I was massively overdue for a haircut lol. I also wanted to do a Major color change to my hair. Melissa did not disappoint. Not only was she able to cut my hair she was also able to completely change its color. I went from an average dishwater blonde to a beautiful black base with awesome cobalt blue highlights.

Got a cut and highlights. My daughter got a trim. This lady knows curls and asked all the questions to give me the look I wanted. So happy with her work. We will be going back.

Got my haircut by Hailey and she was great! She listened to what I wanted and was very detailed with the cut. Price isn’t bad either. I will definitely be back to see Hailey.

Hailey is amazing!! She took her time and very through with both my daughters hair cuts. Very patient and accommodating to both. The salon itself needs some updating because nothing to do or look at inside while getting your hair cut or waiting.

First I will say the reason I contacted this salon is because of the rating and it’s close to my house. I just moved to Colorado Springs last month so I’m unaware of what salons are good. Yesterday when I called they were very friendly and helpful. I showed up to my consultation today to sit for 10 minutes waiting for the gal going on and on about her personal life. When she checked me in she didn’t realize that I was her 2:00 appt even though she scheduled it with me. The other gal there had to tell her I was her appointment. I know she was not the owner. But I didn’t catch her name. She continued to go on and on about how much work it could potentially take to get my hair where I want it. I explained to her that I could get my current color lifted before my appointment. But she just continued about how that would impact my services with her and potentially make it take longer that 3 hours. I also explained to her that my last gal didn’t have to ruin my hair to get it close to where I wanted to get it the first time she tried. And my last gal even noted that my hair takes quickly and easily to the color. There is absolutely no reason that it would take 3 hours or more to do my hair. I understand they have to protect themselves from angry customer expecting miracles but my perception was beyond that as if she wanted to take a long time and charge more. I asked questions that she did not answer. She ended it with maybe I’m not the stylist for you. (I wanted to say clearly because I was extremely frustrated that she couldn’t answer. My simple questions BUT I did not) And I just kept saying ok ok ok. As I left quietly thinking to myself I’m not sure I want someone doing my hair that can’t answer simple questions she sarcastically said have a nice day or something along that but in a sarcastic manner. I think that’s unprofessional and childish. So I guess I will be looking for another salon that can answer my questions. Sadly, I did not receive the same treatment so many people here have. And that’s too bad because I’m a regular if I like the service and a very good tipper.

Hailey is one of the best hairstylist I know!!! I have naturally dark brown/black hair and have grays. I wanted to do a block hair color and she was very realistic about the process to take dark hair to light in order to pick up the pigmentation and not damage the hair so it can stay long. While also having hair that doesnt look crazy during the transformation! haha A challenge! Hailey made sure I understood the process and transition, the cost and overall the care it would need to ensure the hair stayed healthy. She really feels her clients energy and wants to make sure everyone feels beautiful from her work. She talked a lot about how being a stylist makes her so happy because when she is able to see her clients glow from the transformation and taking time for self care. She has been at this salon for a little while but you can tell she really cares about each person that comes through, wants them to know the process, and she is great at navigating expectations if what your asking for might damage the hair. She is very graceful, comfortable, and will make you feel like a new person! :) Thank you for taking care of my hair Hailey!

I got a Brazilian Blowout about 20days ago. I been doing Brazilian blowout for about over 3years. This is by far the best one I have got. My hair is just amazing, I washed, dry it and flat iron in about an hour. It usually takes longer. My hair looks so healthy, my curls are barely noticeable, and I have coarse hair. I’m in love with my hair. Thank you so much Ashley you did an amazing job

I used a toner shampoo by mistake and it turned my hair blue. Hailey was able to remove the blue and color my hair without damages. She is an experience color expert and knows what she can do. Hailey has a big heart and loves what she does.

I was thrilled to find this place after recently moving to the Springs. Hailey was awesome. I gave her a couple specifics of what I wanted done with color and cut, and told her to do whatever else she thought would look good. My hair turned out better than imagined! It was a fun place to spend 3+ hours of the day getting your hair done. They definitely earned another returning client!

I’ve been going to Melissa for 20+ years. She is professional and always listens to what I am wanting. She cares about my hair, it’s health, and is always honest about what my hair can handle for color/bleaching as I change my hair color almost every appointment. LOVE Melissa!! The best thing to happen to my hair!

Today I had my hair done with Hailey and oh my goodness I couldn’t be happier! Not only did she listen to all my needs of what I thought I wanted but helped me find the right style and fit for me! My hair is pretty flat and however Hailey gave my hair some lift and life! She was also able to keep the color the same and looking vibrant as always I’m super happy you are my new hair girl ❤️😘 Trust and believe you guys will not be disappointed for coming here!

Yesterday I had Hailey cut my hair a day I'm very pleased. My hair had not been cut for 15 month due to covid. I have thin, straight fine hair. She did a fantastic cut and gave me tips on styling at home. I'm going to add the before and after photos.

Awesome experience here, my hair was doing some funky stuff and Melissa explained to me everything that happened and fixed my hair so I ended up walking away with a very pretty color. Melissa was able to fix my hair on top of making it look very nice and giving me a real salon experience. She knows a lot about hair and is super communicative about what she's doing to your hair. Melissa is one of the first hair stylists I actually enjoyed talking to during my experience, many hair professionals come off as rude or don't care about the customer. It is obvious Melissa really cares about not only her customers but how their hair looks. Plus, I got some amazing products introduced to me I didn't even know about. Melissa is awesome and I would recommend her and this place to every woman (and even man, as they do male haircuts) that I know.

I saw A.J. for the first time yesterday, to get a gray cover up on my long hair. The salon was clean and adhered to all the current mask guidelines as required by the state. I did see A.J. take the time to clean her station and wash up between clients, and I felt comfortable getting personal service here. My hair color is Exactly what I wanted, and I felt A.J. listened carefully to what I wanted, and genuinely wanted to make me happy. It was a great experience all around and I love, love, love looking 20 years younger with all my grays just blended away!!! Thanks A.J., you're awesome!!!

I have been going to Melissa for 4 years! She is knowledgeable and will talk you through whatever she is about to do so you always know what’s going on. She has cut my hair when it’s pixie short and when it’s long. I get compliments on my hair daily. The salon is always clean and the staff is so friendly. Mellisa is fantastic! Give her a shot!

Melissa had been doing my hair since 2011 and I just love this woman! She is a true artist and hair is just one more canvas for her. Her sense of color, form and style are impeccable and she's learned the tools and techniques of her profession to ensure that she can execute her vision. AJ has also done my hair once or twice (and I trusted her because Melissa does) and is nearly as astounding. I can't possibly recommend them highly enough!
