Obsessed is truly the only way to describe MELT by Melissa! As someone visiting from out of town, I’ve been looking forward to booking an appointment here for ages, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. I came in for a tint and shape, and Brie was beyond amazing. She was so kind, patient, and walked me through every step of the process, making me feel completely at ease. The shop itself is incredibly charming and inviting, with a vibe that feels both luxurious and approachable. It’s clear that every detail has been thoughtfully designed to create a wonderful experience. My brows have never looked better … I feel like myself again! If you’re considering booking an appointment, don’t hesitate — this place is pure magic!

I order Melt products for my wife, who absolutely loves the product. The customer service that is provided by the entire staff is simply amazing. They are always quick to respond to any and all of my question, get the product to us in a timely manner. If you need anything from Melt I highly recommend them for all of your needs.

You would think with a 4.9 rating that I would have gotten better service. I am beginning to question how these folks have such demure and mindful ratings with the type of service I received. Let me start by saying, to get in touch with someone here is like waiting for the president of the US to return my calls. It will never happen. They messed up my eyebrows and burned my face. I would think twice before coming here. No sense of accountability or professionalism. The worst The owner seems to have replied to me but she’s got me mistaken. I’m not surprised since they can’t get their act together and return calls or messages. I tried for 5 days to reach out to them calls and calls left voicemail and nothing then I finally message them and for two more days no response , then some person replies with hey babe how can I help you, no apology for the delay or anything, talk about awful. I chose not to escalate the matter further as clearly they’re a waste of my time. Don’t waste your money here girlies. We don’t need fake besties.

This was the first time I got a spray tan done at Melt by Melissa and I will definitely be a regular here! Especially because of Maegan! She is so kind and bubbly. It can be a little intimidating completely undressing for a tan but she made the experience so comfortable! I had the most prominent and awkward tan lines from being in the sun and she did such a great job evening out my skin tone and giving me a glowy sun-kissed tan! I will definitely be back 🥰

I got the signature brow magic service, as well as the brow tint and lash tint. I’m in love with the outcome! Not to mention that it was an elevated experience unlike any other brow waxing I’ve received. Ari was personable and professional. She listened to my desires and concerns while providing her expertise. She made me feel comfortable and confident, and brought out my eyebrows fullest potential while teaching me tricks to achieve the look at home. The Melt Mothership location is adorable. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided transparent insight about their services and products. I highly recommend Melt for all your self care needs. I wish there was a location closer to me but will definitely be back the next time I’m in town!

I hired Lexee to do tiny tattoos at my birthday party and couldn't recommend it enough. She provided a great flash sheet with options that fit the party's theme, and was willing to work with me on changes. She has a great, portable set up and ensures everything is very clean. My guests had a great time, and it was such a fun addition to the party. If you are thinking about having a tattoo artist at your party/event/wedding, do it...and hire Lexee!

I was in Scottsdale for a few days and stopped by. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and fun to talk to. Brie took care of my manbrow and did an excellent job! Highly recommended!

I love, love going Melt by Melissa having my appointments with Ava each time from beginning treatments since last. Ava is very caring and informative. My appointments with her are fabulous from beginning to end and I leave feeling extremely happy. Can't wait for my next appointment with Ava.

Lexee is absolutely amazing. I have seen her for over 8 years and she is flawless with all of my waxing and eyebrows. She is such a professional and is an artist as well. She enhances my look and I've referred many people to her. I would highly highly recommend her to anyone. She's a blessing!!

I've been getting brow lamination and lash lifts from Lexee for over a year and I can easily say she is so talented at what she does! Lexee at Melt is so extremely talented, I haven’t been able to find anyone that comes close to her level of expertise. Although I no longer live in Arizona, I don’t let anyone touch my eyebrows until my visits to Arizona to see her. She’s an absolute perfectionist and listens to all your concerns, keeps your brows looking beautiful and natural (she’s also extremely friendly!) Highly recommend for anyone looking for a magical brow artist!

The best studio for a one stop shop in the Southwest! Every tech there is nice and well versed in their craft. I got a Brazilian, underarm wax, lash lift/tint and a spray tan. All took about an hour and a half. Well worth the time and money spent. My techs Ashley and Meredith were amazing! Made me feel like I was talking to an old friend, I’m super excited to go back.

Stephanie always knows how I want my lashes! I was only supposed to get my volume set through the holidays but I’m hooked. She is fun to chat with and always makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Her lashes last longer on me than other lash places I’ve tried in the past. I’ve also done laminations here and they shape them the best in my opinion. 💕
