I have been going for 2years now and love this woman own, minority own business. They are always pleasant and professional. Mel now offer lashes by Liz! I now have everything in one shop. Liz did my nails 2 weeks ago and I have not seen a lash on my pillow or sink. I WILL be back!

Mel’s Nail Room: A True Gem! Mel’s Nail Room is hands down the best salon I’ve been to since moving from Loudoun! Mel is incredibly personable and easy to talk to, making every visit feel like catching up with an old friend. I’ve come in with several nail designs, and she’s nailed them perfectly every single time - her attention to detail and creativity are unmatched. Recently, I broke a nail and was worried it couldn’t be fixed, but Mel came up with an innovative solution that made it look flawless and feel better! Her skills are truly impressive! Everyone at the salon is so friendly and kind, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Whether you’re looking for a simple manicure or an intricate design, Mel’s Nail Salon is the place to go. I give this service no stars actually but you have to put something there. First time when I went was okay I had damage under one of my nails that needed help….. and I’m surprised she didn’t cut that off the first time, she put gel ontop of it. It seemed like that would’ve made the problem worse I was confused. The second time I went in Mel did my gel manicure again and then she put only two fake acrylic nails on only of my two finger nails that needed work which was the one that was damaged and the other one I’m not sure why….. She ended up cutting off those two of my real nails and putting acrylic and the rest were my actual nails. When I left it was only two days after one of those acrylic nails was popping up sooooo bad randomly and hurt ! (I didn’t do any strenuous work)….. I saw it ripped my actual nail right off…..I told Mel and she put another acrylic on it and mentioned a comment like yeah it’s ripped off your actually nail. Well YEAH Basically for one she should’ve cut off that nail that was originally the damaged nail in the first place because I know that is why it gave my nail more problems to the point the acrylic ripped and came right off in the first place !!! How Mel is applying the gel and the acrylic nails she is Not adhering and applying it properly! Now the second acrylic nail that never had problems is now coming up as well ! I don’t feel Mel has enough experience to do this because none of this should have NEVER happened. All of these nails are getting scratched up so easily from the paint too knowing I got a Gel Manicure for $40 so it’s not normal how that is happening too….. UPDATE!!! So the two acrylic nails both of them flew and broke off!!! Are you serious?! The one that Mel made it seem like she “fixed” yeah not at all! Like how embarrassing for her knowing this is her company with her name in it does NOT look good too ! I ended up going back to my old regulars that Always did a terrific job on my nails in the past and has great years of experience. He helped me with both of those nails Right away and their Staying perfectly! I am Never going back to this damn place that Mel does a terrible job and Does Not know what she is doing! Plus one of my real nails that she put gel on it NOT even the acrylic nail but yeah that is now coming up too!!! Please Don’t go! I wasted my money from her service all the times I went there already. What a rip off and nightmare terrible service Mel did. All of my nails are coming up it’s like one after the next I swear. She doesn’t know what she is doing and makes comments like your the problem why these issues are happening when it’s her not knowing what she is doing!

Went here for the first time with my daughter today for pedicures and full acrylic sets and I just have to say, this place is amazing! The pedicure was the absolute best and so relaxing! And our nails look beautiful 😍 We will definitely be back!!

Today was my second time at Mel’s Nail Room and I had the best pedicure that I have ever had and I’ve had plenty. Maggie was on time for my appointment and she gave me a wonderful pedicure massage. I almost drifted off to sleep in the chair. Very pleasant atmosphere and prices are reasonable. Thank you, Mel’s Nail Room. I will be back.

I have just recently started going to Mel’s nail salon. Today was my 2nd appointment and got a fill done by Mel! And I have no words to describe how much I love going there and love there work. I have been to many salons and have had bad experiences. Between other salons cutting me hurting my hands not listening to what I say and talking bad about me. Mel’s nail room is honestly the best. They are carful ask if they’re hurting you and communicate on what you want and make sure everything is ok as you get steps done. I love how warm and friendly it is and how easily everyone gets along I was recommended to go here from 7rl people and it’s safe to say I have found my nail salon! Can’t wait to keep going back and getting them done.

Mel did by far the coolest and best most gorgeous nails I have ever had in my entire LIFE!!! And I’ve gotten my nails done too many times to count!!! She is BY FAR the best nail tech!!!!! I feel so thankful I was referred to her!!!!!!

Tyeesha did my manicure and pedicure today and it was very relaxing and they look better than other salons in Martinsburg! this was my second time coming here and I won't go anywhere else now. they are super affordable and do great work, I've paid double other places and left unhappy. it's a plus they always have the best shows playing too! super relaxing environment 😊

I had a fantastic visit! Mel was professional yet fun. She continuously asked if I was pleased with my nails, and I absolutely am! The shop is clean and decorated with bold beautiful colors and art. I definitely recommend checking it out!

Mel does great with designs however she does not like for you to ask for any minor corrections on your nails. i asked for two of my nails to be cut down as they were not the same length as my other hand. she threw her hands down & i told her she doesn’t have to have an attitude. she simply refused service and told me “she does everything perfect, she’s the nicest person ever, i’m too picky and that i needed to leave”. i simply told her that her work was great all i asked was to cut down 2 nails. she then said i nit pick too much and told me to leave. prior to that i asked her to not make them too thick. i guess two requests was too much to ask for. she spoke with her family in spanish so i’m not sure what was said about me but she blocked me from my personal page before i could even get to my car. I’ve had a client of mine warn me about her prior to receiving services from Mel but i always like to form my own opinion for myself. nevertheless, very disheartening experience- i do not recommend.

This was my first time here and everyone was super friendly, they made me feel like family. The atmosphere is so peaceful and inviting. The shop is so cute and beautifully decorated. They do great work and take their time. I only waited about 10 mins! Their prices are so reasonable as well. Check them out! 💅🏼 I posted a photo of my Paw Patrol nails for my son’s 3rd birthday party this weekend, that’s why there are so many different colors for each one of the pups & Ryder. 🌈
