Been going here for a while and love all the massage therapists. Had an extremely disappointing experience with booking recently though, where after I had circled around looking for parking, I was told I was double booked. I was also told there was no phone number on file for me so that’s why they couldn’t tell me ahead of time. Which is confusing because I have given my phone number several times and had an account, I even got a confirmation text 15 minutes before to that phone number—if I’m double booked why send a confirmation? When I came in for my rescheduled appointment, the massage therapist that was there was extremely confused who I was there to see as she was leaving in 30 minutes and no one else was there. I told her I had been double booked the day before, and it seems I had been double booked AGAIN. Luckily, she called and moved some things around and was able to make the appointment work for me. I was promised an add on from the first mistake, that was never mentioned again. On top of being double booked twice—I have emailed this location two times, basically just to complain about this and they have not responded to either email. That was 2-3 weeks ago. Annnnywayy, some great therapists here but booking is an absolute nightmare, parking sucks, and apparently no one helps you if you do try to contact to complain, so do with that info what you will.

Mellow Massage is a gem in Pacific Beach. I had an 80-minute Restorative massage and did not realize I needed one until it was over. Samantha listened very carefully to my concerns and answered all my questions. I am definitely scheduling another session next month.

I came into mellow to get some relief from the tension in my neck that was making it even a little painful to breathe. I was able to make an appointment day of and Erin did an amazing job of isolating the problem and even finding other things that may have been contributing factors. I left feeling amazing. So thankful for Erin and Mellow Massage, highly recommend it! Also, super conveniently located.

I came to San Diego for work, did A LOT of working, and decided to get a massage since I have ClassPass. I had a female therapist and she listened to my concerns about a bad first experience at another place. It was my first time getting a hot stone massage and boy it was very relaxing. All my tense joints feel so much relaxed. I would definitely recommend!

1st massage in almost 2 years and wasn't disappointed. Savanna was my masseuse and she was very aware of where I needed my muscles worked out. Feel much better now and will likely have Great sleep. Atmosphere was great, dark and very relaxing music. The fact that there was parking at the PB location was a big plus. The price was also good for the length of time. I will be back. 5 stars all around.

Mark was a phenomenal service provider. I appreciate how he understood the body anatomy and such great energy. Very kind. The Experience was great! Angelica was the other service provider for our massages. She is outstanding kind. Excellent service for both of them. Scheduled an 80 minute massage. Arrived 15 minutes early to complete the intake form. Was notified 5 minutes after my appointment started that the therapist wasn’t there, or answering the phone. They offered to schedule me for an appointment 4 hours later… like I should have the entire day to accommodate for their unprofessionalism. Looks like I’m not the only one to experience this. Maybe double check before booking

This was my first prenatal massage, and it was AMAZING! Jacky was absolutely wonderful - just the right amount of pressure. I left feeling like a new person, and signed up for the membership on my way out!
