I've been going to Mellow Massage for a few years now, and despite them moving locations a few times, I'll keep following them wherever they go. My latest experience was with the incredible Jay Heart, and it was nothing short of amazing. Jay provided one of the most relaxing and attentive sessions I've ever had, making the whole experience soothing from start to finish. Not only was the massage great, but Jay also recommended a few personalized tips that I'll definitely try out next time. The atmosphere at Mellow Massage is always calm and welcoming, making it a nice escape from daily stress. If you're in need of a great massage, do yourself a favor and ask for Jay--you won't regret it!

I received a massage here back in 2019 and it was the worst experience of my life. I showed up early for my massage and they made me sit there past my start time and when the masseuse finally took me back she walked away for 10 minutes when I changed. It only takes 1-2 minutes to change and lay on the table. When she finally started the massage there was only like 40 min left and she only massaged my back when it was supposed to be a full body massage. It didn’t even feel good. The pressure was horrible and not relaxing. Do not go here!!!! You will waste your time and money!!!

My experience at Mellow Massage was fabulous! I was given a gift card which was what led me to check it out and I was not disappointed! The staff was very friendly. I worked with J and she was fabulous! She made sure I was comfortable, helped me relax and gave a me a wonderful massage! Would definitely recommend and I hope to be back soon!

I was nervous because I had never had a massage before but booked myself one on a whim for my birthday. Malila made me feel comfortable and at ease right away. I felt very safe in their presence. The massage was amazing! And although I wasn't waiting long, the reception area and the front desk associate were very warm and inviting. I will definitely come back in the future.

I've visited Mellow Massage on a few occasions and was extremely pleased with the quality of service. However, during my last experience I was somewhat dissatisfied with my service given that it did not meet my standard or expectation for a 90-min "deep-tissue" massage. Following my visit, I received a survey and provided my honest rating- (4/10) based on my experience. The very next day, I received a call from Shauna (the establishment manager) inquiring about my experience and my rating. In general, I'm not one to complain so I wanted to brush the experience off with the hopes of going with a new therapist on my next visit. However, Shauna pleasantly welcomed my feedback. Additionally, she extended to me another (no cost) 90-minute massage with a former therapist that I absolutely enjoyed! Needless to say, I was honored by the gesture. Also, Shauna made several attempts to contact me to extend this offer. I can honestly say that Mellow Massage is a top-notch establishment that puts customer satisfaction at the forefront of their business model. To anyone seeking a high-quality business with integrity, I highly recommend Mellow Massage!!!

First of all, this place is highly recommended. Looks like an actual wellness clinic and not like one of those sexy shady looking spots that you find on Gr**p*n lol Very clean. Everyone is so professional and mannerly. They really take customer service seriously. I booked 2 Swedish massages for myself and a friend. My therapist was Tom. He’s AMAZING! Asked me questions about my overall pain issues, my problem areas, my concerns and what areas I wanted him to focus on if any. My massage lasted 90 mins and it was so relaxing that I dozed off for a moment lol I’ll be booking again. Oh, and it’s black owned!!!

I drove almost a hour to get a 90 minute prenatal massage & yes, it was worth the drive! Yuuki found every knot on my body and massaged the tension away. I will definitely come back.

I gifted my daughter a treatment for her 23rd birthday. It was an all around great experience. The person that I spoke with on the phone was very helpful with helping me choose the best service for my daughter. The front desk staff was welcoming and professional. The atmosphere was nice and clean. Massage Therapist, Tasha Merriweather was very attentive and professional. My daughter really enjoyed her massage and foot scrub. We will definitely visit again.

I’ve been coming for my prenatal massages and my therapist, Malila has been amazing!!! They’re attentive to all of the areas that has been bothering me during this pregnancy and is super nice. The staff and the atmosphere is absolutely wonderful. My partner just went there for a deep tissue massage and he enjoyed it as well. We will be coming back more services and to definitely for the new dry sauna experience after the pregnancy.

Omg I just had one of the best massages in my life,(and I have had many). I almost want to be selfish and not share my masseuse’s name hahaha. But Jaleel was absolutely amazing he has healing hands . The pressure was perfect just how I like it. I love the atmosphere, the front desk representative she is a beam of light , will definitely be back soon and will recommend all my family & friends ! The atmosphere is relaxing as soon as you walk in the door. The staff was friendly, accommodating and very responsive. Especially after I booked the appointment, and after I had the appointment. The therapist was very skilled and took care of my problem area very well. Overall a pleasant experience.

Been a loyal customer for over 10 years w membership.. sauna facility being added and available in the next couple weeks from the date of this post... Only negative is the turnover of therapists as I personally prefer to stick with one therapist.

I had the best massage of my life today! This office is clean, welcoming and calming from start to finish. I worked with Elvin for the first time and found my therapist! I selfishly want to delete this review to keep his appointments all for myself but to do so would be a disservice to humanity. I will 100% come back for their services and recommend them to all!

I have been getting massages for years (from the most bougie to bare basics of establishments), but I think I have found my new massage home. I booked a 90 min deep tissue massage with Adam. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and restored (literally). This massage was exactly what I needed before taking my board certification exam. Thank you, Adam! (If you are reading this, I passed).

I was fully prepared to complain that I was shortchanged for my 90 minutes, and then I checked the clock 😄. Tom's massage had me knocked out for a good 40 minutes. He was able to give relief for my hip, back, and shoulder aches. Everyone was welcoming, and the place was clean and inviting. Well worth the time and money.

I've been a client here for almost 5 years and I can truly say that I love this place. The service is top notch, the massage therapists are great at their craft, and the prices are affordable, especially with a membership. Adam and Brad are my go-to's and I always leave feeling like I'm on cloud nine. If I could go every single week, I would. Highly recommend MM!

OMG!! Perfect spot if you want to be pampered. Shay was GREAT! Listen just because someone says their a massage therapist doesn't mean they actually know you or your body. She was attentative to my concerns and what I really wanted to focus on and the areas I'd been having issues with. I'm coming back to try more services & the Halotherapy is starting soon so I'll be on that too. Sorry no pics for this one you got to experience it for yourself. 😁💜
