while there and left with goodie bag. Knowing you’re going to come out looking insta-worthy is confidence you can’t buy!!! She’s a true pro who’s trained for Paul Mitchell and DreamWeavers and is a sweetheart to boot!!! Highly recommend!

Melissa is an incredible artist and human! I am a new transplant to San Diego and it is terrifying finding a new stylist, after a few bad apples, I found Melissa. I came to her with broken bleach blonde hair and tape-in extensions, she was happy to continue down that path with me but she also educated me, so kindly, on a different way to do extensions. So I took the leap! I am so glad I did. My hair is looking healthier than ever, I have ventured away from the blonde and into the world of brunette, my extensions are now sewn in and I have never been happier with my hair! Also cool vibes in the private salon and Melissa is just an absolute joy to hang out with!

I absolutely LOVE Melissa. We did K-Tip extensions and she did such an amazing job I could not be happier. Not only is her installation process very organized and precise, but the environment in her studio and the entire booking, consultation, and appointment process are extremely comfortable and easy. Additionally, her prices are very fair especially for the San Diego area. I loved my experience and my results and I am sticking with Melissa for all my future hair needs and I recommend everyone does the same 😊🙏🏼

this woman is a magician. she took my fried, orange pink neon hair and turned it into a masterpiece as well as kept/improved the integrity of my hair. melissa is not only a master of her craft but she is extremely welcoming and friendly. she tells you every step of the way what her plan is before doing anything to your hair, and talks it through with you if you have any questions/comments/concerns. I am so so beyond happy with the results and experience. seriously cannot recommend melissa enough to anyone looking for a cut or color :)

Melissa’s haircuts are seriously the best in the west and her new suite space in North Park is super cute. She gives the BEST head and neck massage during the shampoo . So so good . Not only does she give incredible haircuts and great shampoos but she’s also so friendly and sweet and I love going to see her!! Thanks Melissa !!!
